“packed with useful meeting tools”
Pros
Comes with a wide range of features, from screen sharing and meeting recording to managing the permissions given to participants during a session. It works really well for remote conferences, meetings and seminars and it's also simple to use and figure out. On top of that, it includes a messaging and chat bar and the audio and video quality are clear and reliable.
Cons
The software is a very good program overall but it does have a few downsides. It needs a strong internet connection to run properly, the free version comes with limited meeting minutes and some features available on the laptop and desktop versions are missing from the Android app.

“HD call quality”
Pros
This has been a really strong option for large meetings since it can bring in up to 100 people and still deliver high-quality results with HD video and audio calls, even when the bandwidth is low. Features like emoji reactions, speaker view, multiple co-host support and recording options are especially helpful and make the platform more useful overall.
Cons
Only real issue is with the recording feature especially the rendering process after the recording ends. Aside from that, the software has improved a lot over the past two years.

“great for large meetings”
Pros
It is easy to use for collaboration and it handles a large number of attendees really well. The recording feature is especially valuable and the polls along with the statistical data are very helpful.
Cons
The chat window could be improved with more advanced options for one-to-one conversations and group chats.

“My thoughts”
Pros
The feature set is honestly impressive. It lets me record the screen with audio or without it, share screens during meetings and even adjust the recording and transmission quality. Because of all that, our conferences turned out to be a complete success.
Cons
Even though the software is a very good tool, it still runs into certain bugs and failures. I noticed this especially when recording conferences for my employees to access later from anywhere. In one case, only a small portion of the conference was actually saved and the rest was lost which became a real problem because it meant losing both time and valuable knowledge.

“great for remote connection”
Pros
Right from the start, the software has delivered excellent audio and video quality and it's simple to use on both a computer and a smartphone. To me, it's the best video conferencing platform to have. It really improves productivity for businesses and even helps people stay connected in their personal relationships. It also cuts down major costs like flights and hotel stays. During the height of the pandemic, this software truly helped keep the world going. People could continue doing business, meet with loved ones across the globe and even attend weddings and funerals in distant countries. It made working from home possible and allowed businesses to operate from anywhere in the world, often even more efficiently than before.
Cons
One issue is that video quality drops a lot when the internet connection is weak. It would help if the software offered lower video resolution options for users in countries with limited internet connectivity. The pricing could also be reduced.

“packed with recording and scheduling”
Pros
One thing I really appreciate about the platform is the built-in video recording feature. The app can capture activity during use and both your actions and those of coworkers in the video conference can be automatically recorded and saved to a cloud account. It also includes a scheduling feature which works well as a reminder and is one of the more appealing parts of the platform. You can use it to plan meetings ahead of time which helps a lot with organizing future discussions. On top of that, the software supports group conversations with live chat or team chat and it also includes file-sharing options.
Cons
Lately, a lot of customers have been unhappy about data leaks, hacking incidents and several related security concerns. The platform still relies on TLS (transport security) which can be vulnerable to hacking and data theft.

“dependable remote learning tool”
Pros
Navigation is easy and it works pretty much everywhere. The software is very user friendly and does a solid job supporting secure remote learning and communication.
Cons
The only issue I've noticed is occasional distortion in the screen and shared visuals, along with some lag that can make the app feel fairly slow during a connection.

“handles huge meetings brilliantly”
Pros
One of the best parts of this app is that a huge number of people can join a meeting without issues. I've attended calls with around 300 participants and it still worked flawlessly on my end. The virtual background feature is also really helpful since it lets me cover up my messy room during professional meetings.
Cons
There's only one issue I'd point out: on the mobile app, when I swipe to view other participants during meetings, it sometimes glitches and lags. Aside from that, this app is a real gem.

“helpful for university classes”
Pros
The software has been really helpful for supporting my learning process at university. The features available during meetings are interesting and useful as well. Another thing I appreciate is that it's simple enough to be used by people of all ages.
Cons
A few things still bother me about this software. It uses quite a lot of internet data so my data plan gets used up quickly. On top of that, there is also a limit on how many people can join a meeting in the application.

“Amazing platform”
Pros
Running meetings through the software has been a really positive experience. The video and audio quality are excellent and it has consistently been reliable for organizing online meetings. The overall performance has honestly impressed me. Features like screen sharing and the chat function play a big part in keeping meetings focused and productive. I also absolutely love that it works so well on tablets and mobile devices.
Cons
Like any software, it isn't perfect. There have been times when the video freezes and that can be pretty unfortunate during a meeting.

“helpful for online classes”
Pros
Sharing presentations with viewers is very convenient and it makes explaining things much better during sessions. It has been really useful for communicating lessons and messages to students. The private chat feature is also helpful because it lets us discuss important student-related matters with colleagues during the meeting without disturbing everyone else. During the pandemic, when everything was shut down and attending in person became very difficult, this really helped solve that problem.
Cons
It does lag sometimes when a large number of attendees join the meeting.

“great for remote meetings”
Pros
Is very simple to use and it lets a lot of people join the same meeting although that works best when you are not on the free trial because the meeting time is limited. The screen sharing works really well and the video quality is also very good. During covid-19, this software made working from home much more manageable since presentations could be done right from home. It also includes useful features and reactions, like the raise hand option so when you want to speak you can use that feature and then the speaker can let you talk once they are finished.
Cons
Using the software on the free trial is not very convenient because you really need to pay for it to get the full benefit. It also performs badly when the network connection is weak since the screen freezes and the host's voice keeps breaking up.

“powerful admin control and webinars”
Pros
Feels like a full-featured solution especially when it comes to the level of control it gives admins and hosts. We handle hundreds of users every month through this software and the experience stays smooth because of the built-in features and the ability to manage practically every part of a meeting or webinar.
Cons
From the user side, it's fairly easy to use. On the admin side though, it takes a bit more time to fully understand permissions, features, user management, scheduling privileges and similar settings.

“excellent meetings and webinars”
Pros
Our team recently switched from Skype to the platform for most of our meetings, including standups, retrospectives, conferences and webinars. Inviting external participants has been very easy and practical which was a major requirement for us. Screen sharing works quickly and without trouble. It also uses much less data than Skype. The audio and video quality have been excellent and managing participants and recordings is simple.
Cons
The web version still misses some features that are available on the desktop app such as background customization and annotations. The mobile app is also quite limited compared to the desktop version and those missing functions really should be added soon.

“user friendly”
Pros
Joining and hosting meetings on the platform feels very easy. As a host, all you have to do is set up the meeting and share the link with the people you want to invite. If you're attending as a guest, you can either click the link sent by email or use the meeting code directly on the website to get in. One thing I really enjoy most is how user friendly the website and app feel once you're inside a meeting. You can also minimize it and keep working on other things while the meeting is still going on which is really convenient.
Cons
Honestly, I can't think of anything I dislike about the platform.

Pros

“connect with people anywhere”
Pros
Has been a great option for holding meetings and connecting with people. Its meeting tools work really well and being able to add up to a hundred participants for free is a huge advantage. It's an amazing platform for running meetings from any location whether you're in the same city or a different country.

“Quite convenient”
Pros
The platform makes it possible to reach and connect with people anytime while seeing each other's faces in real time. It's really convenient because even with just a mobile phone, joining and using the app is quick and practical whenever needed. We also make good use of the screen sharing feature whether for turning it into a 'videoke' session to sing together or for watching something online with friends, family or other group members.
Cons
A feature that feels inconsistent is the virtual background. I do like it but there are situations where it just doesn't work properly. From what I've noticed, it tends to run perfectly on Apple devices like MacBooks and iPads while people using Android or Microsoft devices often can't use it the same way. It would be much more enjoyable if the virtual background were available to everyone, even when using only a mobile phone.

“reliable for online classes”
Pros
With the ongoing Corona situation, running classes online has become necessary. When that happens, you end up needing several teaching tools and the software has been the best option. In live classes, a large number of students can log in and join without problems. I compared different products on the market together with other teachers and students and this software stood out. Especially during real-time lessons, interruptions are hardly noticeable and once students get used to it, the interface feels very convenient. It's very useful in that kind of teaching environment.
Cons
Area that still needs improvement is when teachers have to connect with or support their colleagues. In those cases, there are quite a few errors and technical issues at the moment so that part should be improved.
