“works well everywhere”
Pros
Runs well across pretty much every environment, is very user friendly and doesn't take much effort to set up. It's self explanatory enough that no user training is really needed.
Cons
Browser popups that switch you over to the actual app can be a bit confusing to understand. On top of that some browsers tend to crash while opening it.

“useful tools”
Pros
Feels very easy in the way it's organized so everything is simple to figure out and each feature is easy to find and use.
Cons
The sheer number of features can feel a bit overwhelming. It's not really a negative but having better guidance on how to move through everything would definitely help.

“practical layout for teams”
Pros
It is easy to use and the video call layout works well especially in larger organizations. The way the icons are arranged on screen feels practical for different types of users including people with varying levels of comfort and ability.
Cons
Feels a bit too generic when it comes to calls that need a more customized purpose. For 1:1 client meetings, it can come across as somewhat informal from a user perspective and overall it seems better suited to internal meetings.

“crystal clear remote meetings”
Pros
Working remotely feels much more convenient with this and the audio and video quality come through very clearly and accurately.

There isn't anything I disliked about the features in the software. It works well overall!

“My thoughts”
Pros
Document handling is a real strength here. The software does a good job of fixing file management issues by centering everything around the meeting lifecycle.
Cons
One thing that can be annoying is how often it tries to take over parts of your workflow. For instance it may open links in its built in browser or email client instead of using your default apps which feels a bit intrusive.

“affordable solution”
Pros
Being able to record meetings and save them in the platform has been a big plus! We run webinars for our business and it's an affordable, practical way to make sure attendees can access a replay afterward.
Cons
Using it for webinars took some time to figure out so there was definitely a bit of an inconvenience. Screen sharing was especially tricky for me and I ended up doing quite a bit of digging with chatgpt to learn how to show my powerpoint without displaying the presenter notes.

“high quality”
Pros
Has been a really solid platform for running online meetings, virtual classes and similar sessions. The video conferencing quality is high and usually stays lag free which makes calls much better. It's also very simple to use and their customer support has been quite helpful. Another useful part is being able to schedule team meetings for a specific time in advance.
Cons
Larger online meetings can bring connection issues for some participants. Still these are fairly minor problems and usually get resolved through updates.

“helpful support”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is how responsive and helpful their customer support has been! Compared with Teams, it uses far less CPU so my device doesn't slow down or start lagging during calls.
Cons
The free plan still feels restrictive because it comes with limits on meeting time and participant access. It would be much better if they expanded those limits so non-academic users could benefit more as well.

“clear calls and solid teamwork”
Pros
Works really well for handling multiple video meetings, team collaboration and overall video clarity. It's a platform I enjoy using because the calls stay clear and it supports working with others without much trouble.
Cons
Sometimes the meeting link can take a bit longer to register and let other participants join especially when they're waiting for the host to admit them.

“best-in-class video meetings”
Pros
After trying a bunch of other video call platforms, this still feels like the top option! My guests usually don't enjoy the alternatives and one of them only records the person who's speaking which makes reviewing the video later pretty frustrating. It handles all of that really well. The AI note taker is useful, the summaries it generates save time and having both audio and video recordings available is a big plus. Also the in call tools are excellent especially screen sharing and sound sharing. Even the filters that help everyone look a little better are a nice touch. At this point it really seems like they've thought of everything.
Cons
At this stage I'm honestly a little worn out by the platform and would love to switch things up with something different. I've tried doing that too but I always end up coming back because it still works better than anything else I've used.

“can reach clients anywhere”
Pros
Being able to meet with my clients from wherever I am has been a huge benefit. The meeting invites also tie into my email which I really appreciate.
Cons
Getting it connected to my email took a bit of effort and that setup ended up taking more time than I wanted to spend on it.

“professional look for solo teams”

It helps a one person team come across as more professional thanks to its user friendly features and easy setup.
Cons
I don't like the interface. The menus feel outdated when compared with newer web conferencing platforms and other modern tech tools.

“popular for business calls”
Pros
Since most of my colleagues already use this for business video calls, it fits right into our workflow! It's very simple to use and having responsive customer support is definitely a big plus.
Cons
The part I don't enjoy is the time limit the platform puts on meetings. Calls get cut off after 40 minutes which feels like a push to upgrade. Also it can be buggy and cause issues at times.

“reliable for collaboration”
Pros
Has been a solid option for video calls and meeting scheduling. It's easy to use, works well for team collaboration and I didn't run into any bugs or issues while using it. I also didn't end up using the file management features and since everything worked fine, I never had to contact customer support.
Cons
One thing that stands out less positively is the value for money. Compared with other options, it feels more like you're paying for the core functions rather than getting a wider set of features for the price.

“Dependable for webinars”
Pros
Hosting webinars and large sessions with it has been consistently reliable. Audio and video stay the best even with many people on the call and participants can join easily from almost any device. It also requires very little setup which is a big plus when managing a large group.
Cons
The time limit on the free plan can be a problem for longer trainings or extended sessions. Also some of the advanced settings are tucked away and not very easy to find.

“offer a complete collaboration boost”
Pros
It has grown into much more than a meeting app now as it brings chat, phone, whiteboard, scheduling and docs together in one connected place. Overall having everything consolidated like that really saves time.
Cons
The tradeoff is that there are now a lot more tabs, tools and options. It is definitely powerful but it can feel a bit overwhelming when all you need is a quick call.
