“consistently solid”
Pros
Has been a dependable video conferencing platform to use. The audio and video quality stay consistently solid, scheduling meetings is easy and screen sharing works without trouble. It handles both small team calls and larger meetings really well.
Cons
To get the full functions, installing the software is necessary. There are also occasional updates that can interrupt logging in or disrupt the flow of a meeting. On top of that some of the more advanced features are only available on paid plans.

“very useful”
Pros
Having this software puts meetings, chat, whiteboards and presence status together in one place which has been really useful. With everything integrated into a single platform, I no longer need to juggle different tools for messaging, calls, file sharing and team collaboration.
Cons
A reliable internet connection is still very important. When bandwidth drops, video quality can lag especially during screen sharing and collaboration.

“Good for remote calls”
Pros
Using it from home is really convenient. If I'm sick or have appointments, I can still rely on it anytime without much trouble.
Cons
The call cuts off after 40 minutes which interrupts the conversation and gets annoying every time but at least it's simple to start another meeting.

“my review”
Pros
Participants can join for free and only one person needs a paid subscription to run meetings longer than 45 minutes. Even then if more time is needed, restarting the video call is a simple workaround. Compared with other video platforms, this feels much more user friendly! It has been very reliable for me with no bugs and the regular updates help keep everything running well. I've never even had to contact customer support because it consistently does what it's supposed to do. The video conferencing features make it simple to join in and stay engaged and it helps create a feeling of actually being there. The email reminders are also useful and the links are quick to click, share and use.
Cons
A few parts could still be improved. Some of the viewing layouts feel a bit outdated and there are times when I'd prefer to see just the host and myself side by side. The chat can also be a little awkward to use on mobile. Another thing I'd like to see improved is the ability to play background music during a class without it interfering with the main audio.

“quick to learn”
Pros
It felt really practical to work with and convenient and it didn't take much time to figure out what needed to be done or how everything worked.
Cons
Some users might want more options and a bit more flexibility in the current features though it's not a major issue. The app could also use brighter colors to make it look more appealing.

“quite convenient”
Pros
Jumping into meetings with this software feels easy and that's a big reason I keep using it. It's dependable for video calls and the call quality is usually very clear. The interface is simple enough that pretty much anyone can join without getting lost or needing help. It works well for both quick one on one conversations and bigger group meetings. Features like screen sharing and messaging are also really useful and help make daily work more efficient.
Cons
Every now and then the audio or video will glitch especially when someone has a weak internet connection. There have also been times when updates seem to slow the app down or introduce small bugs. Another frustration is that a few features feel like they should already be part of the standard plan instead of costing extra as add ons.

“popular and user friendly”
Pros
It is free, simple to use and very user friendly. It's also one of the most widely used platforms so almost everyone is familiar with it and uses it regularly.
Cons
My only frustration is the time limit on the free version. It can be really annoying especially when you're in the middle of an important conversation with someone.

“my choice!”
Pros
Using this platform has been very easy and that is probably the part we appreciate the most. Another thing that stands out is being able to stream to several different platforms at the same time which is really useful.
Cons
I do not like that if the host computer crashes or fails, the entire meeting ends even when there is a cohost present. It would be much better if they allowed up to two hosts in a session.

“Great experience”
Pros
Working with this tool has been completely free and it has consistently worked without any connectivity problems, bugs or lag. Setting up meetings is easy, sending invites is quick, it connects with your calendar and joining calls is convenient whether you're on a computer or using the app on your phone.
Cons
I can't point to any real issues. It does exactly what it's meant to do and covers everything we need without any problems.

“standout interop”
Pros
Back in 2016 we started out with it and the experience has been great ever since! When everyone moved to working from home during COVID, we rolled out individual licenses across the team and the transition was about as simple as it could have been. The platform genuinely made that period much easier for us. The video conferencing is consistently high quality and dependable and whenever bugs or issues come up, they're handled professionally and resolved quickly. Customer support is also responsive and timely. Our employees really enjoy using the platform and see it as better than Google Meet or Teams. It also gives us a credible way to connect with clients which matters a lot as a Google Workspace customer. The interop feature has been especially valuable because it lets us work with external companies no matter which platform they prefer. Also the digital signage looks excellent across all of our meeting rooms!
Cons
Over the last couple of years it has started to feel a bit bloated as more and more features have been added. We use Phone, video conferencing, Rooms and digital signage but we don't use the chat, email or storage functions so it can feel like we're paying for quite a few things we simply don't need. We also appreciate how well Google Meet fits into our existing Google Workspace setup especially with Gemini and that's something that's much harder to replicate within the software.

“so simple to use”
Pros
The strongest part is how stable the connection is. I also really appreciate how simple it is to record meetings and send them to clients afterward and the screen sharing quality is excellent, working much better than with competing tools.
Cons
The license pricing in dollars ends up being expensive for small businesses in Brazil. On top of that the 40 minute limit on the free version can sometimes get in the way during video calls with clients who still do not have a paid plan.

“handy video calls and chat”
Pros
Getting a new video call started doesn't take much effort when you need one and the chat feature makes communication very convenient as well.
Cons
It can be stubborn about saving names on a device which turns into an inconvenience when you need to change it ahead of joining a meeting.

“excellent customer service”
Pros
Operating the platform at work has been a very positive experience! The app is simple to use and we rely on it regularly for meetings and video conferencing. It works really well for face to face video calls and the customer support team is excellent when it comes to fixing bugs or resolving issues quickly.
Cons
One thing that feels underwhelming is the logo since it looks a bit plain and dull and could be updated to something more engaging. It may also be a little confusing for someone using it for the first time.

Pros
One feature I appreciated most in it was being able to video call multiple people all in one place. It's also simple to move around the system and find what you need.

“Clear quality calls”
Pros
Is quite simple to use and the video and audio quality are consistently excellent! Even with larger groups, meetings stay stable and tools like screen sharing and breakout rooms make remote teamwork feel smooth.
Cons
A few of the more advanced tools are tucked away in menus and occasional updates can interrupt the flow of work. The time limits on the free plan can also feel a bit restrictive.

“can be used across every field”
Pros
Has a very user friendly consumer app and it stays consistent in how it works. It's also highly efficient across a wide range of industries, from legal settings to medical work.
Cons
There really aren't many downsides that come to mind. Most of the problems I've seen tend to come from people who already struggle with technology especially older users around 65 and above.

Pros
It's simple for just about anyone to use, the video layout is set up really well so each person's screen is placed nicely and being able to share my screen in different ways is something I really appreciate.

“Keeps training on track”
Pros
This has been a really good fit for all of our training courses! We use it for video conferencing during training sessions across all kinds of devices from different manufacturers and it handles that really well. It helps keep office schedules organized while making the whole process feel more engaging, efficient and smooth.
Cons
Every now and then a microphone won't work properly or the video cuts out in the middle of training. It's frustrating when it happens but not enough to make us stop using it.

“convenient video meetings anywhere”
Pros
Being able to join work meetings and continuing education classes through this tool has been really convenient. It gives me the option to attend a video conference instead of traveling across the country or out of state for a meeting or class which saves a lot of time and trouble. The platform has been fairly simple to use and I have never needed to contact customer support. I have also used the free version which makes it a very affordable option for just about anyone.
Cons
I do wish there were a built in tutorial when signing up or the first time joining a conference because that would make the initial experience a lot more easy.
