“Great for connecting with colleagues”
Pros
A really solid way to stay connected with coworkers and employees. It's simple, user-friendly and doesn't take much effort to get used to.
Cons
The interface doesn't feel quite as polished as some similar platforms or programs. It would also help to have a better way to browse and find older messages.

“Fast, dependable messaging”
Pros
Communication between employees and across multiple offices has been very simple and it works especially well for fast, reliable messaging when something needs an immediate response.
Cons
We still had to rely on other tools for office tasks like scheduling, time tracking and similar admin work. An all-in-one system would fit our business better.

“helps people respond quicker”
Pros
It makes communication fast, reliable and convenient which helps people respond quicker, give feedback faster and collaborate better. Sharing presentations, joining online meetings and chatting all take just a click and that really helps strengthen relationships with both clients and internal teams while supporting business growth. Creating channels is simple so conversations stay organized and it works perfectly for instant file and document sharing.
Cons
I really haven't run into any major drawbacks with it. Since day one, the experience has been flawless.

“Makes communication accessible”
Pros
It is very simple to use, connects well with other apps and makes communication accessible for both my internal team and outside stakeholders.
Cons
The Pro plan feels quite expensive and the free version only keeps messages for 90 days. A mid-tier option for smaller businesses would make it a lot more practical.

“Better team connection”
Pros
It helps our team stay connected which matters even more with remote work. It's much quicker to send a chat than rely on email for every little thing and that makes day-to-day communication feel a lot more natural.
Cons
At busy times, it can get a little noisy when a lot of people are active at once.

“Useful chat tool, frustrating alerts”
Pros
We only started using it recently and it's been a solid option for instant communication across the company.
Cons
it's not always obvious when there's a new message waiting in a thread. On top of that, neither I nor my coworkers have been able to get sound notifications to work when messages come in. I also really dislike that when someone leaves the company, you can't keep or save the message history you had with them. That part is extremely frustrating.

It has a Discord-style layout and I like that it keeps everything centered around chat in a more isolated, dedicated space.
Cons
As far as I know, it doesn't offer group voice chat and that feels like a downside.

“Comes with tools that improve communication”
Pros
Comes with a strong set of tools that really improves communication and helps us work more efficiently. We can create dedicated channels for each loan file and client so all conversations, documents and updates stay in one centralized place instead of getting lost in long email threads. That setup makes it much less likely that important details will be missed. The interface is simple and user-friendly and the instant messaging makes it quick to connect with underwriters, loan processors and other teams which speeds up responses and helps decisions happen faster. The mobile app is also a big plus because it keeps me connected to colleagues and clients when I'm away from my desk, allowing me to reply quickly and keep the loan process moving forward.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have any complaints about it. It's user-friendly, reliable and fits naturally into my day-to-day workflow. The features all seem well built for efficient team coordination, file sharing and real-time updates on loan progress. It has made me noticeably more productive and has simplified collaboration to the point where I really only have positive things to say about how it performs.

“Handy for sending quick updates”
Pros
Notifications come through fast and it's really handy for sending quick updates without having to rely on email.
Cons
Once there are too many channels though, it starts to feel overwhelming and tracking where something was posted can be difficult. A simpler layout or better ways to cut down the noise would help.
