“Useful chat history”
Pros
Conversation history is very useful. Whenever I join a new project channel, I can go back and read older messages at any time. Being able to see discussions that happened even before I was added helps me catch up quickly and understand the progress of the project without missing important context.
Cons
The weak point for me is the video calling. Calls are not very stable, with random lag happening during conversations and it often takes too long before a call actually connects.

I'm still using the platform so I need more time to test it fully.

“Private and internal chat channels”
Pros
It is very simple to use and lets you create different channels for different topics across the company, plus private and internal chat channels between participants.
Cons
It could really use an internal calendar for better organization. If you already rely on other tools like AnyDesk, Task or Google Calendar, it's not essential but it would still be a nice addition.

“Screen sharing makes training better”
Pros
One feature that really helps is being able to share my screen and even record it, then send it to another teammate who needs help with the same process. It makes training much more convenient and effective.
Cons
I do wish the chatroom offered more themes. Having more variety and some extra visual effects would make it feel more lively and a bit more special.

“Quick teamwork and file sharing”
Pros
Being able to share files with other team members so quickly has been the biggest plus for me. I also really appreciate the flexibility to customize both private and public channels, along with the real-time messaging. On top of that, having a message history to go back and review later is very useful.
Cons
Up to this point I haven't run into any major issues. That said, the first time using it can feel a bit confusing although it becomes much more familiar after a while. I've also noticed that calls occasionally freeze or disconnect.

“Simple yet powerful collaboration tool”
Pros
It is a simple yet powerful collaboration tool that makes it quick to set up and jump into both public and private channels. It works really well for asynchronous communication and the notifications and replies features make it simple to keep track of recent messages and respond without missing the flow of conversation.
Cons
There is definitely a bit of a learning curve at the beginning and it takes some time to get fully comfortable with everything. That said, it ends up being worth it once you settle in. It also doesn't perform very well on slow Wi-Fi although that feels more like a connection issue than a platform problem. Another thing missing is a time-specific last seen status for users or contacts. If you're part of a lot of groups or channels, important messages can also get buried unless your settings are adjusted to push priority conversations to the top though that is customizable and mostly only a problem early on.

“allows me to attach stuff to conversations”
Pros
Using it every day has been a really positive experience. It's very simple to navigate, works really well overall and the mobile app is just as solid when I'm away from my desk. The huddle feature is especially useful because it lets me connect with the team quickly without any hassle. All in all, it's definitely one of the best tools I rely on on a daily basis.
Cons
I can't attach something to an existing conversation while editing a message so it ends up being posted as a separate message instead. I've also noticed that when connecting it with other tools through Zapier, the thread link option only shows up in certain cases which can be limiting.

“can tag specific teammates”
Pros
it connects well with so many other tools. It's really handy being able to create channels or send messages to a bunch of people at once, tag specific teammates, customize notifications and set a status whenever needed.
Cons

“Lets us send automatic messages”
Pros
It has been very user-friendly. It puts everything needed in one place like video and voice calls, screen sharing and document sharing. It can even be customized to send automatic messages and there are games you can play too.
Cons
I haven't run into any downsides so far. For remote work especially, this has been the best communication platform for me.

“appealing price”
Pros
Great for instant messages. It makes it possible to carry out full conversations online, keep them organized by topic and include exactly the right people for each discussion. The pricing is also incredibly appealing because the free version gives you all the core functionality, as long as you don't need to go back very far for older files. When an organization sets up the interface thoughtfully, it turns communication across teams and departments into something effortless.
Cons
The challenge is that everyone communicates differently so if an organization doesn't put clear rules and structure in place for how Slack should be used, things can get messy fast. I've seen some clients build a very well-organized system that genuinely supports their business, while others let it turn into a constant source of distraction that disrupts their workflows.

“Better team communication”
Pros
At a lot of companies in Mexico WhatsApp is still the default for chatting with work groups and coworkers but important information usually gets buried under too many messages. This tool fixes that exact problem by keeping communication much more organized.
Cons
It's still pretty expensive for a small or medium-sized company.

“The right fit”
Pros
With so many messaging tools available, picking the right one for a business isn't always simple. Still, this one is hard to go wrong with. It's simple to use, fits nicely into existing workflows and works well with the business processes already in place. On top of that, the witty and playful tone makes everyday communication much more enjoyable. If you want an all-in-one messaging platform that helps your team stay productive, this is absolutely a solid choice.
Cons
The part that could use the most improvement is the search feature. Finding the exact message or information you need can be frustrating at times. It would help to have better result organization or even suggested related keywords to make searches more useful.

“Keeps our remote company connected”
Pros
It has been a huge part of how our 100-person remote company stays connected and I genuinely love using it. It's our primary communication tool and the features I rely on most are direct messages and channel conversations. Reaching people is quick and convenient whether I'm on the mobile app or using my laptop.
Cons
The app can take up quite a bit of storage on my phone. If you use it heavily like I do, the cache can grow fast and end up using a lot of MB.

Pros
Being able to create channels and workgroups makes collaboration much more organized. It also lets you share files securely, start group calls and keep projects managed in one place which is really useful for team communication.
