The software is incredibly intuitive both from the users perspective and the administration side. Even on rare occasions when questions arise, finding solution is not a problem. The updates are seamless and swift. I highly recommend the premier support service.

If it loses connection to the server, it can sometimes be time consuming to figure out how to restore it.

It would be nice if I could sort worker leave by activity. so I could group all the approved vacation time and get a total amount of time even if it hasn't been used yet.

The ability to view time clock reports for everyone through the payroll feature and the flexibility to set individual payroll periods are valuable features.

Cons

We weren't aware that it wasn't set up to automatically. So the overtime calculation for any employee added after we set up everyone with a customer support representative. This caused an employee to bring me all the overtime she didn't get paid for from February 2019 to October 2019! It made me look foolish and she lost trust in my ability to handle payroll correctly. It was very frustrating.
