“innovative but overpriced”
Pros
It has worked reliably for years. It's genuinely an innovative product and a big step up from the alternatives we were using when we started especially GoToMeeting and WebEx.
Cons
At the same time we already use Google Office which includes free teleconferencing. Compared with something we already get at no extra cost, this platform feels really expensive and we only need one of the two.

“Smooth videocalls”
Pros
The interface feels accessible, getting into calls takes hardly any time and screen sharing works smoothly especially when I'm using my phone.
Cons
There are occasional lag issues during peak hours and I'd really like to see stronger built-in security features especially on mobile.

“screen sharing stands out”
Pros
Breakout rooms make it really simple to split client groups for rehearsals and screen sharing is still easy when we need to walk through technical decks.
Cons
From time to time, updates end up messing with audio hardware in certain situations and support replies for technical problems can come across as a bit robotic.

“Perfect for remote work”
Pros
Working with it has been very easy since it doesn't require any technical knowledge so almost anyone can join a meeting without trouble. Even when the internet connection is weak, the audio and video usually stay quite reliable. It works really well for team collaboration, webinars and online classes because of features like screen sharing, breakout rooms and recording. The integration with email, messaging platforms and other collaboration tools is also very helpful and since I work from home, those features are especially useful for me.
Cons
At times, there are bugs or issues where the audio or video starts lagging. Customer support can also take longer than expected on some occasions. Compared to other competitors, the file transfer and file management features feel fairly basic.

“Quite widely used”
Pros
Has become the go-to name for video calling which says a lot about how widely it's used. I rely on it often and it's easy to figure out and use on a regular basis.
Cons
The biggest downside is having to pay for it when there are free options out there. On top of that, it still runs into its share of lag and occasional usability issues.

“No need to be tech savvy”
Pros
Getting a meeting started or joining one is pretty easy even if you're not very tech-savvy. I mostly used it for online college classes and later for group project sessions. Features like breakout rooms and screen sharing were really useful for both presentations and regular discussions. When the internet connection is solid, the audio and video quality is usually clear and dependable.
Cons
When the internet is slow, calls can sometimes lag or even disconnect. The free plan also caps group meetings at 40 minutes which can be frustrating when a session needs to run longer.

“top choice for meetings”
Pros
It's simply the number one option on the market. The simplicity, integrations and brand recognition all make it a very convincing choice for this software solution.
Cons
At the moment, I can't point to any real downsides or anything that doesn't work for me. It's also completely understandable that the free version comes with limited features.

“So convenient”
Pros
Using it feels very easy even if you are not especially tech-savvy. It lets me meet with a lot of people at the same time which saves everyone from having to drive all over the place just for a regular business meeting.
Cons
I really do not have any complaints. Aside from the occasional issue caused by my own internet connection, it works flawlessly every time and I cannot think of anything that would make it perform any better.

“Simple to join meetings”
Pros
Getting started with it is one of the things I appreciate most. It makes it simple to join meetings, share my screen and stay in touch with teammates even when everyone is working from different locations. It works well for both small meetings and larger group sessions and the audio and video are usually clear. It also includes helpful collaboration features like recording, breakout rooms and chat which make working together much more convenient.
Cons
I don't like that it can sometimes run slowly and use a lot of computer memory especially on older devices. The audio and video quality can also drop when the internet connection is weak. On top of that the frequent updates can be annoying and some features may be a bit hard for new users to find or fully understand.

“effective collaboration in one place”
Pros
Nothing else I've used for team communication and web conferencing feels as effective as this platform! It gives me one place to work together with colleagues, customers and stakeholders without needing to switch between tools.
Cons
Since I first started using it at my previous organization, I honestly haven't run into any problems with it up to this point.

“Can be used in every setting”
Pros
From medical school lectures to teaching sessions and professional meetings, I've been using it for more than 9 years and it has stayed consistently dependable throughout. It handles large groups really well, the video quality is excellent and bugs or interruptions are very rare. One thing I really appreciate is how user friendly it is, people can join and find their way around a call without much trouble even if it's their first time using it. Screen sharing and file sharing work very well and breakout rooms are especially useful for smaller group discussions. It works perfectly for basic use although a subscription becomes necessary for longer meetings. I've hardly ever needed customer support but the help articles are useful when needed. Overall it's extremely user friendly, delivers high quality and reliable video calls, has very few issues and handles screen sharing and file uploads well.
Cons
The main downside is the 40 minute limit on meetings in the free plan which can interrupt longer sessions unless you upgrade. Also although the messaging tools are available, I don't use them much because they feel less accessible than the video conferencing features.

“predatory billing and awful support”
Pros
Audio quality has been dependable and it offers a solid range of features especially for live music and sharing video audio through screen share.
Cons
Customer service has been absolutely terrible. The contracts feel predatory, important clauses are buried and they seem able to change terms and charge your card whenever they want. Customer service has been horrible throughout.

“ALL in one”
Pros
Having file sharing, chat and video meetings all in one place really helps keep everything together and the customer support has been excellent too. It saves a lot of time, makes teamwork better and the video quality stays dependable. The chat tools are also handy for sending quick updates without needing a full meeting.
Cons
At times, it can take up quite a bit of system resources which may slow down some computers during video calls.

“Time saver”
Pros
This has been a real time saver for my meetings! It's very simple to use and I can bring several clients together in one place or have multiple teammates join the same meeting without any trouble.
Cons
When I schedule a meeting and want attendees to click the link beforehand to confirm their connection is working, it gets frustrating. I'm not always able to tell whether they've tested it ahead of time and it becomes disruptive when I have to troubleshoot with someone in the meeting chat right as the meeting starts.

“global meetings”
Pros
Since 2021, the platform has been a solid fit for our international business. It offers very good value for the price and is simple to work with. We use it to meet with clients around the world, share files, chat during calls and stay connected regardless of location.
Cons
Honestly, there's very little to complain about. We mainly use it for client meetings so we probably aren't taking full advantage of everything the platform can do.

“Amazing video and call quality”
Pros
It is very simple to use and delivers high quality video with clear audio which keeps professional conversations running well without interruptions.
Cons
At times getting redirected to the app to join a meeting can be tricky because it suggests using the browser instead. It also lowers the video quality when the internet connection is weak.

Pros
Connecting it with other tools especially Zoho apps, has been smooth which makes it feel like a true all in one solution. It's also budget friendly so scaling it across different types of companies is very manageable.
Cons

“break out rooms convenience”
Pros
Joining a meeting is incredibly simple, just one click and you're in! Screen sharing is also a big plus especially when there's a presentation to show. Another feature I really value is breakout rooms since they make it possible to split into smaller groups or have separate discussions when needed.
Cons
The 40 minute limit is a bit inconvenient especially for longer conversations. It can also freeze at times when a lot of participants are in the meeting.

“better meetings with AI notes”
Pros
Across our teams this has become the go-to platform for video calls internally. It plays an important role in company-wide updates as well as one-on-one and private meetings that help keep productivity up. The Notion AI notes feature is also really useful because it lets conversations feel more natural and engaging instead of focusing only on taking notes.
Cons
Something that gets frustrating is the toolbar especially during screen sharing because it takes up quite a bit of space. That can end up getting in the way when I'm trying to share my screen and use a browser search at the same time.

“my review”
Pros
Having live meetings and a whiteboard style app bundled together at this price is a real plus. It runs reliably on most modern 5G connections and home wifi setups though not every network is perfect. Sharing different types of documents is also pretty easy.
Cons
One downside is that it can mess up the formatting on quite a few Office files especially spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations. On public wifi, the connection can also become laggy and audio echo may show up.
