Pros
Screen sharing works every time, the background filters are simple to get to, splitting people into smaller breakout groups is trouble free and the audio quality stays strong.
Cons
The monthly cost has increased and it was already on the expensive side before. I kept paying for more than two years but once the price went up without any added value, I ended up cancelling my subscription.

Is a versatile virtual collaboration platform both in terms of pricing and how easily it can be rolled out. The video call quality is excellent and the onboarding process is easy. It also has a user friendly interface with a simple setup process.
Cons
Overall the software performs very well. The customer support team is also responsive and helpful whenever assistance is needed.

Pros
Being able to meet with my students online during the pandemic made a huge difference and I've kept using it with family members who don't have iphones and can't use Facetime.
Cons
The part I like least is that it doesn't really work side by side with Teams meetings. It becomes difficult to set up fully functional meetings across business units when everyone isn't using the same platform.

Pros
One of the best things is the breakout room feature. It works really well for running smaller group discussions inside a larger meeting so there's no need to set up separate sessions for every group. The interface is clean and easy, with no trouble getting around it. The AI tools are also very useful especially for translating and summarizing meetings and they do both with pretty solid accuracy.
Cons
If anything, the app can feel a bit heavy at times and with all of its features running, it may slow down your computer a little.

Working with coworkers through this platform feels really easy and getting in touch with people when needed is quick and convenient. The built-in AI also adds a lot of convenience to the overall experience.
Cons
A setback is that when new tools or features get added, there isn't really any in-app guidance to help you figure out how to use them.

Cons

Pros
It comes with a lot of features that are genuinely helpful and the video call quality has been excellent! The chat option is especially useful during larger meetings since it helps keep communication organized without interrupting the speaker. Another thing I appreciate is that during a video conference, the active speaker is highlighted which makes it easier to stay focused on whoever is talking.
Cons
One downside is that the free version only allows 45 minutes per meeting. Most of the time, that just isn't enough and when budgets are really tight, it makes it difficult to hold a productive meeting without feeling rushed. It would be much better if that limit were increased to a full hour.

Getting started with it feels very easy because the platform is user friendly and simple to use. It doesn't take long for users to learn their way around the smaller details of the software either. Another big plus is the variety of useful integrations it includes especially Gmail and Google Calendar since they fit nicely into everyday workflows and help improve productivity and task management.
Cons
Even though the software is impressive overall, there are still a few areas that could be better especially the lag that can happen during video and audio calls when the internet connection is unstable.

Gives me a virtual place to meet online and the biggest advantage of its meetings is not having to spend time driving anywhere.
Cons
Works really well when being there in person just isn't possible but it does take away some of the personal feeling of getting together. There's no hug at the end of a meeting.

Back when Covid pushed our office fully remote, I honestly don't know how we would have managed without this option. Every meeting ended up happening there and the video calling worked really well for us. Being able to record meetings was a big plus too and the pricing for all of our users was pretty reasonable.
Cons
That said some of our clients did run into problems using it. A few of them had a hard time figuring out the interface and navigating everything. To be fair that can happen with any software and it does seem like this platform has improved over the years. Still customer support was not very helpful. I remember reaching out for assistance and not having much success getting my issue resolved.

Has been very dependable for video calls, with consistently strong audio and video quality. The platform is easy to use and the calendar integration works really well. Features such as breakout rooms, screen sharing and recording make it a solid choice for both internal collaboration and client meetings. I also really enjoy using the mobile app on my phone.
Cons
Issue is that the free plan has restrictions on meeting length and many of the more advanced features are only available with the higher-priced tiers.

Makes it really simple to stay connected with staff for meetings, run online interviews or teach virtual classes. The platform is easy to figure out and starting or joining a video call doesn't take much effort. It also includes a chat box which is especially helpful because comments can be shared without interrupting whoever is speaking. That feature has been very useful.
Cons
One issue I've run into from time to time is when sending links to other people, they are not always able to open them without trouble depending on which site or platform they are opening the link from. It doesn't always feel fully accessible for people who do not already have the app installed.

It has really grown beyond being just a video meeting app and now feels like a complete collaboration hub. The meeting experience is still one of its strongest points, with dependable performance and excellent audio and video quality. The AI Companion is a standout feature too, doing a really good job of summarizing chats and meetings and making daily work much more productive. File management in it is also simple and convenient.
Cons
I haven't run into any issues with this software at all. It has been working very well for me and I'm genuinely happy using it for work.

Works really well with my Google Calendar and the platform is simple to figure out. I've used other options like RingCentral and Google Meet and they tend to be more glitchy. With those our attendees often run into connection problems or have trouble joining meetings but that hasn't been an issue with it.
Cons
One thing that could be better is the selection of virtual backgrounds. A lot of people join meetings from home and would rather not have their real background visible.
