“So many useful tools”
Pros
Calls come through with clear audio and video which makes meetings much better. It also lets us take notes and record the session which is really helpful. Also features like screen sharing and saving screenshots are things I enjoy using regularly.
Cons
At times the video freezes during longer calls and there are moments when the video quality drops as well.

“love the features”
Pros
Fitting the software into my line of work didn't take much effort. It's simple to use while still being flexible which has been a big plus. Features like screen sharing and on-demand webcasting have been especially useful although honestly it's hard to single anything out because I end up getting value from pretty much all of the features.
Cons
Issue is the participant limit especially for users on premium plans who still expect to host larger meetings. In the end the size of the meeting really comes down to how much you're paying and that can be frustrating when you want more room for participants.

“very practical”
Pros
The platform comes with practical, powerful features that people across different skill levels on the team can use without trouble making meetings run well. It has been a real help for staying connected and working with teammates especially during difficult times. Even when many people are using it at once, it keeps performing well without lag or feature issues.
Cons
Something that needs attention is screen sharing in full-screen mode since the audio and video controls disappear and that makes it harder to quickly turn them on or off.

“good experience”
Pros
One of the best things about this software is how little memory it uses which makes the whole experience much more pleasant. That really matters to me because I do not want to deal with technical distractions or unnecessary complexity. I need the app to stay quietly in the background and keep the attention on the actual video meeting. Simply put the platform works every single time, at any time. Also as a paid subscriber, I feel the yearly cost is very reasonable especially when you consider how much value it delivers.
Cons
It is honestly difficult to point out any real flaws with this software. If I had to be extremely picky, I would only ask for more layout options for video placement in sessions with over 50 participants.

“Excellent platform!”
Pros
During the coronavirus pandemic, the platform was a huge help for setting up video conferences. With lockdowns everywhere, going to the office in person was difficult and in that situation the platform really did an excellent job. The interface is very user friendly and it's simple to use.
Cons
Problem is that meetings can become frustrating on a slow internet connection but overall it's still very helpful.

“my review”

The call quality stays excellent and dependable even with as many as 500 people connected in the same meeting.

The interface could look more visually appealing and it would be nice to have a wider selection of background templates.

“reliable meetings for many users”
Pros
One of the biggest strengths of this software is that it supports many users at the same time without causing interference. It's also simple to use, even in places where the internet connection is weak.
Cons
Even though the platform is very useful for online interaction, one issue is that the administrator cannot control other users' speakers. Administrators should be able to mute participants to cut down on background noise from people who may not be careful.

“hold meetings across devices”
Pros
Having both installed and portable deployment options is really convenient! It runs across all platforms and on just about any device you might have. Setup is quick and there's no need to sign up for an account unless you plan to host meetings yourself. It's also handy that you can join and access it through other apps such as Microsoft Teams.
Cons
A concern is that during the COVID lockdown period, the company seemed more focused on holding onto its market lead than addressing the biggest problem with online meetings: security. A number of businesses ended up losing sensitive and important data after being hacked during the platform which is a serious downside. I've also noticed in some meetings that when even one participant has a weak internet connection, the quality of the entire meeting can be affected.

“phone dial-in is great”
Pros
I really like that people can join a meeting by calling in from their phones and just listen. It's not limited to being only a video call through the app which makes it a lot more flexible.
Cons
I get that this only applies to the free plan but it's still frustrating to be cut off once you pass the 40 minute limit when you were only a couple of minutes away from finishing.

“perfect for remote meetings”
Pros
The platform makes it possible to run all kinds of meetings which is especially useful in office settings where remote work is essential. It has become a very important tool today especially with so many people working from home during the pandemic.
Cons
Every now and then, the platform doesn't perform very well and the audio and video start cutting in and out. It works best with a strong internet connection and the more people that join the meeting, the less stable the connection can become. Data usage can also end up being expensive.

“Productivity increase”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages of the platform is how much more productive it made us. There was no time lost to travel and yes, being able to mute people who should not be talking certainly helps. Jokes aside, the platform really carried us through the peak of the pandemic. We were able to keep working, stay connected with staff and continue getting things done without missing a beat. In many ways, we actually became more productive. We would assign a team leader, that person would share documents, make updates live and send everything back out to the group incredibly fast. In the end, we collaborated more closely and worked more efficiently than we even did in the office.
Cons
My only real frustration with the platform is the program itself. I first downloaded it in March 2020 and even though there have been updates since then, the same version keeps reappearing on my computer. Another thing that does not make sense is the way backgrounds work across devices. If you have an account, you should not need to download your backgrounds separately on every computer or phone you use for the platform. I have one set for my office, another for home and another on my phone. It would be much better if they were all connected under the same account but the platform still does not handle that.

“works well!”
Pros
Joining calls on the platform feels very easy. I recently used it for a virtual meet-and-greet with a favorite celebrity and I also rely on it every week for church whenever I can't be there in person. It's really convenient and, honestly, I find it a better option than Skype.
Cons
I don't really have any major complaints about it though the background-blocking features could use some improvement. At times, they make the people I'm talking to look a little odd or strangely animated which can be distracting.

“simple sharing”
Pros
I like how smoothly it handles conversations when several people are talking, with little to no lag when switching between speakers. The navigation is easy, screen sharing is simple to use and inviting a group is very convenient since you can bring multiple people into a meeting with just one link.
Cons
A downside is that HD video does not work across every device, even though some other apps do support it more consistently. The starter or trial plan also keeps meetings fairly short which can be limiting and certain features are only available after downloading the app instead of using it more freely without installation.

“I'm impressed”
Pros
Running virtual events with the platform has been really impressive. It's one of the best options for hosting online sessions and events without much trouble. You can accommodate up to 1000 participants at a relatively low starting cost which makes it a strong choice for larger meetings. It also comes with plenty of customization features especially for the waiting room, along with other useful tools like pop-up quizzes.
Cons
Some privacy concerns came up in the past and it was even banned from a number of government meetings. That issue has since been addressed though. Aside from that, the platform works well overall but the webinar plan still feels somewhat expensive.

“excellent webinar controls”
Pros
Getting started with the platform is very easy and it works just as well on a desktop as it does on a phone. The host controls are excellent especially when managing large webinars. It also has one of the better presenter views I've used and sharing my screen is simple and quick.
Cons
Really isn't much to complain about but at times the virtual backgrounds work best when you have a green screen.
