“versatile meetings for clients and training”
Pros
The software comes with a lot of useful features and being able to create meetings freely helps conversations flow naturally while still having the essential tools available during the session. It makes presenting or selling projects to clients much more practical and it also works very well for classes and large training sessions.
Cons
The 45-minute meeting limit can be an issue for people who do not purchase a license.

“great visuals and collaboration”
Pros
During the class, the screen sharing feature was excellent. The instructor had plenty of space on the platform to teach all 7 of us while also keeping part of the screen dedicated to visuals. At the same time, I could still see the 6 other managers on my screen which made the session feel connected. On top of that, the message box had its own separate area where attendees could send either private or public questions and comments.
Cons
Throughout the full 5-hour training session, I kept struggling to get clear and audible sound so I could properly follow the lecture and learn the curriculum but unfortunately that never happened.

“Works anywhere”
Pros
Jumping into ad hoc meetings is really convenient because the software is lightweight and doesn't need much setup to get going. Since pretty much everyone already uses it or knows how to use it, it makes meeting with different people a lot simpler. The mobile app is also a big plus because anyone can join from anywhere while on the go.
Cons
There's nothing major that comes to mind. If I had to point out one thing, it would be nice if the meeting host didn't get a notification whenever someone takes a screenshot.

“helpful features for online classes”
Pros
Makes virtual meetings feel engaging which is a big plus for students during the Covid pandemic. It comes with a lot of features that are really useful for online classes. One thing I especially appreciate is being able to change the video layout so I can see everyone in the meeting at once. That matters a lot to me because I want to see all of my classmates during class. The screen sharing feature is also very helpful. With just one click, I can share my screen anytime I need to present, teach or show something to others. Overall, the platform is one of my favorite meeting platforms because the features are practical, focused and very helpful for students like me.
Cons
As a student, paying for a meeting platform does not feel necessary when there are plenty of other free options available. Since I use the free trial version of the platform, I am limited to only 40 minutes per meeting. Once the time is up, I have to create another meeting just to continue. That gets really frustrating because I end up having to set up multiple meetings in a short period of time.

“collaboration across countries”
Pros
One thing that has been really good is how the software lets people see each other during conferences even when they are in different regions or countries which makes collaboration in meetings much better. I also appreciate the speaking controls, where everyone can be allowed to talk or only the admin can speak when needed. That part has worked well and the video filters are a nice extra too.
Cons
During meetings, the voice sometimes becomes very low which can make it hard to follow the conversation. There are also times when people are unable to join the video conference because an error occurs.

“best for staying connected”
Pros
Having a video conferencing tool like this has been really useful because it lets us hold meetings without any physical contact. During the pandemic especially, being able to meet through the computer made it one of the best options for staying connected and continuing discussions.
Cons
At times, there are technical issues where I can't hear other people or some participants aren't able to hear one another during the meeting.

“excellent connectivity for teaching”
Pros
The things I appreciate most about this application are how quickly it connects, the quality it delivers during sessions and how many participants can join at the same time. It's very simple to use without any confusion and both the installation process and account creation are easy. To me, it's one of the best options available for communication and teaching in this space.
Cons
I'm satisfied with the application overall and honestly don't have any negative points to mention about the software.

“good app”
Pros
A really good app for holding meetings and lectures remotely, with efficient performance, high-quality audio and video and the added benefit of being free to use.
Cons
A downside is that it needs a strong internet connection since you need fairly high speeds to get clear sound and picture quality without interruptions or interference.

“handy sharing”
Pros
Throughout the pandemic, all of my classes have been held on the platform and it has consistently worked well especially compared with other similar platforms. The screen sharing feature is really solid. It also includes a few video filters and virtual backgrounds particularly if you have a green screen which adds a fun touch. The frequent updates are nice too, haha.
Cons
The part I'm not a fan of is the free plan being limited to 100 participants and only 40 minutes and the paid plans feel a bit expensive.

“works even on weak internet”
Pros
Setting up meetings and sending invites is very easy which makes the software convenient to use. It still performs well even when the internet connection is slow and screen sharing usually happens without any noticeable delay. The participant limit on the free plan is sufficient for most needs and the security features are reassuring. I also appreciate being able to block someone if they become disruptive. It was especially helpful for keeping people connected during the COVID period.
Cons
At times, the software does not detect the speaker or microphone correctly which can be frustrating. The overall audio and video quality could also be better since the mic and camera performance is not always as clear as expected.

“great video and noise removal”
Pros
the platform has been excellent to use especially because of the virtual background options, the video features and most of all the noise removal function.
Cons
Something that could be better is the limited access for free users. Some of my users do not have a paid subscription so they end up missing important information. Because of that, the free meeting limit should really be increased to 50 minutes.

“handy meetings and video calls”
Pros
Getting into the software is very easy and the app is simple to use overall. Setting up meetings, sending instant messages, joining video calls and hosting video conferences all work really well. It also makes presentations and live sessions much easier to manage and keep organized.
Cons
You can't join a meeting without the code. I understand that it's important for security and that protection definitely matters but there are times when people forget the code they created or were given which can make joining a bit frustrating.

“perfect for remote presentations”
Pros
Working from home is much more practical for me because the software lets me present virtually without needing to leave the house. The screen sharing feature makes it possible for both me and my coworkers to do our jobs remotely which has saved us a lot of money and removed the need for office space. I can just email a meeting invite to a customer, they click the link and they're in the meeting. Once connected, I'm able to share my screen and walk them through everything our platform offers and explain the benefits clearly.
Cons
A small portion of customers, probably around 5-10%, still run into trouble when trying to join a meeting. Most of the time it seems to come down to user error but it would still be nice if the software offered a true one-click join option. For people who aren't very familiar with computers or have never used this software before, downloading the file and then figuring out where it went so they can open it can be enough to lose them. They do have the option to join through a browser which is helpful but that process still takes around three or four steps.

“strongest option available”
Pros
After more than a year of using this software as my go-to video conferencing software, I can honestly say it remains one of the strongest options available right now. It brings together video meetings, voice calls, online classes, chat and conferencing in a way that feels reliable, practical and forward-thinking. It also fits nicely into existing workflows and scheduling meetings is very convenient thanks to its integration with Microsoft Outlook and Google Calendar. The platform keeps getting updated which has made remote work even easier with flexible new features being added over time. with this platform, a lot of tasks can be handled more conveniently than they would be in person. Collaboration with coworkers and clients is much simpler because of features like screen sharing and remote access. In the middle of the pandemic especially, we would have faced a lot more challenges without the software since it gave clients and team members a simple way to stay connected. Being able to send a link and jump into a quick call is incredibly useful. It has also helped us get better engagement from clients who do not want to share their phone numbers but still want to communicate. On top of that, this software already seems to be the preferred platform for many people when it comes to calling or chatting, even when other options are available.
Cons
Depending on the organization managing your account, there can be a number of restrictions placed on your account and that can be frustrating at times. I also occasionally noticed some sluggishness when working with multiple screens although it did not happen often. Thankfully, later software updates fixed that issue and I have not been dealing with it anymore.

“responsive support team”
Pros
Running our telehealth program through the software worked out really well. Their support team was very responsive whenever security encryption questions came up which gave us confidence using it. We were able to offer group telehealth sessions for around 20 people at a very low cost and the breakout rooms were perfect for one-on-one sessions while still letting participants jump back into the main group without any trouble.
Cons
At the time we were using this software, there was a lot of national attention around security concerns which was definitely unsettling. That said, the company responded to those issues very well. My biggest complaint is the audible doorbell sound that plays for everyone when someone enters the meeting. It can be pretty distracting in a group setting and I'd really prefer an option where only the host gets a visual notification instead of an audible one.

“Positive experience”
Pros
the platform is really easy to use which is probably its biggest advantage. The video conferencing runs very smoothly and it's simple to share your screen and chat at the same time during meetings. Overall, it delivers one of the best user experiences I've had compared with other video conferencing apps.
Cons

“helpful webinars and polished meetings”
Pros
This was the first video platform we relied on for online meetings and lately I've been exploring more of its features and setting them up to make sessions run better and feel more professional. It's also really helpful that they provide webinars to teach users how to get the most out of the platform.
Cons
I'd still like to have the ability to share or display survey forms during the meeting itself. Right now, the software only lets participants see those survey forms after the meeting has ended.

“my review”
Pros
Running client meetings through the software has worked really well because it covers what we need with a broad feature set that makes presentations and meetings highly effective and productive. The audio and video quality is usually excellent and the app is easy to use whether on a computer or a smartphone. It has been very helpful for working from home and keeping operations going from anywhere in the world at the same time.
Cons
There are times when the video quality drops and it tends to use a lot of network bandwidth. The pricing is also on the expensive side. On top of that although lower support on GNU systems is somewhat common, the Linux performance could still be improved. If possible, reducing the overall data usage would make it even better.

Pros
Getting started with this product was quick and using it day to day feels very easy. It has been a huge help for remote work and the screen-sharing feature makes conferences and presentations much more practical and effective.

Pros
Using this software has been really simple from the start. The video and audio quality are excellent and I really enjoy the recording feature. Joining a meeting is something I also love because it's very easy.
Cons
