Pros
Handling calls with large groups is very easy with this product. Sharing meeting links and screen sharing are both simple to manage and it also connects well with email and messaging platforms.
Cons
It can feel a little laggy on computers with lower memory or on slower internet connections. The issue is more noticeable when sharing spreadsheets or opening other web apps that can make performance slower.

Pros
Compared with other video conferencing tools like Microsoft Teams, this one offers a lot of features that I really appreciate. They keep improving the platform and rolling out new functions which is nice to see and the overall experience is relatively simple to figure out.
Cons
Like with any software, there is room to improve. The settings page especially feels pretty overwhelming to work through. New features also tend to appear without much notice so you may not even realize a new default option needs to be reviewed until you happen to be in the settings for something else. I haven't needed to reach out to customer support so I can't really speak to that part.

Cons

This has been very dependable for group calls. The audio stays clear even when the internet connection is weak.
Cons
The free plan cuts meetings off after 40 minutes which can get in the way of longer sessions. There are also privacy and security concerns since it has faced criticism over issues like "Zoombombing," where strangers enter meetings. Because of that, it requires extra care with passwords and protected rooms.

Cons

Keeping a geographically spread-out team aligned is much easier it thanks to its dependable video meetings and consistent audio quality. The virtual whiteboard also makes brainstorming more practical whenever we need to map out tasks together in real time.
Cons
Occasional audio delay in bigger meetings is an issue especially when multiple people talk at once. File sharing can also disrupt the flow a bit when we're trying to review documents during live calls.

Has been an excellent platform for a lot of reasons and one of the biggest is how well it works for online education.
Cons
There really isn't much I can complain about it. The only downside that comes to mind is needing a paid subscription if you want meetings to go beyond 45 minutes but that feels reasonable and honestly worth paying for.

Takes almost no effort to get into meetings and the interface is really well designed. I can jump into a call quickly, share my screen with a coworker without trouble and the Team Chat feature is something my department uses every single day.
Cons
Team Chat search could definitely be better. It works but I usually have to fiddle with it a bit before I can track down exactly what I need.
