Starting up a company can be costly, it is when you require not only loyal employees but a reliable products to run everything smoothly. It is when I happened to come across this product by chance. It turned out to be the best discovery.
Cons

The ability to select and change job functions throughout the day was extremely important to me and for our company. With numerous departments in our company, we track payroll separately for each one. This feature ensures that payroll expenses are allocated accurately, surpassing the accuracy of our previous system.
Cons
We are supposed to have managers review and approve their own employees hours, which is great. However, I have had difficulty setting it up and implementing it.

Cons
It would be great to receive TimeCard Summary reports that include inactive employees with hours for the pay period. Perhaps there could be an option in the settings to include inactive employees. Having the choice to include hours and wages for inactive employees in that period would be beneficial.

Migrating an old database to a product upgrade was quick.
Cons
The product key wasn't sent automatically. I had to wait until the next business day but needed it over the weekend. Well It is not a significant deal breaker but it's hard to believe that a key couldn't be generated immediately in this day and age.
