Cons
The only thing I don't like is that with the free version, my meetings are limited to 40 minutes.

I love how easy it is to use, and the interface looks great. Joining meetings quickly and sharing my screen with friends and colleagues is super convenient. The Zoom Team Chat is something we use every single day at work.
Cons
The search feature in Team Chat could definitely be better, but with some effort, I can usually find what I need.

Cons

Pros
It brings together a lot of useful features which makes it a central place for our team. We use Chat for daily communication and it also works really well for setting up and running scheduled meetings.
Cons
The notification system is the part I'm not happy with. It can be inconsistent because it tries to send alerts to whatever application is currently active. That creates problems when I'm away from my desk or on the go and end up missing notifications and even turning that feature off seems just as unreliable.

Meetings felt much more organized with it and the follow-up deliverables came out clearer with less time spent writing notes. The built-in AI was especially helpful, turning raw meeting videos into instant summaries right away.
Cons
There were a few accuracy issues with the AI features though. Some important speaker attributions were left out of the summaries and the transcription occasionally lagged behind during live meetings.

Getting started it is easy and the audio and video quality stay consistently clear during calls. Screen sharing works really well too which makes presenting to a group much more effective.
Cons
Chat tool feels pretty limited since it doesn't support threaded replies or proper file organization so shared links and important messages can be hard to follow during long classes. It can also become laggy on lower-end devices or slower internet connections especially with video enabled. At times, the app uses a lot of system resources which ends up slowing down my laptop.

Its AI Companion has been a real time-saver for me. It automatically summarizes meeting discussions and quickly drafts follow-up messages right away. The calendar connection, built-in scheduler and integrated phone system also help a lot and save me hours every week.
Cons
Every now and then, audio stutters during group calls. Voices may cut out briefly or come through a second late which interrupts the flow of the conversation.

When it comes to professional video meetings, this feels like the simplest, most easy and most widely used option which is why it's become my default choice for video chats. Nobody around me says "let's jump on a Teams call" it's almost always this platform instead. One feature I really appreciate is being able to transcribe interviews directly to the cloud.
Cons
There is a bit of setup involved for users and calls can sometimes cut out depending on everyone's tech or connection which can create problems although that's not always the softwares fault. A lot of the issues people used to have it have been addressed over the past few years and the current version of the product is in really good shape.

One thing that works really well is being able to have a lot of people join the same call using a single link. The video and audio quality are solid and the Google Calendar integration is very convenient. The chat and recording features are also really useful.
Cons
Issue is that it is not HIPAA compliant unless you have a BAA in place. Another issue is that some people have trouble joining the call especially if they are new to the platform or get stuck doing a last-minute update.
