“reliable for every kind of meeting”
Pros
The software has been part of my routine for quite a while especially during the pandemic and it has been incredibly convenient for all kinds of situations. I use it for school, work, church service streaming, conference meetings and plenty more and it has consistently delivered without letting me down. One thing I really appreciate is the host control because it helps keep meetings organized. As the host, you can share your screen and mute or unmute participants whenever needed. This software also keeps introducing new features that may seem minor at first but they end up making a real difference over time, like the virtual background option. Another plus is that you can schedule meetings ahead of time and it connects well with other apps and services, including calendar tools.
Cons
Even though the software is an excellent app for meetings, I do have to point out that the webcam quality on PC is not very good. On top of that, the background feature can look unprofessional whenever a participant starts moving around.

“accessible meetings and webinars”
Pros
Between meetings, webinars and the messaging tools, the software packs in a lot of functions that I genuinely enjoy using. The interface is accessible and the GUI is very easy so it doesn't take much effort to understand how everything works.
Cons
The software is mainly focused on chat and meetings. Other platforms, like Microsoft Teams, come with a wider range of built-in features that this software doesn't really offer. That said for what the platform is designed to do, it's awesome.

“solid value”
Pros
Getting started with this platform is very easy. It's simple to implement, easy to understand and the free version can take you quite far.
Cons
There really aren't many downsides to the software. If anything, I'd just like to see the free version extended a bit more for private users or small businesses with fewer than five people.

“dependable tool”
Pros
The audio settings are customizable for Telehealth use and the software performs really well even when the network conditions keep changing.
Cons
I haven't run into any recent issues. Most of the security problems that came to light early in the pandemic have since been addressed.

“Essential to have”
Pros
Since the pandemic shifted work online, the platform has become one of the essential tools in the IT industry. With remote work becoming the norm, everyone needs a dependable platform for meetings, video conferencing and online discussions and the software has been used extensively across our organization. It comes with very useful features like a user friendly interface, audio and video recording, screen sharing, webinars and instant messaging. It has been reliable for us and we have not faced downtime. This software really helps teams collaborate well even when people are not sitting in the same room.
Cons
The Android app still does not include all the features that are available in the desktop version.

“Keeps teams connected”
Pros
This has become one of those tools that, once you've used it regularly, it's hard to imagine working without. From the simple way it lets you see people through video calls and meetings to features like raising your hand virtually, it makes group discussions feel organized. It also handles large meetings well without hurting productivity which is a big plus.
Cons
Since the software is so widely used, there are still a few barriers when it comes to getting everyone comfortable with it. Some people just aren't familiar with online tools and this software can be a bit harder for them to understand. That especially makes collaboration more challenging with older users who may need extra help getting started.

“excellent for online meetings”
Pros
It has been the best option for video calls and hosting meetings. It's very useful for important meetings, conferences and classes especially during the pandemic. The screen sharing feature is also really helpful since you can present to more than one person at a time. Another plus is that this software can be downloaded on both smartphones and computers.
Cons
There is an annual cost involved with this platform. The free version also limits how many participants can join and some features are only accessible if you upgrade to a paid account.

“quick setup”
Pros
Using it day to day feels very simple. It also makes it convenient to bring people from outside my business into a meeting without much trouble.
Cons
Screen view options could be more accessible. At times, it takes too many clicks to switch to the view I actually want.

“works so well”
Pros
This solution works really well for both webinars and regular meetings. Since it's so widely used, most people are already familiar with it and know how to join without any trouble. Even when a standard meeting ends up being used more like a webinar, this software handles that setup well and can accommodate it without issues.
Cons
Cost is definitely on the expensive side although it makes sense given how many people rely on it.

“I trust it!”
Pros
With this platform, the audio quality is usually as good as the participants internet connection allows. I trust it more than other remote meeting tools because most competing apps have frozen or crashed for me far more often than the software has.
Cons
One thing that still frustrates me is how hard the mute button can be to locate. Even after using the app almost every day for a few months, I still end up searching for mute/unmute several times a week. It gets even more confusing when I'm working with two screens. The interface just doesn't feel very accessible to me. On top of that, the chat window is awkward to use especially since saving chat history either seems impossible or is buried somewhere too hard for me to find.

“distance learning made simple”
Pros
When remote learning became necessary, the software helped make the shift far more manageable than it would have been with many other platforms. The screen sharing tools and the ability to communicate with students during online lessons were incredibly valuable for keeping education going while also helping keep students safe during the COVID-19 pandemic.
Cons
There really isn't anything that comes to mind that needs improvement.

“huge step up from skype”
Pros
Using it is easy and one of the biggest advantages is being able to send someone a meeting link without needing everyone's email addresses connected first. Compared with Skype, this feels like a massive upgrade.
Cons
It pretty much does what it says it will. My only real complaint is that the virtual backgrounds feel outdated and look kind of silly, even though I get why the feature is there. I've also heard about security breaches and related concerns which is the only reason we're even considering MS Teams. Some of my clients aren't allowed to use the software at work because of those security restrictions.

“versatile and feature-packed”
Pros
As a student, the software has been incredibly helpful for both us and our professors. We can set up meeting links ahead of time, present our work without trouble and share links and screens very quickly. The virtual background option is also really useful when you do not want people to see your actual surroundings. It comes with a lot of features and it is not just helpful for school use either. This software also works well for live streaming, conferences and even group chats with friends. The free version already offers a lot although it does come with limits on meeting time and audience size. If needed, you can upgrade to premium for unlimited time and room for more participants. On top of that, being free to access makes it even more enjoyable to use.
Cons
I have not run into any issues with the platform.

One thing I really appreciate about this software is how well it works on both mobile and laptop/desktop. That flexibility makes it convenient to use no matter which device I'm on.

Pros
It has a really solid communication system and using it is very easy. The pricing is affordable and it helped my family stay connected and spend time together even when we couldn't meet in person.

“stay connected”
Pros
Whether I'm at home or on the go, the software lets me host meetings anytime which makes remote work much more practical. One of the features I rely on most is screen sharing since it helps everyone collaborate and stay on the same page during meetings.
Cons
The mobile app still feels limited compared with the desktop version because it doesn't include all the same features. It would also be much better if the mobile app could integrate with Dropbox or a similar service so data can be backed up properly.

“good audio and host controls”
Pros
The audio and video quality are excellent which makes seminars and office meetings a much better experience. It connects multiple people at the same time without much trouble and screen sharing works well for presentations. The host controls are quite advanced too, giving admins solid control over participant access. Installation is quick and getting connected is easy.
Cons
An issue comes up when using breakout rooms in the platform. At times, it takes a while to close the room and rejoin the main meeting again.
