“smooth meetings and sharing”
Pros
Being able to connect multiple people smoothly and interact in real time is one of the most useful parts of the platform and the file-sharing feature makes it even more practical.
Cons
Security was definitely a concern at the beginning but it has improved a lot over time.

“online meetings made effortless”
Pros
Attending online lectures and business meetings has become much more convenient with this platform. It has really made day-to-day communication a lot simpler for me.
Cons
The biggest issue is network instability since connection problems can interrupt the meeting and disrupt the whole flow.

“flexible scheduling”
Pros
Getting started with this product was very easy. I really appreciate that even when I'm hosting a meeting, it keeps going if my internet connection drops. It's also convenient to launch a meeting on the spot or schedule one ahead of time.
Cons
The admin settings can be a little difficult to locate and some of the icons aren't very accessible. After spending more time using the program, I was able to figure them out and uncover additional hidden features I just wish I had found sooner.

“powerful meeting controls”
Pros
The software gives me a ton of control during meetings and it's really convenient to broadcast across multiple devices like desktops, tablets, smartphones and even regular phones. Overall, everything in the meeting runs flawlessly and works exactly as expected.
Cons
Because there are so many controls available, it can feel a bit overwhelming for beginners who are still trying to learn how the software works.

“better connection”
Pros
Being able to see everyone attending and communicate with them clearly during meetings is something I really value.
Cons
Not everyone is familiar with or fully understands the features available. A simple user guide they could review ahead of time would make it much easier for them to use the platform.

“impressive quality”
Pros
Meetings feel reliable with this platform because the video and audio quality are really strong. It supports connecting with multiple people at once for meetings, presentations and seminars and it also lets you share files in different formats along with screen sharing. Since it works on both computers and smartphones, it's very convenient when you need to join or host meetings while on the go.
Cons
There can be slight difficulty for some users especially when hosting since a few features are not immediately obvious. The video quality can also drop quite a bit when the internet connection is weak. On top of that, the free version is limited to 40 minutes per session.

“perfect for large virtual meetings”
Pros
During the pandemic, communication shifted almost entirely to online platforms, connecting buyers, sellers, advertisers, workers, employees and employers through virtual meeting software. Out of all these tools, the software stayed ahead of many others because it can handle a large number of participants while still offering both audio and video conversation features.
Cons
Sessions can automatically end after a set period and that time limit may be shorter than the actual meeting needs.

“excellent call quality throughout”
Pros
Compared with almost any other app I've used, the platform's video and audio quality is consistently better. When something goes wrong during a call, I usually assume it's my internet connection before thinking the software is the problem.
Cons
After so many features have been added over the years, it can sometimes be tricky to locate exactly what I need when managing a meeting or digging into the more advanced settings. It really does seem to offer just about everything I've wanted at this point but every now and then it takes me a few minutes to track something down.

“remote meetings that truly connect”
Pros
During the pandemic, the platform really showed how valuable it is. It helped millions of employees keep working by holding meetings remotely, without needing direct in-person contact which played a big role in protecting people's health and preserving lives. The part I appreciate most is how simple it is to send a meeting invite, join after receiving one and schedule meetings without any trouble. The audio and video quality are excellent and I rarely notice any lag so it genuinely feels close to being in a real conference room. On top of that, the mobile app stands out because it keeps you connected at all times and the ongoing alerts and notifications are very useful.
Cons
Truly I do not have any specific complaints.

“flexible features”
Pros
I've been using the platform for video calls for a long time, even before the pandemic and a couple of things really make it stand out from similar platforms. First, the connection reliability is excellent. I've tested plenty of other options and none of them has matched the software when it comes to maintaining a stable call. Another big plus is the flexibility in how you can join or host meetings. You can start or participate in video or audio calls from a web browser, the desktop app or even your phone or tablet. On top of that, this software keeps adding features that may seem small at first but actually make a real difference, like being able to enable or disable screen sharing for participants or split a meeting room into breakout rooms. And if you're just getting started with this platform, it's also helpful that the platform lets you schedule meetings and connects with a wide range of other apps and services, including calendar tools, scheduling platforms and even services built for virtual graduations and online events.
Cons
Even though the platform is a very capable platform and can also be used to record content, I've often noticed that the audio quality in those recordings is not the best. I'm not entirely sure why that happens but I've seen it come up in several different situations where I and others have used the software to record video content such as interviews, roundtable discussions and similar sessions.

“works across every platform”
Pros
Using this software has been a consistently positive experience thanks to how simple it is to use, how reliable it stays during calls and how well it works across just about every software provider out there.
Cons
After more than two years of using this software, I honestly haven't run into any real issues with the program itself. The only problems I've experienced were caused by my own internet connection so I really can't think of any actual downsides.

“Our go to platform!”
Pros
The free plan includes the features most people actually use and comes with very few limitations which is why the software became our go-to place for remote work communication and team meetings.
Cons
Needing to install the desktop app, along with the web client sometimes being difficult to access, caused some real issues in certain situations.

“Important virtual meetings”
Pros
Every day the software helps me stay involved as a dedicated member of Narcotics Anonymous. It gives people in the NA community a way to attend virtual meetings when they're unable to make it to an in-person one. Because of that, we're still able to share, listen and watch other members grow in their recovery both in my state and across the United States.
Cons
At times, meetings can lag because of connection issues and the video may be delayed occasionally.

“clear call quality”
Pros
Compared with other tools I've used, the licensed version has been very stable and doesn't consume much bandwidth during meetings. The audio and video quality stay clear and it includes plenty of useful features like instant voting and chat. It makes online meetings feel effective, almost like meeting face to face.
Cons
It already feels complete to me so I don't really have any complaints at this point.

“great software”
Pros
During the COVID-19 restrictions, the software turned out to be an excellent virtual conferencing tool for keeping business running without much disruption. It allows large numbers of people to join the same session, participate actively, share screens and files and communicate without trouble. The audio and video quality is excellent and it works well even while using very little bandwidth.
Cons
The free version cuts the session off after around 40 minutes so you have to start a new meeting if you want to continue. Other than that, it's a really good software.

“constant upgrades”
Pros
Right from the start, the platform's support team has been great and they've stayed that way. The admin side of the platform is clean and simple enough that even someone without an IT background could probably handle it for a small business. It's also nice to see the software continually improving the product and rolling out new features on a regular basis.
Cons
On the administration side, there are still areas where the controls aren't as detailed as they should be especially with phones. You can restrict user access in some cases but certain settings are grouped together under broader categories instead of being managed individually.
