“Useful tools and file sharing”
Pros
Right away the layout feels simple to work with and includes the key features I need to stay productive. Creating, saving and sharing files is very easy too which makes getting work done much easier.
Cons
One biggest limitation is that not enough people are using it yet for it to be truly practical. Most people still rely on Google Drive so that ends up being the more convenient option. I do think it is the better product but I probably won't use it much until adoption becomes more widespread.

“simplied everything!”
Pros
Zoom Workplace has become our organization's go to choice for managing meetings. Overall it handles everything well from scheduling with convenient embedded links to video calls and recordings afterward that we can use later for coaching and follow-up.
Cons
The issue that comes up from time to time is when people from other organizations use different platforms. They can sometimes run into trouble joining our Zoom calls so the experience for non-Zoom Workplace users could be made more seamless and less frustrating.

“So far the top tool”
Pros
Using it has been a really positive experience. As it is simple to navigate, dependable and the video and audio quality stay consistently the best. It also fits nicely into calendar tools and team workflows which makes scheduling meetings and working with clients or staff feel pretty simple, even for people who aren't very technical.
Cons
A downside is that some of the more advanced features are only available on the higher-tier plans and now and then updates change settings without much warning. Plus more built-in customization options without having to upgrade would definitely make it better.

“Fantastic for team collaboration”
Pros
Getting started with Zoom workplace is very easy. As it makes video calls and meetings simple to run and it really helps teams collaborate better in the workplace.
Cons
Honestly there is not much I dislike about it. The only thing I'd mention is that using it for meetings on a mobile phone tends to drain the battery pretty quickly, I mean it works much better on a laptop or desktop.

“works the best during pandemic”
Pros
During the pandemic this product completely changed how students, employees and plenty of other people could collaborate, attend classes and simply stay connected. In short it is very simple to use for calls, meetings, learning sessions and similar day to day communication needs.
Cons
It is mostly recognized as a tool for video calls and meetings. Even if it may be one of the best options in that area, choosing to switch over to this single platform from other competing alternatives may not be the most easiest decision.

“keep sessions productive”
Pros
Having whiteboards and documents built in is really helpful and I like that everything is saved so it is there to refer back to in the next session. The free version also gives very good value since the meeting length is usually enough to keep everyone focused and still have a productive session or meeting.
Cons
I mainly use it for teaching so it works best when collaborators join from a desktop or laptop. On the mobile app it is harder for them to follow along and they cannot make full use of all the helpful features. At times it honestly makes me wish it didn't offer a mobile version at all.

“Works wonder for us!”
Pros
Zoom works really well for all kinds of meetings and classes and it's a very simple app to use for team collaboration and managing files.
Cons
The thing I don't like is how hard it is to find the right backgrounds for Zoom calls since I prefer using a background during my meetings.

“it is a collaboration powerhouse”
Pros
It has been a really amazing collaboration tool for bringing meetings, documents and chat together in one place and the AI features fit in naturally without any hassle.
Cons
Only part I liked the least is that meetings are limited to 40 minutes on the free version and you only get longer meeting times if you upgrade to the paid plan.

“Top tool for meetings”
Pros
Being able to schedule meetings, run group calls and use breakout rooms has been a big plus. The video quality is also consistently good which makes the whole experience much better.
Cons
To me free plan is frustrating because meetings are capped at 40 minutes and the AI companion is not available during that time. If the limit is going to stay at 40 minutes, having access to the AI companion for those 40 minutes would make a lot more sense.

“allows better collaboration in meetings”
Pros
During meetings, sharing files and updates works really well and it often makes collaborating more efficient than relying on email or phone calls.
Cons
Once conversations go on for a while, finding specific information gets more difficult. Important details can end up buried in the chat history so I usually have to write down or move key points into other tools.

“Excellent for video calls and collaboration”
Pros
One thing that really stands out is the excellent file management. The support team has also been helpful whenever needed. Also it is very simple to use, offers strong value for the price and the video call quality is really good. On top of that the collaboration features work incredibly well for teams.
Cons
At times there can be too many ads which gets annoying. Also it depends entirely on having an internet connection and I have run into bug issues from time to time.

“allosws do meetings from anywhere”
Pros
Zoom helps us stay in touch with vendors and employees who are not in the office. It makes both quick, unplanned conversations and scheduled meetings much more convenient.
Cons
Since we mainly work on desktop computers, the downside is that most of them do not have built-in microphones. Because of that we usually have to switch over to dedicated laptops or our phones.

“Reliable app but frustrating support”
Pros
The mobile app worked really well on both my iPhone and desktop and switching between devices during calls felt seamless.
Cons
Calls kept dropping over and over and instead of getting help directly from Zoom support, I had to go through Ergos tech support.

“a must try tool!”
Pros
Zoom makes team collaboration quick and simple. Also video meetings are generally clear and the audio quality is amazing too. Setting up meetings, joining them and saving them to Outlook is also very easy.
Cons
Most of the times calls drop without warning or the audio cuts out completely. So a stable internet connection is really important if you want the meeting to go well.

Pros
Whether it's for work meetings or personal calls, the product is very simple to use. Also setting up a meeting takes less than a minute which makes it really convenient.

It does not work as seamlessly with Microsoft Teams especially when I'm trying to add scheduled meetings to the calendar.

“well designed for meetings”
Pros
It is very simple to navigate and the interface has a polished, visually appealing look. Overall it is an excellent platform for video calls and webinars especially for my work meetings.
Cons
Every now and then it has trouble transmitting audio or video correctly although it doesn't happen often. I also think the free plan should allow meetings to last at least 60 minutes rather than cutting off at 40 minutes.

“Keeps everyone connected”
Pros
Connecting with vendors and coworkers through it has been very dependable and both the audio and video usually work with very few issues.
Cons
One downside is that many of our workstations are desktop computers so if there is no microphone available, it's impossible to participate properly. In those cases we have to switch over to a laptop or join from a cellphone.

“life saver for remote work”
Pros
After using Zoom Workplace for almost 2 to 3 years, I must say it has consistently worked very well for me without bugs or technical issues. In short it is a really reliable app for meeting people anytime and from anywhere and it has made remote work much more practical. The audio quality, video conferencing and video call performance are all fantastic. It also feels like very good value for the price so I would gladly recommend it to others. One thing that matters a lot to me is customer support and their team has always been active and responsive.
Cons
Honestly I am happy with everything about it. As it is a really good app and I can't think of anything I dislike about it.

“top tool for meeting”
Pros
Zoom has been very dependable for me especially when it comes to joining meetings quickly and without hassle. Being able to jump into a call from a single link, plus launch Zoom meetings directly from Outlook, helps everything start on time and removes extra friction for both coworkers and external attendees. Since we already work in Outlook, I really value how it connects with my calendar and inserts the meeting link once I add a recipient. The audio and video quality stay consistently good too, even in larger meetings and tools like screen sharing, breakout rooms and virtual backgrounds are straightforward to use. It also stays stable during long sessions and handles different internet conditions well which makes it a trustworthy option for collaboration and presentations. The chat is enjoyable to use too and I especially like being able to send direct messages to other participants during a meeting. On top of that the recorded transcript is incredibly helpful for keeping track of everything that was covered.
Cons
One thing I would change is having my Zoom link added automatically as soon as I schedule a meeting in Outlook, instead of only after I add a recipient because that interrupts my workflow a bit. The platform can also feel somewhat overwhelming at times because there are so many features and settings built into the interface. Moving between meetings, chat and the extra tools is not always as user friendly as it could be and some of the more advanced settings take more digging to find than they should. Plus every now and then audio or connection issues still happen and after spending a lot of time in back to back video calls, I must say it can definitely add to screen fatigue.

“Handles large events well”
Pros
It handled our academic conference really well especially given the scale. We were running several video calls at the same time with anywhere from 10 to 300 participants and it managed that load with only minimal technical problems.
Cons
The issues we did run into were mostly tied to the presentation features. As screen sharing could get noticeably laggy at times and sharing multimedia during a call sometimes caused audio problems for certain participants.
