even clients prefer this app

Pros

Since the software is the best known platform for video conferencing and video calls, clients tend to feel more comfortable and are easier to convince when connecting with us through it. On top of that they can join a meeting simply by clicking the invite link, without needing to install the software on their computer or phone.

Cons

Issue I keep running into is that the audio and video quality on the mobile version is quite poor. A lot of the time, I can barely hear what the other person is saying when they join from their phone. I'm not sure whether this is caused by their internet connection or something else.

easy to use

Pros

It's a cost-effective option since meetings can be attended from anywhere which has helped us avoid traveling to the office and cut down on travel expenses. Meetings can be scheduled or joined anytime, 24/7 and it's conveniently available on both PC and mobile. On top of that it supports chat, file sharing and slideshow presentations. During the corona lockdown, when all of us were working from home, it was extremely helpful for attending meetings remotely. Even now, instead of personally visiting a customer's office, we usually ask them to connect with us over a virtual meeting on this platform.

Cons

I don't have much to complain about. The only issue I notice occasionally is that the video freezes when the network connection is weak and at times it takes longer than expected to connect.

free and convenient meetings

Pros

All you need is an internet connection and the platform itself is free to use! The raise hand feature is especially helpful because it gives the audience a way to join the discussion. As someone who feels a bit insecure sometimes, I also appreciate being able to stay involved without always turning on my video or audio. And when I just want to add a quick thought, the chat box makes that really convenient.

Cons

The screen can suddenly freeze while someone is talking although that's usually more about a weak internet connection than this platform itself. Also, the video framing feels a bit too close-up at times. Having faces appear that close can feel awkward and a little uncomfortable.

team alerts and background multitasking

Pros

One thing that works really well in the tool is the team group feature. I can set up a group and whenever I start a live video meeting, I only need to choose that group and everyone gets a notification and invitation link automatically for the session. It also keeps running in the background so I'm still able to work on other software while the meeting is going on.

Cons

Something frustrating I've run into is that this tool tends to freeze my screen whenever I try to share files during a live video conference. Oddly enough, file sharing works normally when I'm not in an active session. The issue has been confusing and I've ended up using a different file-sharing tool to get around it.

solid connectivity

Pros

Video sharing works really well. The connectivity is solid, it's simple to use, the video call quality is very good and the call recording feature is definitely useful.

Cons

The chat feature could be better and it tends to hang when I use it in the Safari browser. At times, I also have to close the app and restart it.

perfect for classes

Pros

Using it feels very easy and you really don't need any prior experience to get started. It works well for online classes as well as casual or informal meetings.

Cons

Don't like the meeting configuration toolbar. At times, you have to go to the website to change settings instead of being able to do it directly while using the app.

Kept everything connected

Pros

During the Covid19 period, this app turned out to be incredibly helpful for me. I've used it for school classes, tutorials, church services, company meetings and business meetings and it has made attending all of them much more convenient. Being able to join my classes and meetings anytime from the comfort of my home without worrying about Covid19 has been the part I appreciate most.

Cons

I honestly haven't had any problems with the software. It has been very useful for me.

reliable meetings for remote work

Pros

This software has been a very solid option for video calls and online conferencing whether for personal use or business. It gives users the ability to schedule, run and manage meetings, as well as deliver presentations which has been especially useful during the pandemic when so many people have been working from home either full-time or part-time.

Cons

There really are not many downsides to the platform because it is a strong tool overall but one thing that stands out is that it could be more easy to use. A few settings have to be adjusted manually before everything works the way most people would want and those could probably be configured by default. On top of that, file sharing can be fairly slow with certain file types.

feature-rich and constantly improving

Pros

There are plenty of options available for end users, hosts and admins alike. Development is very active too, with new features and fixes coming out on a regular basis.

Cons

Setting up single sign-on with MS Azure is somewhat inconvenient. Early on, there were also a few missteps around the advertised privacy and encryption features though those were addressed pretty quickly.

efficient meetings

Pros

Something that really works well with this platform is the user friendly layout. Features like voice calls, video conferencing and screen sharing at the same time are especially useful. It's one of the better communication tools for saving time and making meetings more productive. That said, it's not ideal if you need free virtual meetings without time limits and it also lacks a quick-link creation option like Google Meet.

Cons

A frustrating part of using the tool is that meetings can end when one participant loses their internet connection even if everyone else is still connected without issues. It would also be much better if people who don't use this tool could join meetings without having to sign up for an account.

accessible meetings with top audio

Pros

Right from the start, the interface feels accessible and includes all the tools users need whether they're participants or hosts, to handle every available action in real time. Compared with other platforms, the system does a better job optimizing both video and audio quality than many of its competitors.

Cons

There really aren't many downsides at this point. Over the past year, it has improved a lot with stronger security features, better group options, integrated apps, simultaneous translation and more. It works flawlessly and adjusts to each user's bandwidth making the best use of available resources. The only weak spot is the price since it may be out of reach for some small businesses.

favorite platform for webinars

Pros

Running meetings on this app feels really easy and organizing everything is simple as well. I use it for trainings, webinars and team collaboration and it has several features that are genuinely very helpful. Screen sharing works well and being able to choose a fun or appropriate virtual background during online meetings with colleagues is a nice touch. The software is definitely one of my favorite platforms for meetings.

Cons

Needs a stronger option for managing microphone background noise. Right now the noise control isn't that effective even though it seems like the technology should be capable of handling it better.

useful features and solid security

Pros

The feature set and security are really impressive. Adding newer options like polls and live transcription has been a very welcome improvement.

Cons

Drawback is that virtual backgrounds still are not available on some AMD devices which is hard to overlook. Also, the video preview disappearing automatically when the screen is optimized for video is something that could definitely be improved.

convenient remote meetings

Pros

It's become a really convenient way to handle meetings in the world we live in now. With so many people working from home, it lets teams meet without needing to go into the office and even job interviews are being done through it as well.

Cons

I don't have much to complain about. When the audio or video quality is poor, it's usually because of that person's internet connection so I wouldn't really blame the software for it.

met my expectations

Pros

This software has really lived up to expectations and the team behind it deserves credit for how well the platform performed especially during the Covid19 lockdowns. It was clearly built to handle massive demand, with millions of virtual meetings, video calls and webinars happening at the same time without crashes or noticeable technical issues. At this point, the platform has become part of our daily workflow. We use it regularly for meetings and interviews through its virtual meeting rooms and it has saved us a lot of time and effort while helping us get information when we need it. The app is also very easy to use on both mobile and desktop. Once you log in, the interface is clear and organized, with commands and features that are easy to find. You can receive an invitation, schedule hosting for a specific date and keep a record of your communications and contacts without any trouble.

Cons

I haven't run into any technical issues with this platform. It works very well and feels highly practical since all you need to do is add the contact you want or accept an invitation from someone else and you can start the audio and video conversation right away.

keeps everyone engaged

Pros

Getting people into a meeting is one of the best parts. You can invite them with a link or just share the meeting ID and password so starting a session happens very quickly. The screen sharing feature also works really well for presentations and helps keep everyone involved throughout the meeting.

Cons

Part that can be frustrating is sharing audio. If there's a video embedded in a presentation sometimes the video comes through but the sound does not. Making that issue simpler to troubleshoot would definitely improve the overall experience.

virtual meetings made bearable

Pros

At a moment's notice, I can pull everyone into a meeting and that has made the last nearly two years of work much more manageable. It's also been really helpful for hosting public meetings in a virtual space that people can access without much trouble. One feature I especially appreciate is the Google Calendar integration since it cuts down the extra steps needed to add meetings to my schedule.

Cons

An area that could be better is the settings which aren't as accessible as I'd want them to be. I had to spend time digging through the options just to understand what I could and couldn't do with my meetings. Maybe I overlooked it but a thorough PDF guide would be very useful for those of us who've had to turn into 'pros' of this platform over the past several months.

affordable meetings

Pros

What I appreciate most about the system is how affordable it is and how accessible it is for almost anyone to use. A single meeting on the free plan lasts around 40 minutes and once it ends, you can simply start another one without paying anything. It's a really good platform and it also comes with plenty of features that are useful during meetings.

Cons

The only problem is that the free version limits each meeting to 40 minutes.

simple to use

Pros

Across businesses of any size, this app feels like one of those must-have modern tools. I'd honestly call it a modern day miracle. The platform is very simple to use and most of the features explain themselves so there's really no need to struggle with it. It's not complicated at all and the overall experience has been excellent.

Cons

The part that felt a little confusing was the slow down and fast forward options that appear when you press your profile during a meeting. I clicked them by accident once and couldn't really tell what I had chosen especially since nothing seemed to happen afterward. It feels more like a case of needing time to learn and understand those extra features better on my side.

has a lot of features

Pros

Back before the pandemic, our sales team mainly relied on this for intro calls and product demos, usually around five times a week. Once everything changed and we had to work from the office, it quickly turned into the most-used tool in our entire tech stack across the whole company, not just sales. That really came down to how well it performs, how stable it is and how many useful features it includes. I've worked with several conferencing platforms and one thing our organization really appreciates is how dependable it stays even during company-wide meetings with around 200 employees. The feature set is what really makes it stand out: screen sharing, camera and audio controls, virtual backgrounds, recording and unlimited chat time. Every one of those features became incredibly important for us during the pandemic.

Cons

Downside is that some competing platforms have stronger free plans. With the software, free meetings get cut off after a set time.
