I must say it makes it possible to stay connected from anywhere which is one of its biggest advantages. Getting started is pretty easy too and signing up is quick and accessible. That convenience is especially valuable when working from home.

Cons

Like most online services, it does have occasional issues. There were times when the connection was unstable which caused interruptions and at certain points it was not possible to connect at all for a while.

At times the video view looks a bit unclear and needs a little time to stabilize. On the positive side customer support has been very helpful and using email and messaging is simple.

Scheduling a meeting while I'm out and about is really convenient with the mobile app especially when the person I'm setting it up with is already in my contacts.

Cons

Problem is that the free plan ends meetings at 40 minutes. It would feel more reasonable if the limit were either 30 minutes or a full hour instead.

The interface feels modern and polished and it comes with plenty of really useful features even on the free plan. Inviting other people is quick, it handles group meetings well and tools like breakout rooms and chat are especially helpful and easy to use.

Cons

There are still occasional security concerns that can be a problem. It's also frustrating that some helpful features are only available behind a paywall and the audio while screen sharing can be unreliable at times and doesn't always work consistently.

Every day I rely on it to stay connected with my team remotely. The whiteboard and screen sharing features have been especially useful because they help me present my ideas to everyone much more clearly and effectively.

At this point I haven't run into any issues. If I notice anything that could be improved later on, I'd update my feedback then.

I don't have any complaints about this software. It's very convenient, works well and has been excellent for work, homeschooling and online courses or classes.

Getting audio and video meetings up and running takes very little time and I also appreciate that it brings unified communication tools together in one place. The instant messaging feature during meetings is especially useful for sharing quick notes and side discussions without interrupting the call.

It is fairly easy to use but it still needs a complete setup before everything works properly. Because it includes so many different services, parts of it can also feel a bit complex at times.

Connecting video meetings across different platforms has been really convenient. The Google Calendar plugin works especially well because it lets me schedule meetings right from my main email service and if I ever forget to include the invite, sharing the meeting link is quick since it's available inside the meeting with just a button click.

Cons

One thing that bothers me is that when I cancel a meeting through a third party service like Google Calendar, it doesn't always get removed from the app so I still end up receiving reminders for a meeting that was already canceled.

Using this platform has been really easy and I especially appreciate how well it syncs with my Outlook calendar to help me get the most out of it.

I haven't run into many problems. A recent update did interfere with my Outlook calendar connection but our IT team was able to get it fixed.

Data usage is quite high and that becomes a problem when the connection is not very strong. When that happens the app starts lagging and I sometimes miss important information or instructions because of it.

It is very user friendly and the interface is laid out in a way that makes everything simple to figure out. It works well for collaboration across large groups and suits different kinds of businesses. A lot of people also prefer it because there's a trial version available for basic use.

Cons

I find the security to be concerning especially after incidents like 'zoombombing'. That said I'm happy to see that the security has gotten better.

Running our team video calls and daily meetings through it has been a really positive experience. It's very simple to use, highly versatile and comes with plenty of features that make it a strong fit for our business needs. The layout feels accessible so getting into meetings and using the tools never takes much effort.

Cons

I do wish it offered a few more customization options. I've also run into bugs and glitches before though that doesn't happen often.
