“clean app design”
Pros
The overall look of this app is something I really appreciate and I also prefer that it's a dedicated app instead of just being an online tool.
Cons
At times people who aren't very familiar with the software can have a bit of trouble figuring out how to join a meeting.

“flexible livestreaming across platforms”
Pros
To be able to livestream across different platforms whether through Facebook, custom Twitch links or even from a mobile phone, is a really useful feature.
Cons
One thing that bothered me was that some features were still locked or disabled even with a paid membership while other software offers those same options for free or without limiting them behind a subscription.

“great platform”
Pros
This software works really well for meetings. New users can get started with very little setup and it's simple to understand right away. Everything feels easy and it reliably does what it's supposed to do.
Cons
They've been adding features beyond meetings but I don't see those getting used much. It's solid for meetings but outside of that, it doesn't offer a lot that feels necessary.

“liefsaver for my business!”
Pros
The platform has been a lifesaver for my business. The biggest advantage for me is being able to handle video calls, webinars and screen sharing all in one place.
Cons
This platform puts limits on meeting time and the number of people who can join. A few features also take some time to figure out but overall the experience has been extremely good.

“innovative tool”
Pros
With so many conferencing tools available, this tool still feels like the one setting the pace for innovation. Ever since the pandemic, dependable communication has been essential and the system has consistently come through without letting me down.
Cons
This issue seems to have been fixed recently but there was a time when the audio quality was lacking. I used to teach music lessons online and it became a real problem whenever students played their instruments.

“essential for remote meetings”
Pros
I can set up meetings with the work team so effortlessly and that is a must in these post-pandemic times. It's a daily-use tool that has practically taken the place of working from an office.
Cons
There really isn't anything I dislike about the software. It feels very complete and includes all the features needed.

“meet anywhere”
Pros
Being able to join meetings from almost anywhere is a big plus. Whether I use my computer or my phone, I still get access to the same features which makes it really convenient.
Cons
One thing that could be better is having fewer different numbers for each meeting because keeping track of all of them can be a bit inconvenient.

“practical meetings and planning”
Pros
This app is very easy to use especially for employees who handle meetings every day. It helps teams connect better and still keeps things professional since you can change your background even when working from home. Being able to schedule meetings in advance also makes planning and time management much more efficient.
Cons
A useful addition would be a feature that lets hosts control members comments more effectively.

“solid platform”
Pros
The platform has been solid for me, with really good audio and video quality during meetings. It's simple to use and the document sharing, screen sharing and recording features are all very useful.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints about it at this point and there isn't anything I can think of that I'd want changed.

“Strong quality”
Pros
When it comes to remote meeting tools, the software is one of the better options available. The video quality is very good and the latency stays low during calls. It's also helpful that the administrator can mute everyone when needed. A large number of participants can join at the same time without affecting the overall system and even with heavy traffic, the meeting quality remains stable. For instant chat as well as meeting performance, this software does a good job.
Cons
Pricing could be more manageable. If students want to use it, they still have to pay a fairly high amount so the cost really should be lower. The design and overall look of the platform could also use some improvement.

“virtual backgrounds”
Pros
Something that really helps with this platform is the option to use virtual backgrounds. It's a real lifesaver especially for short presentations. Screen sharing is also very useful and being able to remotely take control of another computer makes it much easier to give support or get help from colleagues when needed.
Cons
A downside is that there's no proper gain control for the computer volume when sharing audio from a program or video and the bitrate is quite low.

“love it!”
Pros
Whether it's team discussions, daily progress check-ins or regular meetings, the tool has made everything run smoothly with its high quality conferencing. The screen sharing is especially helpful and works flawlessly without any lag which has honestly been a lifesaver. Another big plus is the mobile app. If I don't have my laptop with me, I can still join meetings from my phone without any trouble. It gives me the flexibility to access this tool from anywhere, no matter which device I'm using.
Cons
I've noticed is that the mobile app is missing a few features that are available on the desktop version. It would be much better if the mobile app included all the same functions too.

“practical scheduling”
Pros
Scheduling meetings ahead of time is very convenient and the platform is simple to use. It lets us set the day and time that work best for both staff and patients and it also keeps a record of attendance along with the information that was shared.
Cons
One thing that can be inconvenient with the system is the limited meeting duration since at times it doesn't leave enough room for all attendees to join.

“breakout rooms keep classes connected”
Pros
During remote work and online school, this app has been incredibly valuable. It helped our university keep classes going and made it possible to have meaningful discussions in smaller groups with the breakout rooms feature. The platform is also very simple to pick up and the tools are genuinely useful. Features like raise hand and the chat box are especially important for keeping classes organized and running efficiently.
Cons
Honestly I can't think of any downsides to this software. Every time I've used the software, it has worked pretty smoothly for me.

“versatile video meetings”
Pros
It works well for video conferencing and comes with several handy features including screen sharing, file sharing and audio and video sharing.
Cons
It's a solid option for online classes and remote communication but some features occasionally crash and the interface feels a bit outdated. The host controls could also be easier to access and simpler to use.

“Useful recordings”
Pros
What I appreciate most about this software is how simple the features are to figure out and how affordable it is. There is a free personal account option with up to 30 minutes of meeting time, along with paid plans that are licensed to the paying organization, like the university I currently attend. The added security on licensed accounts is also a big plus because it helps make sure only authorized users can join a specific meeting ID which reduces the chances of intruders or uninvited participants getting in. On top of that, the recording feature is very helpful for students since professors can record class sessions and upload them to the class folder making it convenient to go back and review what was discussed. Hosts can also cut down on unnecessary distractions during lectures or meetings by turning cameras and microphones off when needed, then enabling them again during open forums or group discussions. More importantly, this software is also very useful for students like me when it comes to recording both individual and group video presentations.
Cons
A downside of using the software is that its performance heavily depends on the quality of the user's internet connection. If the connection is weak, delays are very likely and there is even a chance of getting disconnected in the middle of a meeting or class. Another limitation comes from the technical specifications of the device being used whether it is a computer, tablet or smartphone. If the device has lower capabilities, it may restrict the bandwidth available and affect camera performance. It can also prevent access to certain features including virtual backgrounds and video effects.

“excellent screen sharing”
Pros
The free one-on-one meetings are really useful! It also lets up to 100 participants join a meeting at the same time for free for up to 40 minutes which is a big plus. The screen sharing features are especially impressive and work really well.
Cons
At times, the audio settings act unpredictably which can be frustrating. The app also feels a bit heavy on low-spec systems and beginners may find it somewhat tricky to figure out all of the available features.

“secure recurring meetings”
Pros
I like that meetings can be protected with passwords which adds a nice layer of privacy when you need one-on-one time with a teammate. Sending links by email is simple and the recurring meeting option is especially useful when the same meeting needs to happen at the same time every week or throughout the month. The tool also does a solid job recognizing either a built-in laptop webcam or an external one and it works well with headphone audio input too. I've rarely run into any issues with the hardware check. My favorite part is probably the virtual backgrounds! They can brighten up your video feed or replace your actual room with something more polished, like a professional corporate setting.
Cons
One small thing I've noticed is that the mute function while fast and dependable most of the time, can occasionally cause minor slipups. Since it may be tied to a keyboard button as well as the on-screen control, it's possible to unmute by accident. Other than that, I really can't think of any meaningful problems and even this one is not a big deal once you're paying attention to the mute icon.
