“reliable meetings and clear calls”
Pros
It is widely used around the world and it's very simple to work with. It lets people share files during calls, gives access to meeting recordings and allows participants to download recordings shared by the host. During meetings, a participant can also be assigned as a co-host. The video and audio quality are clear and the chat works well for messaging the host, everyone in the meeting or specific individuals. It also works on both mobile devices and desktop computers.
Cons
A stable internet connection is necessary if you want to join or host video meetings without issues.

“clear audio for teaching”
Pros
Working in teaching, this meeting app has been a big help for collaborating with both my students and co-workers. The audio quality is very clear and even someone completely new to it can start using it comfortably from the first time. I conducted all of my classes through this app and it allowed me to include my entire class without much trouble. It has reduced my workload a lot because I can share PPTs and other files directly which kept my students excited and more attentive during class.
Cons
At this point, I have not come across anything seriously bad about this meeting app. The only limitation is that in the free version, only 100 participants can join a meeting. It would be even better if the participant limit could be increased in the future.

“desktop sharing and recording”
Pros
Having screen recording and desktop file sharing in one place is really useful. On top of that, the platform is simple to use and I rely on it regularly for both meetings and day-to-day work.
Cons
I really don't have any complaints about it.

“perfect for remote operations”
Pros
During the Covid19 lockdowns and quarantine period, this product really made life simpler and solved the mobility challenge in a big way. It has helped me be present in several places at the same time and communicate with stakeholders across different parts of the world. It has been an extremely effective tool for organizing and managing the day-to-day operations of my company. At this point, it honestly feels like a superstar part of both my daily routine and my corporate life.
Cons
The only downside that comes to mind is that you need to have the app installed. If it worked fully on the web, it would save device space and probably be much more convenient to access.

“meets the standard!”
Pros
At this point, the biggest advantage of the platform goes beyond the software itself: pretty much everyone already uses it. People don't say, "let's have a virtual meeting," they say, "let's hop on a video call." It's basically become the default which means there's no trouble wondering whether the other person has it or even knows how to use it. On top of that, the software comes with a long list of really useful features. Waiting rooms, meeting recording, in-meeting chat, virtual backgrounds, screen sharing, passcode protection and more all make it incredibly practical. It also connects with Outlook which helps keep calendars updated and lets you check other people's availability.
Cons
One annoyance is how often the software seems to need updates. I get update alerts for this software more frequently than for almost any other program I use.

“excellent for remote work”
Pros
Using this platform for remote work has been incredibly convenient and it has been especially helpful throughout the past year and a half of working remotely. It's very simple to use and fits well into day-to-day work.
Cons
At times, the chat can be a bit slow but overall it still works well enough.

“love the group calling setup”
Pros
Keeping my regular meeting groups in contact lists makes a big difference because I can call everyone at once instead of inviting each person one by one. We use screen sharing more than anything and being able to see exactly what the other person is doing helps a lot. I can follow where the mouse is clicking and if support is needed, I can even take control of the other person's mouse. One thing that makes the software feel different from other tools, even if it seems minor, is that I can still see everyone in the meeting while I have another program open. That lets me keep working on my project and still stay actively involved in the meeting without any trouble.
Cons
Better integration with Outlook would really help. Right now, scheduling video meetings through the Outlook app feels extremely outdated especially on my Apple MacBook. In my opinion, that's something that still needs to be improved.

“great experience”
Pros
One thing that really stands out in the platform is the screen sharing feature, it's incredibly useful! The platform is also very simple to use especially when compared with some other tools out there. Lately the software has helped us stay more connected and visible than ever before and using it has felt completely effortless.
Cons
At this point, I haven't noticed anything missing from the platform. Maybe over time I'll come across something but right now I have no complaints.

“excellent team collaboration tools”
Pros
It works really well for collaborating with a team, sharing videos and photos and managing access during meetings. I can also control who enters, who doesn't and even manage audio by allowing or not allowing more than one person to speak at the same time. It's especially useful for communicating with a large number of customers across different countries which helps a lot when trying to reach a higher percentage of sales.
Cons
A notification shows up whenever a customer wants to record the session. That's helpful for the meeting host but some customers would rather have more privacy.

“works for online classes”
Pros
As a college student, I use the software regularly for online classes on both my phone and tablet. One thing I really appreciate about it is being able to clearly see and hear my professors, instructors and classmates. It has also been very useful for group collaboration and even for putting together skits. The recording feature is another part I really enjoy especially since it can capture multiple screens in a single recording. The closed captioning is also a huge help because it lets me read along when a professor is speaking too quickly or is a little hard to understand.
Cons
Most of my video meetings happen on my iPad and phone because my computer is older and the software either is not supported on it or loads very slowly. The part I dislike most is that the chat is not very accessible on mobile and tablet. You have to tap into a separate chat button and type your response there which feels inconvenient. I think it would work better if the meeting screen were divided into sections: for phones, a top and bottom layout and for iPads, a main section with a smaller quarter section. The larger area could stay focused on the video while the smaller section could display the chat, with the option to expand or minimize it. I would also really like a free mobile and tablet feature that lets me hide the top title bar and bottom control bar so I can see my professor's shared notes more clearly.

“so helpful!”
Pros

“simple scheduling”
Pros
Works well as a platform for running online meetings across an organization. The interface is easy, scheduling meetings is simple and the personal room ID is a really useful feature.
Cons
Viewing all participants at once is difficult because there is a lot of scrolling. It also freezes occasionally, could be better with multi-user sharing or event-style features and the pricing feels expensive.

“secure meetings”
Pros
The security, video conferencing and especially screen sharing are the features I rely on the most. It's very useful that the host has complete control over the meeting, including deciding who gets admitted.
Cons
The interface could be a little simpler and more user friendly but overall it's still very good.

“strong integrations”
Pros
It integrates well with other software which makes it more useful in day-to-day work. Customer service has been reliable and the onboarding cost felt reasonable too.
Cons
Calendar integration could be better especially compared with MS Teams. The higher-security options and per-user license costs can add up and improving the platform further for town halls and webinars would make it even more valuable.

“packed with useful meeting tools”
Pros
the platform comes with a lot of really useful features such as recording meetings, adding many participants into a session and having solid control over showing or hiding different options during the call. I had used several other apps before but many of them only offered limited features compared to what the platform includes.
Cons
At times the app can feel a bit heavy especially on slower systems and older devices.

“best option for online meetings”
Pros
Allowing people into a meeting is incredibly easy with this platform and that has made a huge difference for the novice users I work with especially those in remote villages. They don't need to sign up or log in just to join which removes a major barrier. The interface is simple, the controls are thoughtfully designed and everything feels built to help users figure things out quickly. I'm also impressed by how reliable the meeting experience is even when internet speeds are slow. Features like chat, polls, breakout rooms and third-party integrations have given me an excellent way to run meetings. For online meetings, the software has been the strongest option for me and still feels like a better choice than meeting in person.
Cons
Background noise control needs to be better. Even though it seems like something that should be technically possible, it's not handled as well as I'd hope right now. There are times when a participant unmutes and tries to talk while dealing with very loud background noise and it ends up creating unnecessary disruption and distraction for everyone in the meeting. It would be really helpful if the software included a feature that could better detect and manage microphone background noise from users.

“simple connection across devices”
Pros
Connecting people through the software is really easy. You can join from a cell phone or a computer and the software is very simple for just about anyone to use.

“easy to figure out”
Pros
Doesn't take long at all to get used to which has been its biggest advantage for me. Within a day or so, it's pretty easy to pick up the main features like recording, file sharing and screen sharing. Having those tools built in makes virtual meetings a lot more productive and effective.
Cons
Part that gets frustrating is the way the software splits its settings between the desktop app and the website. You can access certain options in one place and different ones in the other so tracking down a specific setting can be annoying.
