“Practical layout for meetings”
Pros
Zoom Workplace is pretty easy to use and the video call layout works well especially in larger organizations. The way the icons are arranged on the screen also feels helpful for different kinds of users including those with varying levels of familiarity and ability.
Cons
I feel like it could be a bit more versatile when it comes to purpose specific calls. For 1:1 client meetings, it can come across as somewhat informal from a user perspective and it tends to feel better suited to internal team meetings.

“Clear video for remote work”
Pros
Working remotely is much more convenient with Zoom and the audio and video quality come through very clearly and accurately.
Cons
Honestly I did not run into anything I disliked. As the features work well and the product performs reliably.

“Meeting lifecycle done right”
Pros
The thing that really works well is file management. As it helps solve document management issues by centering everything around the meeting lifecycle.
Cons
At times it can feel a bit too controlling with the way you work. For instance it may try to open links in its built-in browser or email client instead of using your default apps which comes across as pushy.

“Reliable meetings and classes”
Pros
It has been a really great platform for online meetings, virtual classes and similar sessions. The video conferencing quality is high too and most meetings run without lag. Also the interface is simple to understand so getting started does not take much effort. Customer support has also been helpful whenever needed. It also works well for organizing team meetings at a scheduled time.
Cons
Once in a while larger online meetings can bring connection issues for some participants. That said these are usually minor problems and tend to get resolved with updates.

“Affordable webinar replays”
Pros
One of the best parts of Zoom Workplace is being able to record meetings and save them afterward. Our company runs webinars and it's a budget friendly, practical way to make sure attendees can access a replay later.
Cons
Getting everything set up for our webinar needs does take some figuring out. I use screen sharing a lot and it took quite a bit of trial, plus help from ChatGPT to work out how to show my PowerPoint without displaying the presenter notes.

“very helpful support”
Pros
Their customer support has been really good. Compared with Teams, it uses much less CPU so my device does not slow down or lag.
Cons
The free plan still feels restrictive because of the time limit and participant cap. So it would be better if they expanded that a bit so non academic users could benefit more too.

“Clear video calls and teamwork”
Pros
It has been really useful for me because it lets me handle multiple video meetings, collaborate with my team and the video quality stays very clear throughout.
Cons
I noticed that the Zoom link takes a bit longer than expected to register and let other participants join especially while they are waiting for the host to admit them.

“Packed with everything useful”
Pros
After trying a bunch of other video meeting platforms, this is still the one that comes out on top. My guests never seem to enjoy the alternatives as one of them records only the person speaking which makes reviewing the video later pretty frustrating. But Zoom handles all of that much better. The AI note taker is also genuinely useful, the summaries it generates save time and having both audio and video recordings available is a big plus. On top of that it covers all the in-call features I need like screen sharing, sharing sound and even filters that help everyone look a little better. At this point it really feels like they have thought of everything.
Cons
Honestly I am a little tired of it and wish there were something new that could shake things up a bit. I have tested other options for that reason but I keep ending up back here because in the end it's still the best one.

“Meeting invites that fit anywhere”
Pros
Being able to meet with my clients from just about anywhere is a huge plus. I also really like how the meeting invites tie into my email once everything is set up.
Cons
Getting the email integration working took a bit more effort than I expected. Overall it ended up taking more time than I really wanted to spend on it.

“allows productive teamwork”
Pros
It felt visually clean and pretty easy to navigate. As everything is arranged in a way that helps teams stay organized and get things done efficiently. Plus the overall layout makes collaboration feel simple and practical even for people who are new to using it.
Cons
At this point I really have not come across any major issues. As it has been working well for what I need and I have not noticed any problems that are worth pointing out yet.

“great for classes and hosting”
Pros
I must say it is still a very reliable platform for hosting classes for both presenters and attendees. The only thing I have noticed is that the recording quality seems a bit lower than it used to be.
Cons
Whenever I launch it from my iPhone, it sometimes ends up triggering podcast apps to open, usually Apple Podcasts or Spotify.

“pretty perfect for small teams”
Pros
Zoom Workplace helps my one person team come across as much more professional thanks to its user friendly features and easy setup.
Cons
One thing I do not like is its user interface. As the menu options feel outdated compared with newer web conferencing platforms and other modern tech tools.

“Popular for business calls”
Pros
It well for me mainly because it's so widely used and most of my colleagues already rely on it for business video calls. That makes it very easy to use. It is also very simple overall and the customer support is definitely a plus.
Cons
The part I do not like is the time limit it puts on meetings. It ends the call after 40 minutes which feels like it's pushing you to upgrade. On top of that it can be buggy and cause issues at times.

“ideal for video calls for teams”
Pros
Zoom has been a great option for video calls and scheduling meetings. As it is easy to use and works well for team collaboration. Though I did not end up using the file management features but I also did not run into any bugs or issues and there was never a need to contact customer support.
Cons
Compared with some alternatives, the value for money does not feel quite as strong since it seems like you are paying more for basic functionality than for a broader set of features.

“frequent host notification issues”
Pros
We've been coordinating through this platform and moving over to it should be a simple switch without any extra cost which is something that doesn't come up very often.
Cons
Still operational glitches happen a lot. Our teams use the platform in group sessions every day and when I'm asked to take over as host, about half the time I never get an alert that someone is sitting in the waiting room. Also the load times can be very slow.

“great video calls”
Pros
One thing that keeps me using this software is how complete it feels for daily meetings. The chat sessions are always available, the video call quality is really good and the file management works very well. Screen sharing is another feature I rely on a lot and the auto record option is a big advantage for hosts. Their customer support team has also been helpful whenever needed. Also it is very simple to use, offers excellent value for the money and works efficiently for team collaboration.
Cons
There are still a few things that bother me. The software can use a high amount of data and I have run into bugs and occasional issues. The ads can also be distracting at times which takes away from the overall experience.

“flexible scheduling and webinars”
Pros
Setting up invites and scheduling meetings is really easy whether it's a one on one call or a webinar with thousands of attendees. The annotation tools are also a nice touch when someone is sharing their screen.
Cons
Issue is that microphone volumes can vary a lot from person to person. It would be helpful to have better audio balancing so louder mics get toned down and quieter ones are boosted. In bigger calls, it would also be useful if the platform made it clearer when multiple people start talking at the same time because of lag since it can be difficult to tell who actually spoke.

“promising workplace features”
Pros
Navigation feels very easy and it includes the key tools I need to stay productive. Creating, saving and sharing files is also very simple which helps me get work done without much trouble.
Cons
The biggest limitation right now is that not enough people are using it yet for it to be truly useful. Most people I work with are still on Google Drive so it ends up being more practical to stick with that. I do think this is the stronger product but I probably won't use it much until adoption becomes more widespread.

“my honest opinion”
Pros
This platform has become our organization's default tool for managing meetings. It covers everything well, from scheduling with conveniently built in links to video calls and recorded sessions afterward that we can revisit for coaching and follow up.
Cons
One problem that comes up from time to time is when people from other organizations use different platforms similar to this one. They can occasionally run into trouble joining our calls so the experience could be better for non regular users to get into meetings without extra trouble or delays.

“best tool”
Pros
Using this tool has been a really positive experience because it's easy to figure out and dependable day to day. The video and audio quality stay consistently strong and it fits nicely with calendars and team workflows. Scheduling meetings and working with clients or staff feels simple even for people who aren't very technical.
Cons
A setback is that some of the more advanced features are only available on the higher tier plans and occasional updates can change settings without much warning. It would also be nice to have more customization options without having to upgrade.
