“Organized channels that transformed teamwork”
Pros
Keeping team communication efficient has always been a priority and this tool completely changed how we handle it. It gives us a fast, well-structured way to message that feels far more organized than other options I've used. The simplicity is one of its best qualities. Just a few minutes after getting started, I had channels set up for different projects, departments and even casual team chats. That setup keeps discussions on topic and easy to find later which cuts out the mess and confusion that usually comes with long email threads.
Cons
Being limited to attaching only nine files at once can be a bit inconvenient when I need to send larger groups of documents. Even with that minor limitation, the wide range of features especially the organized channels and smooth integrations, still makes it an excellent choice for improving collaboration and productivity across a team.

“Its interface stands out”
Pros
The user-friendly interface stands out. The channel-based setup is also really useful since it lets teams create dedicated spaces for different projects.
Cons
In larger teams with lots of chats, I did run into message overload. The nonstop flow of notifications can feel overwhelming and it takes a while to get them under control.

“Valuable collaboration tool for our team”
Pros
It has become a really valuable collaboration tool for our team. It has helped everyone communicate better and boosted overall productivity. I can handle and troubleshoot most of our clients' issues through it without much hassle. The platform is very user-friendly, simple to use and quick to set up which makes it popular with everyone on the team. Customer support has also been outstanding. On top of that, it lets me connect with different teams and share information with everyone in real time which has made a big difference in how we collaborate and work together.
Cons
I'd still like to see more integrations added. Other than that, I'm genuinely happy and satisfied with its features and overall performance.

“Communication without Project Management”
Pros
Slack simplifies internal communication, allowing for quick exchanges on the go.
Cons
It is challenging to link communication directly to specific tasks and projects without setting up integrations. Even with integrations, it's often easier to use a dedicated project management tool.

“Getting too expensive”
Pros
It does more than handle internal messaging. One thing I really appreciate is how many other apps it connects with since that lets me get alerts whenever a new action happens or an event comes up.
Cons
At the same time there seem to be quite a few features we are not using and it does not do a very good job of showing users what those are or how to take advantage of them. Because of that, I am not really sure what we are missing or how to get more return from the product. It is also starting to feel a little too expensive for the way we currently use it which is mostly for internal communication and I wish there were clearer ways to get more value out of it.

“Very effective communication tool for companies”
Pros
I appreciate having both desktop and mobile apps at my disposal, with the huddle feature being particularly impressive. It eliminates the need for other platforms for calls, even offering screen-sharing capabilities plus the ability to send notes to myself is a handy addition.
Cons
It could be made more user-friendly. For instance, the design of message threads could be improved, and I wish there were more customization options available.

“Can share our screen right away”
Pros
Really simple to use and lets us communicate quickly, whether through messages or calls. We can even share our screen right away which helps us handle problems and other topics immediately. For working from home or in the office, every company needs a tool for communication and for sending PDFs and similar files in real time and we've been very happy with it.
Cons
The interface changed recently and at first I didn't like the new UI very much. It has gotten better with time though and after getting used to it, it feels more familiar now.
