“excellent for large meetings!”

Pros

Handling calls with large groups is very easy with this product. Sharing meeting links and screen sharing are both simple to manage and it also connects well with email and messaging platforms.

Cons

It can feel a little laggy on computers with lower memory or on slower internet connections. The issue is more noticeable when sharing spreadsheets or opening other web apps that can make performance slower.

Pros

Compared with other video conferencing tools like Microsoft Teams, this one offers a lot of features that I really appreciate. They keep improving the platform and rolling out new functions which is nice to see and the overall experience is relatively simple to figure out.

Cons

Like with any software, there is room to improve. The settings page especially feels pretty overwhelming to work through. New features also tend to appear without much notice so you may not even realize a new default option needs to be reviewed until you happen to be in the settings for something else. I haven't needed to reach out to customer support so I can't really speak to that part.

It still feels like the most user friendly option out there and it remains the platform people recognize most for virtual meetings and appointments overall.

Cons

There are a handful of settings I wish had a bit more flexibility especially when it comes to background choices, lighting controls and audio options.

Has been well worth the cost for us since it brings our team communication together in one place. The platform is simple to use for video meetings and overall communication and the customer support team has been outstanding. It has worked extremely well for our team.

Honestly, I have no complaints. It has been excellent to use and has performed flawlessly for us.

This has been very dependable for group calls. The audio stays clear even when the internet connection is weak.

The free plan cuts meetings off after 40 minutes which can get in the way of longer sessions. There are also privacy and security concerns since it has faced criticism over issues like "Zoombombing," where strangers enter meetings. Because of that, it requires extra care with passwords and protected rooms.

Pros

Setting up and running meetings through it has been pretty convenient. The scheduling tool is useful and there are upgrade options available if you need more features.

Cons

The meeting time limits are a downside. If you want longer sessions, you have to pay for more time while other platforms like Google Meet offer that for free.

At this point, I don't have any complaints. Everything has worked well and feels simple to use. I used to have some trouble getting access before but it always got resolved.

Keeping a geographically spread-out team aligned is much easier it thanks to its dependable video meetings and consistent audio quality. The virtual whiteboard also makes brainstorming more practical whenever we need to map out tasks together in real time.

Cons

Occasional audio delay in bigger meetings is an issue especially when multiple people talk at once. File sharing can also disrupt the flow a bit when we're trying to review documents during live calls.

Has been an excellent platform for a lot of reasons and one of the biggest is how well it works for online education.

Cons

There really isn't much I can complain about it. The only downside that comes to mind is needing a paid subscription if you want meetings to go beyond 45 minutes but that feels reasonable and honestly worth paying for.

Handy app for creating or scheduling meetings. I keep using it because it handles calls with multiple people better and the recording features are especially useful.

Cons

It's a bit too sensitive to network fluctuations so the video can switch from clear to heavily pixelated really fast.

At first it only allowed 30 minute sessions for users who hadn't subscribed or bought the product themselves which was very inconvenient.

I don't have any significant complaints. I've never run into any major issues with the software.

My only concern isn't really with the software itself but more with the training that comes with it. It seems like people could use a bit more guidance on how to use features efficiently like recording, keeping meetings private and managing the audio and video settings. With that in mind, it would be helpful if more free training options were promoted.

Running an online business, this has been a really helpful way to stay connected with business partners across the world. Screen sharing during calls is also a feature I really appreciate since it makes collaboration much more effective.

Cons

The part I like least is that the free version only allows meetings to last up to 40 minutes.

Getting people into a meeting is really easy. The platform makes it possible for team members outside the US to join quickly without any trouble.

Only issue I've run into is with the audio. For example, in a call today with three people, one participant kept getting muted and was saying she had no idea why it was happening.

I honestly don't have any complaints. My experience it has always been amazing and it has made my work much easier.

Starting out with it is easy, the quality is solid and it's simple for other people to set up and join right away for a virtual meeting.

Something I'd like is the option to take control of another person's screen during a session although I'm not sure whether that feature already exists or not.

Pros

Takes almost no effort to get into meetings and the interface is really well designed. I can jump into a call quickly, share my screen with a coworker without trouble and the Team Chat feature is something my department uses every single day.

Cons

Team Chat search could definitely be better. It works but I usually have to fiddle with it a bit before I can track down exactly what I need.
