“part of my routine”
Pros
Working from home just wouldn't be the same without this tool. It has become part of my daily routine and I rely on it throughout the day.
Cons
The chat window and notifications could definitely be better since they don't work as well as the rest of the platform.

“handy for meetings and socials”
Pros
Whether it's for business meetings, training sessions or even social gatherings like parties and prayer meetings, this product is very simple to use especially during the pandemic.
Cons
There are times when the app acts up particularly when the microphone stops working.

“useful features for team calls”
Pros
The ability to handle large calls with management effectively is a big advantage. It's worth taking full advantage of what it offers instead of using it only for video meetings especially since there are cheaper tools available if that's all you need.
Cons
A few drawbacks stand out: it requires a separate app, updates can start without warning when you're joining a call and there are occasional audio issues even if they don't happen often. There's also no chat option once the call has ended.

“staying connected from anywhere”
Pros
Being able to see people face-to-face even when meeting in person isn't possible is something I really value.
Cons
Had difficulty using it at first since I'm a clinician and I've only been using it more regularly over the past five years.

“handy web-based meetings”
Pros
Using it is easy and there's no need to download anything since it works right from the web browser.
Cons
There are concerns about its security which is why a lot of companies including ours, block it. Even so it's still possible to join a this software meeting through the web.

“video conferencing tool”
Pros
Whether it's for work or personal use, the platform covers a lot of ground as a video conferencing tool. The audio and video quality are very good and screen sharing works really well too even when sharing a video with sound where stuttering is minimal and the audio stays high quality. Starting meetings is quick with just a click and the integrations with tools like Slack and Google Calendar make it even more convenient. It's also practical when meeting with people who don't have an account such as during assessment days or remote hiring interviews. Overall it fits just as well in a business setting as it does for catching up with friends remotely or sharing music and videos through screen share.
Cons
Even after using the tool for more than four years, the interface still feels harder to figure out than it should. A lot of the settings and buttons are placed in spots that don't feel accessible. One example is the invitation link being tucked away under the "participants" menu which is not where most people would think to look.

“fast meetings with clear quality”
Pros
It's an important app to have when you run a company and need to stay in touch with your agents. You can set up a meeting at any time and calling an agent is very quick and convenient.
Cons
Everything about this app works well for me especially the precision and the quality.

“my opinion”
Pros
This tool lets me do nearly everything I would normally handle in a face-to-face meeting. It really creates a sense of being close to everyone even when we are not in the same place. It also makes our administrative tasks very simple to manage.
Cons
When the internet connection becomes unstable, the meeting can restart which is frustrating. Also if the connection is not updated properly, joining the meeting becomes difficult.

“Impressive video quality”
Pros
Our standard choice for daily meetings! We rely on screen sharing to discuss projects and collaborate on different topics and the whiteboard tool is useful for sharing ideas during calls. It also performs really well even when the internet connection is slow which is a big reason it has become our preferred app for online meetings. The part I appreciate most is the overall performance especially the HD audio and video quality while still streaming without issues. That makes using the rest of the features much more enjoyable too including screen sharing, meeting recording, live polls and plenty of other tools.
Cons
The meeting interface feels a little outdated at this point. The connection link can also freeze from time to time and when that happens, the only real fix is to disconnect and join again. It also lacks more modern features, like automatically connecting to meetings based on a schedule or something similar. On top of that the value for money gets worse as license demand grows or when you need more capacity. It is also not always easy to align it with data security requirements.

“fast chat and smooth sharing”
Pros
Standout parts of this app for me are the quick live chat and how smoothly screen sharing works. It's also very user friendly which makes the whole experience even better.
Cons
There's still room to improve the polls and the mobile app could work better with the desktop version. Things like file sharing also don't perform as well as they should.

“simple to use”
Pros
One thing I appreciate most about the software is how simple it is to use along with how little mobile data it consumes. The screen sharing feature is also a big plus!
Cons
Without a doubt, the biggest downside is the time limit on the free version. If a meeting goes past 40 minutes, you have to start a new one which can interrupt communication with attendees. Not everyone has the budget to pay for the software and on top of that, the camera quality can look somewhat low and unclear.

“handy integrations”
Pros
I really appreciate that meetings can be protected with a password before anyone joins. It lets me share my screen, record meetings and connect other software to it which makes it very practical to use.
Cons
A feature that would make it even better is voice transcription. It would be awesome to have and I hope they add it soon.

“simple design for meetings”
Pros
The system has a clean, easy layout that makes the platform simple to use and figure out. It also lets you host meetings with more participants than many other platforms.
Cons
When it comes to screen sharing, it would be better if there were a default format available.

“positive experience”
Pros
Right from the start, this app left me with a really positive impression! I enjoy pretty much everything about this software because it's simple to use and the interface feels clean and pleasant. One feature that's especially useful is that anyone who gets the software link can join the meeting even without creating an account which is incredibly convenient for students or for interviews.
Cons
The only problem I've run into with this software happens during updates because the app tends to freeze for quite a while in the process and that keeps me from joining meetings.

“well known platform”
Pros
Almost everyone already knows this platform or has used it before so there's no difficulty. Getting started the first time is pretty fast and I appreciate that it doesn't lock you into using one specific email address.
Cons
Handling moderation in larger meetings could be a bit more polished. One thing that kept tripping me up was that the login didn't stay consistent in Chrome so for more than a year I was never quite sure which account identity would appear. I have two business accounts plus a personal one and I'd often see the wrong account show up even when I had signed into the correct one first. Using separate Chrome profiles has mostly fixed it but it's still inconvenient having to switch into a different browser session especially when I'm joining a call at the last minute. It would be much better if there were just a simple dropdown to choose between identities in one place instead of needing totally separate logins.

“many features”
Pros
Using this platform on both mobile and desktop is very easy even without any previous experience. The buttons and icons are clear and accurately represent what each function does so it does not take long to figure things out. I also find the screen sharing and recording features really useful and both the shared screen and meeting recordings come through clearly with minimal background noise. The upgraded version includes a chatroom feature where channels can be created for groups involved in a meeting which makes it convenient to communicate with participants, schedule meetings and share links directly within the app. It also has meeting reactions or nonverbal feedback options that work well in both professional and casual meetings. Another plus is that it uses very little internet data so even a small data package can last for the whole month.
Cons
A setback is that the free version only allows meetings of up to 40 minutes when there are three or more participants. That is really the only negative point I have about the tool.

“helpful screen sharing”
Pros
Being able to share my screen and record meetings is one of the most useful parts of using this tool.
Cons
Problem is that screen sharing can be restricted when you do not have host privileges. On top of that, setting up a meeting feels more tedious than it should especially when entering the date and time since the process does not feel very organized.
