“Customizable and team-friendly”
Pros
Navigating the interface feels very user-friendly which makes the overall experience really pleasant. A lot of the functionality is visible within a single window and the app offers plenty of customization. The custom emojis and option to add multiple reactions have also turned into a fun way for our team to connect and bond.
Cons
Huddles still give me trouble with audio connection even when my input and output are configured correctly in settings so it seems like there's a bug there. My team would also love the option to add a huddle link directly into Outlook meeting invites so we wouldn't have to rely on Microsoft Teams. Another thing that would help is if Slack could recognize when I'm already in a Teams meeting and automatically mute or pause notifications because it gets especially distracting when I'm presenting or sharing my screen.

“Secure team collaboration”

Cons
I haven't run into any issues while using it.

“Outstanding technical support”
Pros
The technical support the company provides is outstanding. It's built to help employees communicate clearly in a digital workspace, whether that's in group channels organized by project or purpose or in private one-on-one conversations. It also includes tools for organizing documents, maintaining records and even holding remote meetings. For non-profits especially, where there are state and federal requirements around preserving meeting notes and discussions, that record-keeping matters a lot. With this platform, those records are consistently saved and ready if they ever need to be reviewed. this review probably still doesn't capture how capable it is but it's a powerful tool that any organization, non-profit or for-profit, should seriously consider.
Cons
I genuinely loved using it. I was volunteering with a small-town non-profit museum at the time and it helped keep everything organized, accountable and on track for our team.

“Fast interactions with Slack”
Pros
Keeping in touch with teammates is much faster with this tool. The channel setup does a nice job of keeping conversations organized and digging up older messages is usually pretty simple. I also appreciate how well it links with tools like Google Drive and Zoom. On top of that, the notification controls help cut down on constant alerts. Overall, it keeps work connected and running efficiently.
Cons
It can become noisy when too many messages and notifications start coming in at once. With so many conversations happening, important updates can sometimes get buried or missed. Finding something very specific can also be a bit difficult when there is a large volume of messages.

Pros
Having channels from different workplaces available in the same tab is really convenient and makes it much simpler to keep up with everything without constantly switching around.
Cons
Would be nice to have a central place to store and access all the files shared across different channels so finding things later can be a bit inconvenient.
