“Great Platform for Internal Communication”
Pros
Their versatility, user-friendly design, quick notifications, and suitability for official communication set it apart from regular phone apps.
Cons
Too many email notifications from Slack can be bothersome, especially since they duplicate what is already accessible within the app. Additionally, the mobile app feels congested compared to desktop access.

“Excellent fluidity”
Pros
Among internal communication tools for teams, this is the one I consider the best. It runs with excellent fluidity, supports a wide range of activities inside the platform and doesn't freeze or lag. The mobile app also works really well and there are plenty of features available, from lots of emoji options to recording live meetings.
Cons
I haven't come across any downsides in my opinion.

“A great product to keep the team up to date”
Pros
Integrating monitoring and antivirus software into Slack channels ensures prompt responses to system issues and security alerts.
Cons
The change in message retention from the last 1000 or 10,000 messages to the last 90 days for the free tier means older messages may have been lost.

“Remote communication essential”
Pros
Slack makes it really simple to set up discussion channels with the whole team and with each internal colleague. You can also manage separate channels that include external vendors or B2B clients which is very practical. At this point, it has become an essential tool for communication, whether your team works remotely or even on-site.
Cons
The trickiest part at the beginning is probably organizing and managing the discussion channels. Once you get used to that though, using Slack becomes very simple.

“Slack Review”
Pros
The ability to create multiple channels tailored to different work streams, teams, and individual chats is a game-changer.

A useful addition would be a more prominent file button in each channel, storing all shared files of the group for easy access even months after they were sent.

“Open and direct communication”
Pros
I use the chat constantly to keep communication with the team more open and direct. Whenever needed, I jump on calls with coworkers to sort out specific tickets and we rely a lot on screen sharing during those calls which makes it much easier to understand what the other person is trying to show or explain. The drawing tool is also very practical and gets used often. Overall, it's an essential tool that really helps our company keep communication between teams more efficient.
Cons
The part that bothers me most is the notification behavior. In several channels, we sometimes do not get notified when new messages arrive and they only show up if someone tags us or if I manually change that specific channel to always notify. Reversing that logic would improve the experience in a lot of ways.

“Highly effective and secure tool for team collaboration”
Pros
During branch meetings, Slack proves invaluable for real-time discussions across multiple topics. Its widespread compatibility across platforms ensures seamless communication, making it one of the most renowned collaboration tools available.
Cons
Slack fails to load properly and experiences connectivity issues with video and audio. However, these issues may be due to our overloaded server rather than a problem with Slack itself. Moreover, the allotted storage space for users may not be sufficient for large files.
