It is so convenient to use. The settings are simple, the interface feels clean and user-friendly and it works especially well when you need to send urgent messages quickly.

Cons

some of the functionality feels limited, at least based on what's built in or clearly presented. Moving between multiple accounts can be frustrating and on smaller screens it's sometimes difficult to follow the flow of threads. We also didn't configure notifications properly which led to us missing an important customer request.

Pros

It has been really valuable for sharing files across our team and the screen sharing feature is another big plus. The platform feels thoughtfully built for entrepreneurs who want to move fast and get more done. It helped me handle all of my work from home without any trouble and that ended up saving me a lot of time.

Other than the pricing being a little expensive, I honestly haven't run into many downsides. It's very user-friendly and I keep discovering new features that make it even more useful day by day.

Using it has made a few benefits really clear to me. It's a simple real-time messaging tool that's simple to use and it helps me handle multiple tasks at the same time. Communication across our team works very well and the Google Drive integration is especially useful. I also appreciate how simple it is to analyze chat data. Creating channels takes very little time and the platform has been reliable and free of bugs.

After using it at work, I even started requiring it for our weekly family gatherings with relatives living in different parts of the world. It's nice and simple to use.

It makes communication and team management feel much more organized and efficient. When someone new joins a project, they can jump in quickly, look back at earlier discussions and understand the progress without much hassle. Overall, it's a very convenient and effective way for teams to stay connected and work together.

At times, the endless number of channels becomes a bit overwhelming. It can be difficult to stay on top of pending and unread messages and there's no good way to separate urgent items from non-urgent ones.

I've been using it for more than three years and the only issue I've run into is that it occasionally freezes. Once I restart the system or the app itself, it starts working again.

It feels more complicated than it needs to be. You can't always rely on just a few keys and the mouse to get things done and a lot of common actions require constant switching between different areas. It's not the kind of interface you can navigate on autopilot.

It really helps open up communication, whether your team is fully remote or spread across a large office. It's also an amazing tool for sending pictures and files back and forth across multiple devices.

The only thing that comes to mind is having more individualized notifications for each channel and even that took some real thought. Honestly, for a typical team, it already covers just about everything.

It works really well for internal team communication and makes it simple to manage discussions through public channels or private groups whenever needed. It also includes very useful features like reminders and the option to connect it with other tools such as Google Drive. On top of that, there's a personal space where you can write notes or schedule calls which makes it even more practical for daily work.

Ability to add tags to channels to organize the workspace better is missing. Also, the bot often asks the same thing repeatedly even after you've already said no and told it not to send that notification again.

Very simple to handle and the channel-based setup keeps everything neatly organized. It's also really helpful that new users can look back at previous conversations and information even if they weren't part of them at the time.

images and the related text don't stay linked together especially when sending several images at once.

Across departments, it has been extremely useful for keeping coordination and collaboration on track. It's very reliable for sharing digital assets, managing conversations and handling video meetings and it really feels like the standard tool in any organization.

The desktop app does use quite a bit of memory and can feel heavy on system resources.

Right from the layout of the interface, everything feels simple to navigate. Our whole company uses it and it works really well not only for formal communication but also for more casual conversations around after-work plans, competitions, workout goals, food ideas and plenty of other topics. It gives everyone a way to participate and stay involved in their own style.

Quality of some third-party plugins can be improved although that mostly depends on those external providers taking user feedback and making their own updates.

It works really well for instant messaging and being able to set up separate channels for different research topics keeps conversations organized. File sharing is convenient and I can flag or save important messages and attachments when I need to come back to them later. Searching keywords across the full workspace is also very useful and generally helps me find things quickly.

Cons

Difference between threads and mentions or reactions feels confusing. Keyword search is handy but when I'm trying to locate a specific message more generally, it gets tricky if I can't remember whether it was in a thread, a mention or a channel conversation. I'd also really like a better system for organizing saved messages.

Pros

It does an excellent job with channel categorization and that makes it much easier to keep conversations properly organized.

Cons

The interface could still use some improvement on the UI side though that's just my personal opinion.
