“large meetings with low data use”

Pros

Hosting very large online conferences is a big plus and it manages to do that while using less data which makes it even more practical.

Cons

Customer service can be frustrating because replies and follow-up are often delayed. It may take 2 to 3 days for a representative to get back with a suggested solution and concerns about cyber attacks could also reduce user confidence.

Pros

Using this app has been very easy and it works well even for people who do not have a camera. They can still join the meeting by calling in which helps them stay included.

Cons

The monthly fee is the downside. As a small organization, we have to pay close attention to every expense so the cost definitely matters.

Pros

Having the mute/unmute and video on/off controls right there is what I appreciate most. The chat feature is also really useful since you can message directly on the screen and the whole team can see it during the meeting.

Cons

Changing your name is a little hard to figure out. I also think the chat section would be better if it were placed directly on the screen beside the video icon.

Right away, the software's product design stands out the most. It lets users access everything the platform offers in the simplest way possible. Whether it's joining a meeting, sending an invite, starting a video conference, managing contacts, chatting live or recording sessions, the whole experience is clearly built to keep things as easy as it can be.

Cons

The mobile app has noticeably fewer features than the desktop version. Since a big part of this software's appeal is being able to work while on the go, it's a little disappointing to see that some really useful desktop functions are missing from the mobile experience.

Pros

Whether it's keeping in touch with loved ones or handling professional meetings, this tool works really well for both. It's simple to use and it's also very helpful for teaching students online. Another useful part is being able to schedule meetings based on your own availability.

Cons

At times it buffers when the internet connection is weak. It also tends to use a lot of internet data. Other than that I don't have any other complaints.

“reliable screen sharing for groups”

Pros

Being able to share my screen and host larger meetings has been great. Those features were incredibly helpful for work during Covid and they also made it possible to keep up with friends through remote hangouts during that time.

Cons

The platform really depends on having a strong wifi connection. Since I was living with roommates through most of Covid, the internet was shared and my connection on this platform could get pretty spotty.

The audio and video quality are excellent and the real-time screen sharing works really well.

Cons

I can't think of any downsides because it does exactly what we need it to do.

The tools for making annotations directly on the presentation being shared are excellent. Calls and meetings have very good quality overall and the connection is fast and reliable.

The audio could be a bit better because when there are a lot of people in the meeting, the sound quality drops quite a lot.

Scheduling meetings is very easy. It's the best tool for the home office world, not only is it extremely user friendly but it's also an app you can use in many different ways.

Cons

It delivers exactly what it promises and it does it well. The tool is very simple to use and even the free version is highly useful since it lets you talk as long as you want with one person or use 30-minute sessions when there are several participants.

Pros

Getting started with this tool is quick and it works really well alongside other apps and products. The different tools for screen sharing, polls and comments make a huge difference when it comes to keeping the audience engaged and interactive.

Cons

Sometimes very large meetings can slow down because of data or streaming limitations. I'm not sure whether compressing less important parts would help or if the simpler solution is just turning off video for everyone except the main presenter.

Pros

Compared with other conferencing tools, this software really stood out because of the way it handles online meetings. The interface is accessible and easy to use and it works across just about every platform including Android, Windows, IOS and Mac. It also gives users several ways to interact during calls through audio, video and chat. Another big advantage is that the system's Basic Plan is free and includes unlimited meetings.

Cons

A few drawbacks still come with it especially issues like zoombombing and the fact that HD video is not included as a standard feature. It would also be better if the company improved internet consumption so this app could perform more reliably on weaker connections. On top of that, users without a premium account are limited to scheduling meetings of only up to 40 minutes.

Screen sharing is easily my favorite feature in this app. Our work is very visual so being able to show everyone exactly what we're talking about makes a huge difference.

Cons

The interface can feel a bit confusing because there are so many buttons and settings. There are also lots of pop-ups asking about different setup options which can be a little overwhelming.

Pros

It came along right when I needed a tool for work the most and it had everything I was looking for. It felt complete, covered all my needs and really marked a before-and-after in the way I worked.

Cons

There really wasn't anything I disliked. The only challenge at first was getting familiar with how it worked since it was a new tool for me and I hadn't used anything like it before.

Pros

Compared with other video conferencing tools I've used professionally, the software still performs the best. It consistently works without the bugs I've seen elsewhere, where people often have trouble joining rooms or sharing their screens. The layout and features feel very accessible making the platform easy to use for exactly what it's built for. Setting up meeting rooms through Outlook is quick and sending invite links for last-minute meetings is just as convenient. The Slack integration is also really useful since I can send my meeting room link in a message right away.

Cons

It does take a bit of configuration to decide whether a meeting should stay open or whether a waiting room should be enabled.

Pros

This software has been really useful for both my business calls and family meetings. Having one place for both gives me the flexibility I need and that has made it a valuable tool for me.

Cons

Works well for business but the audio recording feature could definitely be improved with a better recording option.

Starting off with this product was very easy. It adapted well to what I needed and it didn't take long at all to get comfortable using it.

Cons

Biggest issue for me has been internet connection problems which really aren't this platform's fault. That said, there are occasional major glitches where it freezes completely and stops working and that can make the whole day really frustrating.

I can connect with a large number of people at the same time, record conversations when needed and the audio and video quality is consistently good.

Cons

The screen sharing process is not difficult for me but it could still be made simpler so that ordinary users can handle it more comfortably.

Pros

The paid plan lets us include a large number of participants in meetings which is really useful. Compared with other apps, the tool delivers better quality especially for video. Another big plus is the recording feature and that's one of the main reasons I keep using it for meetings. The recording quality is also very good and it works without any interruptions.

Cons

Biggest drawback in the free version is the 40 minute time limit because it interrupts meetings too quickly. I'd really suggest increasing that limit to one hour. Aside from that, I'm completely satisfied with the application.

Pros

One thing that makes this tool stand out is being able to see everyone in the meeting at once which makes conversations feel more social and collaborative. The screen sharing tool is especially useful because it lets selected participants give hands-on demonstrations and present their work in real time. Getting the system set up is also very easy on both desktop and mobile, with no real issues during installation.

Cons

There is honestly not much to complain about with software that is freely available. The extra security features in meeting rooms can make the overall experience feel a bit less organized but they are clearly important for stopping unauthorized people from joining meetings.
