“affordable meetings with room to improve”
Pros
The trial version was really good overall, aside from the 40-minute limit. It's also fairly affordable compared with Cisco Webex.
Cons
The video and audio quality could be better since they can get laggy at times.

“I like the live chats”
Pros
It works really well for organizing and running online meetings with coworkers or clients. The live preview during presentations is very useful and switching between presenters is simple. It's also excellent for private, secure live chats.
Cons
No issues faced for now.

“multistreaming saves so much time”
Pros
One thing that really stands out to me with the platform is the multistreaming feature. It's extremely useful, saves a lot of time and makes everything feel much more convenient and far less stressful compared to other products.
Cons
I wouldn't change anything because I'm happy with everything and have no complaints.

“great HD meetings”
Pros
The software really stands out for its HD video and audio quality which feels among the best available. I also appreciate how much you can personalize especially with custom video backgrounds, plus the wide range of features it offers for both regular users and admins.
Cons
The part I really dislike is the settings area, both in the PC/Mac preferences and on the website. It's packed with labels, definitions and options that are not explained clearly so an average user can't easily tell what should be turned on, off or left alone. I'm also not a fan of the real-time chat which feels among the weakest out there especially compared with Google Meet and the interface looks dated as well. On top of that, the monthly and yearly plans only include 1GB of recording storage and this is the only platform I've seen that doesn't offer a way to expand beyond that. Google also gives better overall value since Google Workspace includes Meet, Gmail and several other services in the same subscription.

“vital for staying connected”
Pros
During the Covid-19 pandemic, this software was essential for keeping communication going across the board. It helped companies and individuals stay in touch, maintain family relationships and continue business activities and studies without losing connection.
Cons
One thing that would make the free version better is allowing online conversations to last for 1 hour or longer.

“packed with tools”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about the platform is how lightweight it feels while still being accessible and simple to use for the most part. It became an essential part of meetings for quite a while and the feature set is strong, with options like live streaming, captioning, screen sharing, chat moderation and recordings.
Cons
A downside is that some controls become hidden when you're screen sharing or using full-screen mode which can feel confusing and frustrating for certain users. It also uses a fair amount of network bandwidth.

“standout features”
Pros
Two features stand out the most to me: screen sharing and the way the host can mute or unmute participants during the meeting. Those tools make calls much more organized and useful.
Cons
The only downside is the 45-minute time limit on free video meetings.

“accessible and widely accepted”
Pros
These days, the software feels very accessible to use and since it has become such a well-known and widely accepted platform, it's much more convenient than it was when it first launched a few years ago.
Cons
Every now and then, the audio quality is not perfect. That said, in most cases the problem seems to come from the remote user's setup and can usually be fixed. Even so, an upgrade to audio sensitivity would still be a helpful improvement though it probably is not a major concern for developers since the issue is often user-related.

“flexible meetings with real value”
Pros
Right from the start, the software feels user friendly and worth the money. A lot of the features can be customized which makes it more practical to use for different needs. It makes video conferencing simple and engaging and it also supports a large number of users joining online meetings at the same time.
Cons
It's missing a timer and it also depends on having a strong internet connection to work well.

“Configurable meeting controls”
Pros
Being able to arrange how everyone appears on screen makes meetings much more manageable and the mute controls for myself or other participants are really useful too. It helps a lot when I need to interact with one person or the whole group at the same time.
Cons
I wish the software would fix how my name keeps defaulting to the initials from my Google account. Even when I check the option to save the new name, I still end up having to rename myself over and over again.

“excellent screen sharing and cloud recording”
Pros
Covers pretty much everything I expect from a modern meeting platform. The screen sharing feature is outstanding and having annotation built in makes discussions much more interactive. Participants can also raise their hands when they have questions which helps keep meetings organized. Since our team has a lot of new joiners, the cloud recording feature has been a huge help. We're able to record all of our knowledge transfer sessions and teammates working in different time zones can watch them later without missing anything. The background blur option has also been really useful for privacy especially during COVID when entire families were working from home.
Cons
One thing I still miss from Webex is remote control, where another person can take control of my PC when needed. I also feel the software should offer a low-bandwidth mode that turns off everyone's video and keeps only audio running which would be very helpful for users with weaker internet connections. On top of that, the unmute function could use some improvement as well.

“widely adopted”
Pros
Pretty much the market leader and almost everyone already knows it and has used it before so for most people it's not some new tool they need to download or learn from scratch. For the majority of end users, the options are simple enough to join and participate in meetings or webinars without much trouble. Though of course, there's always that one person who still can't figure out where the mute button is.
Cons
From the admin side though, the software can be a real headache. Things like adding licenses, assigning them correctly, transferring ownership, setting up custom meeting links and making sure users don't overlap or encroach on each other are much more complicated than they really should be.

“breakout rooms are great”
Pros
One of the platform's best features is the breakout room function. In the latest version, participants can even choose their own room if that option is enabled which makes it even more useful.
Cons
The chat feature is clean and simple to use but there's no search option. When a lot of messages come in, you end up scrolling quite a bit to find specific comments.

“quick meetings on the go”
Pros
Using it feels very easy. I can set up meetings quickly without any trouble especially when I'm joining or organizing them from my phone.
Cons
At times, the connection can drop which makes the meeting more difficult to manage. There are also occasional new updates and the sound quality could still be better.

“user friendly meetings and webinars”
Pros
Joining meetings or webinars on this software is very easy. All someone really needs is an account and the meeting or webinar link which makes the whole process simple and convenient. Because of that, it stands out as a strong alternative to other video conferencing platforms.
Cons
The mobile app is missing some features that are available on the desktop version. For example, options like breakout rooms aren't accessible when using this software on mobile.

“handles large meetings brilliantly”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate is that this tool can host well over 100 participants in a single meeting without the quality dropping. I also really enjoy the video conference layout.
Cons
The webinar version still needs a lot of improvement especially when it comes to the setup process and the interface. On top of that, video is disabled for webinars so it has to be turned on manually for each person one by one.

“safer remote meetings worldwide”
Pros
With Covid19 changing how people connect, this software has become one of the most effective and safest tools for communicating with business partners across the world without dealing with border restrictions or quarantine delays. The option to record meetings while they are happening is also really helpful especially for team members who are sick or stuck in another meeting at the same time. Honestly, this has been the best option for the times we are living in. Join it and stay safe!
Cons
To be honest, it uses up a lot of data bundles. That means you need a fairly large amount of data to attend video meetings and with the current economic difficulties worldwide, that can be too expensive for some people to manage.

“reliable meetings from anywhere”
Pros
During the pandemic, the remote meeting feature became the most valuable part of this software because people could stay connected when meeting in person was not possible. Setting up meetings is simple, joining them is just as easy and sharing content with participants works well through the browser, desktop software and mobile app. The one-click meeting login is very convenient and the virtual backgrounds are an excellent addition.
Cons
One thing missing is an inbuilt audio adjustment tool within the software for managing volume levels, presets and sound effects.

“crisp video quality”
Pros
After trying quite a few video conferencing platforms, the software has been the most dependable one for me and the one with the best overall quality. It works really well not just on my computer but on my phone too which makes it convenient to use anywhere. I also rely on the screen sharing feature every single day during meetings.
Cons
My only real complaint is the price for longer meeting sessions. Some other platforms let you run extended meetings for free although the tradeoff is usually lower quality compared with this platform.
