“Links with Google Drive”
Pros
I appreciate how well it connects with the third-party tools I rely on at work. For instance, it links directly with my Google Drive account which makes sharing important files with coworkers much more convenient without having to leave the platform.
Cons
Chatting with colleagues on it can become a little too convenient. That has occasionally turned into a distraction for me since I've ended up in group conversations that weren't related to work during office hours.

“Simple to organize conversations”
Pros
Keeping team communication in one central place works really well here. Everything happens in real time, it's simple to organize conversations across lots of channels and it helps me stay up to date without much effort. The interface is also simple to use and having the mobile app available makes it convenient when I'm away from my desk.
Cons
Every now and then, Huddles run into issues where the audio suddenly drops in the middle of a conversation and I have to leave and rejoin to hear again. Other than that, I honestly don't have much to complain about.

“Simplified online training”
Pros
This software has really organized online training with rich full HD video, audio and web conferencing tools. The platform has an impressive, well-thought-out architecture, plus useful pre-built templates and plenty of flexibility to customize the UX, UFI and GUI. It also works across virtually any internet-enabled device and the file-sharing support is excellent.
Cons
If the network coverage is weak, the connection can drop and interrupt the experience.

“Agile team communication”
Pros
It is a fast, agile tool with a very simple interface that makes team communication highly efficient. On top of that, its integration with other software is a big advantage.
Cons
When it comes to centralizing everything the team does, I still lean toward more complete tools for communication, file management and broader functionality such as Workspace.

“Lets me chat with family, friends, coworkers”
Pros
It is an incredibly simple way to stay in touch, whether I'm chatting with family, friends, coworkers or professional groups. I use it every single day for all of those conversations and it helps me stay connected whether I'm at my desk or out and about.

“Positive user experience”
Pros
This system keeps conversations organized really well through its channel structure and the integrations with tools like Google Drive make team collaboration feel very convenient. The search function is excellent too especially when I need to pull up older messages or shared files. Overall, it's been a really positive experience.
Cons
The notification settings can feel a bit overwhelming to manage and the cost can climb quickly for bigger teams especially when you need access to the more advanced features.

“Lets me build a custom bot”
Pros
Slack has been an excellent communication tool for our team. I really appreciate being able to use emojis to show when I'm in a meeting or out of the office. It also offers tons of integrations and a wide range of apps, both free and paid and if needed, you can even build a custom bot for your own use. It's easily the best tool of this type that I've used.
Cons
Mobile app sometimes keeps showing that there's a new message even after I've already read it.

“Calling features made it more useful”
Pros
Right from the start, the interface feels very user-friendly which is a huge plus. If you've used other messaging apps before, getting comfortable with it happens pretty naturally. The layout is user-friendly, clean and well organized. I also really appreciate having every type of communication in one place, whether it's huddles, group messages, direct chats or channels. On top of that, the search function makes finding past conversations very convenient. Adding calling features a few years ago also made the platform much more useful overall.
Cons
At the end of the day, I'm really happy with the platform. It's a big advantage that there's a free plan available although the paid options do feel a little expensive compared with similar tools on the market. The cap on how many users can join a huddle is also a slight downside but it's nowhere near enough to stop me from recommending it.
