“better with AI tools”
Pros
I tend to think of this platform in two phases: before the pandemic and after it and both versions have worked really well for me! It has consistently been smooth and simple to use and now that AI features have been added, it feels like an even stronger option.
Cons
It makes sense that the platform depends a lot on the device you're using and the strength of your internet connection but I'd really love to see a Lite version with just the core features. A low resource, low bandwidth version would be a very welcome addition if that's possible.

“I like the features offered”
Pros
The audio and video quality stay dependable and it handles larger groups really well too. Features like screen sharing and breakout rooms are especially helpful for meetings and online classes.
Cons
Issue that I run into sometimes is getting the schedule to sync perfectly with my Outlook calendar. There's often a delay after scheduling which can be frustrating to deal with.

“great for scheduling”
Pros
It's been incredibly useful overall! The dial in option is a huge plus whenever I need to join a call while driving. The scheduler has also been excellent for our company since it has fully organized the way we handle client scheduling.
Cons
A frustration has been the frequent updates to the scheduler. They've created some backend issues at times, like disconnecting integrations with other programs or causing the software to drop.

“good video solution”
Pros
One thing that really works well with it is the high quality video and audio. It's also very convenient having the landline calling option built into the same app so everything is handled in one place.
Cons
While screen sharing, the interface can be pretty hard to figure out especially when trying to view other people on the call or access the settings menu.

“great solution”
Pros
Using this feels very easy now and after getting comfortable with it, the whole experience has become smooth. Most of my clients already know how to use it too which makes meetings much more convenient.
Cons
Every now and then clients end up joining late because they have to update the platform before they can use it again. It would help if there were a prompt at the end of a session reminding people to update ahead of time.

“works well”
Pros
Delivers excellent video and audio quality and getting into a meeting or setting one up is very easy. The breakout room feature is also really impressive and adds a lot to the overall experience.
Cons
A drawback is that the software gets updated quite often. Also the free version has a time limit for meetings which can sometimes end a session earlier than expected.

“smooth Outlook meeting setup”
Pros
It integrates well with Outlook so adding it to calendar invites and handling meeting reminders is simple and convenient.
Cons
I haven't run into any downsides. Even with a lot more competitors in the market now, it still stands out as a leader.

“so valuable”
Pros
Made working together really convenient whether it's with our clients or with people on our own team! We regularly rely on the video meeting and calling features for internal discussions as well as client meetings. Even on the free plan, it delivers excellent value and gives us a lot for what we pay.
Cons
I can't point to any real drawbacks. The app works reliably and scheduling, starting or joining meetings with both coworkers and clients is very easy.

“covers a lot”
Pros
Between video calls, messaging and polls, it helps me get a lot done in one place. The layout is easy, troubleshooting is simple and it works really well for video conferencing with multiple people joining from different locations.
Cons
There really are not many downsides for me. At the beginning it took me a little time to locate the microphone and speaker settings but after I figured that out, I did not run into any other problems. I also have not had any reason to contact customer support.

“offers calendar sync”
Pros
Starting or joining a meeting right inside the app is very easy. Once the calendar is connected, scheduling is much more convenient since I don't have to manually add meetings into Outlook. It also includes a chat feature although we rarely use that part. For video conferencing it is very dependable and consistently simple to use.
Cons
Comes with a wide range of features and quite a few of them overlap with other tools we already use so we do not really take full advantage of everything it offers. I'd still love to see more integrations added over time.

“we love it!”
Pros
Has been a really solid platform for video conferencing and calls with clients, vendors and our internal teams. It works well across all of those groups and covers what we need for communication.
Cons
The only issue is the pricing since it feels a little expensive for the relatively small number of users who actually use it. Even so it still meets our overall needs.

“simple access for video calls”
Pros
Joining meetings is very easy even for people without an account or those who haven't downloaded the app. That convenience makes it really practical for video conferencing.
Cons
When you accept an invite, the meeting link doesn't automatically get added to your Microsoft calendar. Because of that finding the link later can sometimes be a trouble.

“excellent for remote teamwork”
Pros
It has been really useful for helping our remote team stay connected and collaborate whenever we need to. It works well for team meetings organization wide meetings and other group discussions which makes coordinating with staff much easier.
Cons
One frustration is that certain features are only available directly in the app or in the browser. Since most of our scheduling happens through the Google Calendar extension, that setup can make things a bit inconvenient :(

“Very consistent”
Pros
Right from the start the platform felt very user friendly! The interface is accessible, simple to move around in and stays consistent throughout. I also appreciated that the mobile app follows the same design and flow as the desktop version which makes switching between devices very convenient.
Cons
Honestly there was very little to dislike. A few integrations with other apps were a bit tricky to work through but overall the platform delivered a very positive and consistent experience.

“accessible meetings”
Pros
Everything is pretty accessible to figure out so it's simple to locate things like meeting recordings and upcoming sessions. It's also really useful that you can export attendee data for unique versus non-unique participants which makes it easier to check who actually joined the call and at what time.
Cons
The initial home page doesn't feel all that useful to me. I usually go straight into meetings every time and there's rarely anything on the home screen that feels immediately valuable or gives me a real reason to stay there when I log into the platform.

“Platform with rich features”
Pros
The connection quality has been excellent and screen sharing stays fluid even when playing videos with sound. It includes all the important features I need, the interface is simple to use and the security feels solid. Setting up both recurring and one-time meetings is easy, recordings are trouble free and it also works very well on mobile devices.
Cons
Some of the available features are not always completely clear at first. It also tends to use more data than tools like Teams although that comes with offering more options.

“frequent crashes and weak AI notes”
Pros
Being able to run virtual sessions with clients is useful especially since there's no time limit and I can have more than one guest in a meeting. The customizable backgrounds are also a nice touch.
Cons
The biggest problem is how often it crashes. The AI dictation also falls short because it oversimplifies and generalizes conversations too much which makes it unhelpful for my notes or for sharing anything useful with the client.

“I enjoyed using it!”
Pros
Setting up meetings and sending invites is really easy which makes it accessible even for people who are not very tech savvy. The screen-sharing tools make working together much easier and the audio and video quality has been consistently reliable. I also really enjoy the chat and breakout room features because they help remote teams feel more connected and collaborative.
Cons
At times, the platform can use quite a bit of system resources so older computers may start to slow down during use. On top of that some extra features such as cloud recording and higher participant limits, are only available with paid plans. It would be nice to see more free options offered for smaller teams.

“accessible but limiting plans”
Pros
Compared with other virtual meeting platforms this feels more accessible to use. Most people already know their way around its tools so there's usually very little learning difficulty.
Cons
Something that doesn't work well for me is the limit on meeting length and the number of participants allowed in a single session.
