“Simple meetings”
Pros
Is easy enough to use that even my child can join online tutoring sessions on his own without needing help every time. On my side, I really appreciate the encrypted calling feature especially since my work involves handling confidential client information.
Cons
Not having browser support can be inconvenient especially when I need to switch between different computers.

“virtual meetings anywhere”
Pros
Meeting with people online for work social plans and everything in between has become really important especially now that so much has shifted from in-person to virtual. It's simple to use and I can join from either my phone or my computer without dealing with a bunch of steps just to get it downloaded.
Cons
There have been times when the connection has been unreliable and it can get difficult to figure out when there are a lot of people in the meeting.

“Clear communication”
Pros
Getting started with the system was simple and the streaming quality along with the effective communication features worked really well for me.
Cons
At the beginning, the private chat feature was a little confusing and I wasn't always sure what was going on but it's a very minor issue once you get used to how it works.

“reliable recording for training”
Pros
Setting up a new meeting is pretty easy and sharing the time, date and login details with everyone is simple. The recording feature has been excellent for training sessions and has consistently worked without any issues.
Cons
At times, the waiting room and password settings just don't function the way they should. I've been in several meetings where these privacy features ended up being unnecessarily complicated for people trying to join which led to an unproductive 10-15 minutes while the host tried to sort everything out. Once the meeting is already underway, troubleshooting those problems is difficult.

“feel connected over distance”
Pros
Being able to meet with my team virtually and still feel connected by seeing each other even when we are not physically together, is what I appreciate most about this app. The app runs without delays or lag which is something I really value compared with other tools I have used. Since our team is very collaborative, it is helpful that we can jot down ideas directly in the software, take notes, share screens and make live updates to files and documents in real time. I also appreciate having the choice to share my full desktop so everyone in the meeting can see everything I am working on or just share a specific file when I want a bit more privacy.
Cons
One part of the software that I like least is having to keep checking the waiting room or lobby. This may just be an isolated or user-specific issue but I often find myself manually checking and letting people in instead of simply getting a clear notification icon.

“great video quality”
Pros
The screen sharing is one of my favorite parts because anyone in the meeting can present something like slides when needed. It also helps a lot that the app works well across laptops, desktops and mobile devices. On top of that, the streaming quality is excellent even when the internet connection is not the strongest. Somehow this software still manages to keep the experience reliable and efficient for everyone. Setting up and scheduling meetings from the online dashboard is also very convenient.
Cons
There really is not much to complain about with this software, except that it can become a bit expensive for people who regularly host very large meetings since that is where the pricing starts to matter. Shorter meetings with just a few participants, under 40 minutes, are free for everyone. Even so, I would not say the price is a major obstacle especially because other similar tools often charge more while delivering a lower-quality service.

“powerful meeting controls”
Pros
One thing that really works well with the platform is how many people it can bring together in a single meeting. It also does a lot on the privacy side which matters when sensitive information is being discussed. Features like virtual backgrounds are useful and the option to lock a meeting is a big plus since it stops anyone else from joining even if they have the meeting ID and password. The screen sharing controls are also helpful because they keep participants from randomly taking over the screen. Also the recording function is valuable and the host tools for managing participants (like muting people, turning off video and disabling group or private chat) make meetings much easier to control.
Cons
A downside is that the video turns off automatically when you leave the app and it would be better if there were a floating screen option to make multitasking possible. There's also no way to send messages outside of an active meeting which feels limiting. Another issue is that the virtual background feature does not seem to work very efficiently on Windows systems.

“So convenient”
Pros
The biggest advantage here is how convenient it is. Even someone with very little computer knowledge can use the tool comfortably. The app is available on Windows android and Mac and the video call quality is excellent too. It can also sync with Outlook Calendar so meeting reminders show up before the session which is incredibly helpful. Screen sharing works well and makes presentations much easier. It lets users create a virtual office setup that solves most work-from-home challenges and helps things get done efficiently. Since the basic version is completely free, it has been a huge help for both us and our clients. Anyone can schedule a meeting for free for up to 40 minutes and paying beyond that feels fair. Another useful feature is remote control during screen sharing. If participants want to say something, they can use the raise hand option which works really well for proper participation. can also be recorded so anyone who missed one can watch later and catch up.
Cons
Doesn't have messaging outside of a meeting especially compared with tools like Skype or Teams. The interface also is not very attractive so it feels a bit plain visually. You cannot directly call a person either, you have to send the meeting link or ID beforehand which is not very convenient. During screen sharing, there is often an audio and video delay that becomes quite frustrating. Because of that lag, remote control can sometimes turn into a mess. The system may look frozen for several seconds and that can really test your patience.

“very practical”
Pros
From installation to actually using it, the whole process is fast and easy. It does exactly what it's supposed to do without overwhelming people with extra features or confusing screens they may never need.
Cons
The interface needs to be better since the typography and buttons feel a bit dated compared to current design trends. That said, this is balanced out by how simple it is to use and these days most users would rather have software that works well than something that just looks nicer.

“save commute time”
Pros
Being able to join meetings from wherever I am has been a huge win. The office doesn't dictate where work happens anymore and I'm honestly thrilled about that. It saves me a ton of time, gas and stress.
Cons
Of course, that flexibility has a downside too: the office can feel like it's everywhere. The same thing that makes it so convenient also means there's no such thing as hoping for a snow day.

“presentations through screen sharing”
Pros
Screen sharing has made a huge difference for me. I no longer have to travel just to meet new or potential customers in person for presentations. The platform is also surprisingly simple to use. Honestly, I didn't expect it to be that user friendly.
Cons
I'd really want improvement in the call-in area. It would help a lot if there were a space to manually enter a local phone number so people dealing with poor internet or weak reception could dial in locally, pay local call rates and still join the meeting. Right now, having to use the American numbers listed there can mean extremely high call charges. Aside from that, bringing this into my work has been very useful and convenient.

“works perfectly for me”
Pros
Teaching classes with it has been excellent! I use it to share documents, handle private and group chats, work with audio and video and even share multiple screens at once. It has never crashed, feels very lightweight and practical and it has never let me down.
Cons
The free plan does have a time limit. Even though it works well at no cost, every 45 minutes I have to end the class and sign back in again to continue for another 45 minutes.

“Easy interface”
Pros
The system has a really user friendly interface. The private chat feature is very useful and the meeting recording option works excellently. It also lets participants choose the audio connection method that suits them best. Both audio and video features are included and work well.
Cons
Giving participants more control over comments, such as being able to edit or delete them would be better. The privacy and security of users' information also need to be strengthened. For recurring meetings that use the same link, it would be better if participants didn't have to enter the password every time they log in.

“useful for remote meetings”
Pros
Working with this software has been really useful and it's simple to use. It lets many people join from different places, share documents and collaborate without much trouble. Another thing I appreciate is that you can still see who is speaking and even when the connection is not very strong, the speaker's name appears clearly.
Cons
Setback is that when too many people are online at the same time, we sometimes have to turn off the camera and the audio can become delayed or out of sync.

“Good features”
Pros
This app has been really convenient to use. It's free, easy, the call quality is very good and it comes with a lot of helpful features like screen sharing, spotlight, green screen, recording, waiting rooms and more.
Cons
I'm honestly a big fan of the software so I don't have many complaints about it. The only concern I've heard is that a friend had their meeting hacked and someone interrupted the group with inappropriate language and content. Luckily, I haven't experienced that myself.

Pros
Right from the user side, the software feels very accessible and simple to figure out. The audio and video quality stay consistent even when more participants join the meeting. Sharing my screen is also easy which really helps when I need to explain or clarify data.

“flexible plans and cloud integration”
Pros
Connecting the platform with cloud services like OneDrive, Google Drive and Dropbox has been really convenient. Being able to stream live straight to my YouTube channel is another feature I really appreciate. The pricing is also quite flexible and even the free version is useful since it allows meetings up to 45 minutes with as many as 100 participants. It's also helpful that this platform supports having different hosts create and manage meetings.
Cons
I haven't had issues. The only downside I've run into is that during remote support sessions, simultaneous screen sharing is usually disabled.

“Helps with hybrid classes”
Pros
For years, I wanted to move my classes online and the pandemic finally made it happen. Now that things are opening back up, I'm able to teach my reiki classes in person while also bringing remote attendees in through the tool for a true hybrid setup. I've even taught people in Paris right from my classroom in Chicago. I fully plan to keep running my business this way long after it's no longer necessary. It's been a real step up for me. I'm also genuinely impressed by how well this tool managed the huge surge of users when the pandemic began. It really came through at the right time.
Cons
The only issue I can point to is really more about user error than the platform itself. Most attendees have gotten comfortable with remote classes but every now and then someone still doesn't know how to use the system and it can take a while to get them caught up. That's not really this app's fault though.

“best option”
Pros
During the pandemic, the software really took over the remote meeting space and honestly, that comes down to how accessible it is. Starting a meeting, taking the lead, sharing screens and sending documents all feel naturally placed and simple to access. That user friendly setup is exactly why it remains my top meeting software over the competition.
Cons
Even though I still see this software as being ahead of its competitors, the pricing is high enough that any administrator has to seriously compare it with other options against the company budget. There was a stretch when it felt like all of my business happened on the platform but lately I've been using Google Meet just as much. It makes me wonder whether pricing is part of the reason for that shift.

“great for scheduled meetings”
Pros
Setting it up and rolling it out was very easy. Scheduling meetings is simple and sharing them is basically just a matter of sending out a link. It also includes the ability to create smaller groups during a meeting and the raise hand feature is a basic but really valuable tool especially when you have larger groups.
Cons
Only a few minor complaints, like the fact that "private" chats during group meetings can still be seen by the meeting host.
