“easy to work with”
Pros
Getting started with it is easy. It makes video calls and meetings simple for teams and it really helps improve collaboration at work.
Cons
Only downside is that using it for meetings on a mobile phone can drain the battery pretty quickly so it's a better experience on a laptop or desktop.

“whiteboards that keep sessions productive”
Pros
Having whiteboards and shared documents built in is really useful especially since everything is saved and ready to look back at in the next session. The free version also gives very good value and the time limit is usually just right for staying focused and keeping meetings or productive sessions on track.
Cons
Most of my use of this platform is for teaching so it works best when collaborators join on a desktop or laptop. On the mobile app, it is harder for them to follow along and they cannot make full use of all the helpful features. At times it almost feels like this would be better off without a mobile version.

“Game changer during the pandemic”
Pros
During the pandemic this product was a real game changer for students, employees and anyone else who needed to collaborate, attend classes or simply stay connected. It works very well for calls, meetings, learning sessions and similar activities and it's very simple to use.
Cons
It's still mostly recognized as a tool for video calls and meetings. Even if it may be one of the best options for that, switching over to this single product from other competing alternatives may not feel like the most natural choice for everyone.

“versatile meetings”
Pros
Works really well for all kinds of meetings and classes and it's a user friendly app for team collaboration and managing files too.
Cons
I don't like how hard it is to find the right backgrounds for calls especially since I prefer using a background during my meetings.

“brings everything together”
Pros
It has been a really solid collaboration tool for bringing meetings, documents and chat together in one place and the AI features make everything even more convenient to use.
Cons
The part I liked least was the 40 minute limit on meetings in the free version since you only get longer meeting times if you upgrade to the paid plan.

“Impressive video quality”
Pros
Being able to schedule meetings, run group calls and use breakout rooms has been a huge plus and the video quality is consistently very good.
Cons
Frustrating part is the free plan limiting meetings to 40 minutes and it's disappointing that the AI companion isn't included during that time. If meetings are already capped at 40 minutes, having the AI companion available for those 40 minutes would make a lot of sense.

“better collaboration in meetings”
Pros
During meetings sharing files and updates works really well and it often makes collaborating more efficient than relying on email or phone calls.
Cons
Once conversations go on for a while, tracking down specific information gets more difficult. Important details can end up buried in the chat history so I usually need to write them down or move them into other tools.

“excellent collaboration”
Pros
Right away the platform stands out for its incredible file management and strong team collaboration features. The customer support team is also really helpful and the platform is very simple to use. Other than that it offers excellent value for money and the video call quality is cool and consistently good!
Cons
At times there are too many ads which can be annoying. I also don't like that it depends entirely on an internet connection to work and there have been occasions when bugs caused issues.

“Application works well across devices”
Pros
The mobile app worked really well on both my iphone and desktop and switching between devices during calls felt smooth.
Cons
Calls kept dropping over and over and instead of getting help directly from their support I had to go through Ergos tech support.

“communicate from anywhere”
Pros
Helps us stay connected with vendors and employees who aren't in the office. It makes both quick, impromptu conversations and scheduled meetings much more convenient to handle.
Cons
Since we mostly work on desktops, the issue is that many of them don't have built in microphones. Because of that, we usually have to switch over to dedicated laptops or our phones.

“worth a shot!”
Pros
Makes team collaboration quick and convenient. The video quality is usually clear, the audio is solid and setting up meetings or joining them through Outlook is pretty easy.
Cons
Every now and then, calls drop without warning or the sound cuts out. A stable internet connection is really important if you want the call to go well.

“So convenient”
Pros
Whether it's for work meetings or personal calls, this product is very easy to use. I can set up a meeting in less than a minute which makes it really convenient.

“clean design for meetings”
Pros
Using this has been really easy and the interface looks polished and visually appealing. It's an excellent platform for video conferences and webinars especially for my work meetings.
Cons
Every now and then the platform has trouble transmitting audio or video correctly although it doesn't happen often. I also think meetings on the free plan should last at least 60 minutes instead of being limited to 40.

“Connect with vendors”
Pros
Connecting with vendors and coworkers through audio and video has been very dependable with very few issues during meetings.
Cons
A limitation is that many of our workstations are desktop computers so participating isn't possible unless there's a microphone available. In those cases we have to switch to a laptop or join from a cellphone.

“great support”
Pros
After using this software for nearly 2-3 years, it has consistently worked reliably for me without bugs or issues. It's a really solid app for meeting people anytime and from anywhere and it makes remote work very practical. The audio quality, video conferencing and video calls are all great. It also feels like good value for the money so I'd definitely recommend it to others! One thing that matters a lot to me is customer service and their team has been active and responsive whenever needed.
Cons
Honestly there's nothing about it that I dislike. I've been very happy with the app overall and really love everything about it.

“handles large events really well”
Pros
Handled the scale of my academic conference really well. I recently used it to run multiple video calls at the same time with anywhere from 10 to 300 participants and we ran into very few technical problems overall.
Cons
The issues we did run into were mostly with the presentation features. Screen sharing could get pretty laggy and sharing multimedia during the call sometimes caused audio problems for some participants.

“strong features”
Pros
Has been the most dependable for me when it comes to joining meetings quickly and keeping calls running without issues. Being able to hop into a meeting from a single link and start meetings directly from Outlook, helps everything begin on time and cuts down the trouble for both coworkers and outside guests. Since our team works in Outlook, it's really helpful that this software syncs with my calendar and drops the meeting link in after I add a recipient. The audio and video quality stay consistently solid even in larger meetings and tools like screen sharing, breakout rooms and virtual backgrounds are easy to use. It also holds up well during long meetings and manages different internet conditions better than a lot of other platforms which makes it reliable for collaboration and presentations. The chat is enjoyable to use too and I especially like being able to send direct messages to other participants during a meeting. The recorded transcript is also a big plus because it helps me keep track of everything that was discussed.
Cons
One thing I'd change is having my link added automatically as soon as I schedule a meeting in Outlook, rather than only after I add a recipient because that interrupts my workflow a bit. The platform can also feel somewhat overwhelming because there are so many features and settings built into the interface. Moving between meetings, chat and the extra tools doesn't always feel as accessible as it should and some of the more advanced options take more digging to find than necessary. From time to time, audio or connection problems still happen and spending long stretches in video meetings can definitely lead to screen fatigue especially on days when the platform is being used constantly.

“Good but not the best”
Pros
We coordinated everything on Zoom so moving over should be a simple transition without any extra cost. And that kind of setup does not come up very often.
Cons
Frequent operational glitches are the biggest issue. Since we use it daily for group sessions, whenever I am asked to take over as host, about half the time I never get notified that someone is sitting in the waiting room and the load times can be painfully slow.

“pretty amazing live streaming”
Pros
Having chat sessions built in is really useful and the video call quality has been consistently very good. It also does a great job with file management and the screen sharing feature is something I rely on a lot. The auto-record option is a big advantage for hosts and their customer support team has been helpful whenever needed. In short it is very simple to use, offers excellent value for money and works really efficiently for team collaboration.
Cons
Only thing I don't enjoy is that it uses a high amount of data. It also has some bugs and occasional issues and the ads can be distracting at times.

“Versatile meetings and webinars”
Pros
Setting up invites and scheduling calls is really easy, whether it's a one on one meeting or a webinar with thousands of attendees. The annotation tools during screen sharing are also a nice touch and make collaboration better.
Cons
The thing that could be improved is how differently microphone volumes come through from person to person. Also it would help a lot to have better audio balancing so louder mics get toned down and quieter ones are boosted. It would also be useful to show more clearly when multiple people start talking at the same time because of lag since in larger calls it can be difficult to tell who actually spoke.
