“Chat and task management win”
Pros
Being able to chat and assign tasks in the same place is a feature I really enjoy. It helps keep conversations and work moving together at the same time.
Cons
It is costly and uploading media files can be pretty slow at times.

“more useful than I expected”
Pros
At first I was only using it as a group chat tool but it does a lot more than that. It helps me handle many parts of communication when working on projects and has become much more useful than I expected.
Cons
The pricing is pretty high for small businesses although for larger companies it feels much more reasonable. Another downside is that messages are only kept for a limited time depending on the plan you have.

“offers advanced functionality”
Pros
It keeps things simple and uncluttered which makes conversations and meetings feel more focused without all the flashy or distracting design elements. The interface looks simple but it still offers plenty of advanced functionality, including internal calling across the organization.
Cons
There isn't much flexibility when it comes to customization especially for creating categories.

“Helpful channel history access”
Pros
Joining a new channel feels much less overwhelming because the conversation history is there from the start. Being able to read through earlier discussions even the ones that happened before I was added, helps me get up to speed quickly and understand important project context.
Cons
Video calls are the one part that still feels a bit weak to me. I don't use them often, mainly because I've run into lag and inconsistent audio quality. It's not something I deal with all the time but it is the one area where the platform falls short.

“Nice tool that helps with communication”
Pros
It has been a really nice tool for staying in touch with coworkers and other employees across the company. It's a powerful platform that really helps improve communication between teams.
Cons
At this point the administration side seems to be handled very well. I honestly don't have any suggestions right now for what else the IT team could add or integrate into the app.

“Remote support works well”

“Enables on-the-spot collaboration with teammates”
Pros
It handles most of our daily communication and the channel setup makes a big difference. Teams can stay focused on the topics that matter most to their work while still keeping up with what's going on in other areas they care about. Huddles are also incredibly handy for jumping into quick, on-the-spot collaboration with teammates. On top of that, it adds a fun social side to work too, giving colleagues a brilliant space to share interests that go beyond just work-related conversations.
Cons
They update the platform regularly and the recent changes to Huddles have already fixed a few issues I had with it before. If I had one suggestion, it would be to build out the voice chat features a bit more.

“Connects with leading software applications”
Pros
It connects well with leading software applications. Because of those integrations, I can access and use several tools directly inside the platform instead of constantly switching between apps. That single place for communication and engagement helps me get things done faster and keeps my workflow more efficient.
Cons
The part I like least is the calling experience. Video and audio calls can be unstable and it often takes too long for calls to connect which makes communication frustrating at times.

“Has a personalized feel”
Pros
This software has a clean, user-friendly interface with a personalized feel that makes it comfortable to use. It works well for everything from team-wide announcements to private conversations so managing communication in one place is very convenient.
Cons
At times unread messages do not appear correctly making it seem like there is nothing new even when there actually is.

“Lets us set up channels”
Pros
Much like Discord it lets you set up channels and RSS feeds which is really useful. Reaching teammates quickly is one of its biggest strengths especially when remote work was at its peak.
Cons
It still feels like the corporate, suit-and-tie version of Discord and that makes it less enjoyable to use. The interface is pretty dull and it's missing things like audio and video channels. Even though Google Docs can be added as an extension, it often throws an error saying it can't recognize the file. File sharing is frustrating too. I get the 10 file/image limit but on mobile uploads regularly stall and end up failing to send.

“important part of my daily routine”
Pros
It has become an essential part of my daily routine and I even check it on weekends so I never miss an important work update. It keeps communication open across the entire company, whether it's a newly hired agent, team leaders or even the business owners. It's especially helpful when a customer calls asking about another agent or when I need to find out where someone left off after a disconnected call. I can message the agent right away and usually get an immediate reply.
Cons
I don't have a single complaint about it. It works exactly the way it should and I wouldn't change anything about how it was designed.

“Love using this tool”
Pros
This product really shines with huddles and scheduling and those are easily the two standout features for me. It also lets me set up plenty of private and public channels without any hassle and the search feature is incredibly powerful. I genuinely love using this tool.
Cons
it has been excellent overall. Huddles can be a little buggy at times but I've noticed some recent upgrades that have been really impressive. I'd just like to see them continue expanding the integrations.

“Realtime collaboration with Slack”
Pros
Sharing files and documents with teammates right inside a conversation is really useful and the real-time collaboration makes a big difference. When I send over a file, they can comment on it immediately so I get feedback almost instantly.
Cons
Video calls and screen sharing still feel like areas that need improvement. It's pretty common to deal with long connection delays before a call starts and I also run into random lag during video meetings or while sharing my screen.

“convenient magic links”
Pros
It has been really helpful because of features like magic links, separate channels, real-time messaging and notifications. The live messages and alerts make it much easier to stay in touch with coworkers without delays. Magic links are especially convenient since they let you log in without needing to enter an email and password every time which also saves time when you do not remember your password. Separate channels are useful for keeping project discussions organized and secure. Each channel has its own URL so only authorized people can join and take part. Because of that, it does a good job of bringing everyone together and helping the team work in a more unified way.
Cons
Conversations get deleted after 14 days. If something important was shared in a channel and no one saved it elsewhere, it can disappear and that has caused difficulties for me at times.

“Powerful app with endless integrations”
Pros
From the way conversations are organized to the built-in collaboration tools, it has been really useful for me. Threading was something I relied on even before it officially arrived and huddles as a newer audio call feature are also a nice addition. File sharing works well, the integrations feel almost limitless and the automation options through coding open up a lot of possibilities.
Cons
Mentions tab bothers me. I don't want it filled with random messages from other people inside threads where I happened to be mentioned once. I only want to see direct @my-name mentions, plus maybe some AI help to figure out whether a message was actually intended for me to read.

“effective for collaboration and planning”
Pros
Working with teams feels much more productive with this tool because collaboration is very effective. The interface is user-friendly so it doesn't take much effort to get comfortable with it. It also helps with communication by letting you choose the right wording, send messages right away or schedule them for later. Overall, it's a solid platform for project tracking and team collaboration.
Cons

“We use it for bug tracking”
Pros
After nearly a year of using it, every team across our organization has really come to appreciate it. It's been an excellent way to stay aligned within individual teams and also coordinate with cross-functional groups. We rely on it for daily follow-ups, project management and task tracking. Our IT department uses it for bug tracking and remote work as well. Communication between teams is now just a click away and it helps everyone feel more connected.

“made my transition smooth”
Pros
Starting a new job can be a little intimidating especially when you're expected to use tools right away. Since I was already familiar with Slack though, getting used to it at my new company ended up being very smooth. After several months of using it, I can confidently say the transition was smooth and comfortable.
Cons
I'd really enjoy support for gifs. It wouldn't make any real difference to how I do my job but being able to use gifs for expression and little celebrations, like wishing someone happy birthday, would be a nice addition.
