So far it has been very much easy to use. We have only been using it for a few weeks so time will tell what will happen in the future.

I wish there was a way to determine if a clients computer or an employee is idle.

We do not face any issues using this software. Everything is simple and straightforward. In other words it is nice.

It is almost a bit too simplistic. It would be nice if it had more advanced features, although I believe some of them are available behind a paywall. Other than that there aren't many negatives. I feel the price is slightly high considering the simplicity of the app. I am not someone who frequently shops for software apps but I believe I could have found a comparable free time clock app if I had spent more time searching. However, I acknowledge that paying $250 provided me with confidence in the legitimacy of the product and the support of a responsive software company, which has proven to be accurate.

The simplicity of this software is the reason I am still using it for over 10 years. It does precisely what you need it to do and it is very simple to use without unnecessary complexities.

It is easy for all our employees to use. Even though I am still learning all the features still it is been a smooth working experience so far.

Pros

The software has definitely helped me a lot to manage our employees work hours and prevent us overworking with the auto clock-out feature. Also the support team was incredibly helpful in getting our company set up.

The administration side could use a visual update. We use ADP RUN and it's not integrated with your system. This is the reason I can't fully utilize the time clock exports.

“Excellent time clock software

Pros

It covers all the necessary time clock and management features. Clocking in and out is easy. And it accurately tracks PTO, vacation and sick leave. Its network compatibility allows for multiple time clock stations. Updating the server and stations has significantly improved over the years and is now a simple process.

Cons

There isn't anything I dislike about the software.

The simplicity, exceptional customer service and the low cost of the software are its few of the features among many that standout to me.

It takes some time to get the hang of how this software operates. But anything new usually feels a bit confusing at first. However It becomes much easier with continued use.

“Great for tracking hours

Pros

This software is user friendly and simple to set up. I use it for payroll as well as for specific jobs. Each job has its own number and employees can effortlessly switch between different jobs throughout the day. I can generate printed hours for each job, each employee or within a specific timeframe. Filtering for specific information is very simple as well.

Cons

Once a job is completed and moved to "inactive" I can't print a report for it unless I make it active again. It would be convenient to have the option to choose between active, inactive or all activities when generating reports. Also, simply making a job active again doesn't allow employees to clock back into it. They have to go through several steps for that. It would be nice to grant specific employees access to certain activities without creating a new group as viewing multiple groups simultaneously is not possible. If I want to see all users, I end up seeing past employees as well. If I create an admin group and a tech group I can't view everyone who is clocked in without switching between groups.

The ease of use when clocking in and out for employees who are not computer experts is a huge advantage. Also the absence of profiles and passwords is a major plus.

Cons

Timely implementation of new feature suggestions would be great. It would be nice if I could pay for specific features to be added to the software. One user could pay for a needed feature and other users would receive it for free in an update. Additionally, it would be helpful to gather suggestions for software enhancements from users and allow them to vote on which ones should be implemented. After all, users interact with the software daily, and their input can be valuable if utilized.

What I really like the most about this software is its ease of use and exceptional customer service. It has saved me a huge amount of time and headaches during my pay periods. The customer service I have received has been phenomenal. In short I have not experienced issues like I do with the other softwares. In other words simply outstanding!

We have only been using this software for a month so I can't think of any cons at this time.

I love how unproblematic it is for my employees to use this software. As a manufacturer with employees spread out, it keeps things simple.

I couldn't reliably get it to work with QuickBooks but that could be an issue on my end.

I love that this software because it is a one time purchase after that it's yours forever. Also it is much easier than dealing with all the tedious paperwork.

It was simple to install and use. Our needs are fairly basic and this software handles them well, along with other features we have yet to explore.
