“they promised a lot, delivered nothing”
Pros
From the sales presentation I was led to believe the platform could perform those tasks and I appreciated that it promised local support with failover or redundancy across other regions.
Cons
None of that proved accurate in practice, local support would abruptly hang up on us and phone lines often became unresponsive and the system itself failed to match the hype so we are seriously contemplating reverting to spreadsheets after the frustrating experience of dealing with this company.
