“very consistent”
Pros
Has been a dependable option for me because it's simple to use and consistently works well. Meetings rarely drop and I appreciate that it can record both locally and to the cloud.
Cons
There are two downsides I'd point out: it would be better if participant audio could be recorded on separate tracks and the pricing can feel expensive.

“communication made easy”
Pros
Video and audio quality make it simple for everyone in the meeting to communicate clearly. Screen presentations display well without issues and breakout rooms are really helpful for guiding group discussions.
Cons
Background noise filtering can be a bit too aggressive and sometimes removes parts of what people are saying. There are also occasional small disconnects when the app switches from one network to another.

“vital for remote classes”
Pros
During the pandemic this turned into a must-have tool for our team! We run continuing education classes for clients and the platform made it possible for us to keep those sessions going without interruption.
Cons
There were a few occasions when the connection was unreliable. At the beginning, security was also a concern and we had one unsettling person join a class. Thankfully, their tech support was excellent in helping us stop that from happening again and we haven't had any problems since.

“Top notch settings”
Pros
One thing that keeps me using it is how distinct and stable it feels. The software has been very dependable for me, with no real issues at all. The video and audio options are excellent and perform really well.
Cons
Subscription cost runs a little high although it's still within a reasonable range. At times, there's a glitch when too many people are logging in at once.

“better organization”
Pros
It has made it much simpler for my team to stay connected even with everyone working across different time zones. We rely on huddle calls, scheduled meetings and quick brainstorming sessions on the whiteboard and those features cover our core needs really well.
Cons
Getting to older sessions started taking a lot longer once storage was nearly full. There's also no way to filter auto-deletion based on the type of meeting which would be really helpful.

“extra tools help a lot”
Pros
The extra tools and add ons have been really helpful when I'm getting ready for meetings and sharing materials with others.
Cons
This feels more like a feature request than a real downside. I'd love the option to pre-assign someone outside my organization who has a paid account as a co-host for a meeting.

“widely used”
Pros
Biggest advantage is that almost everyone already uses it so I never have to spend time deciding which platform to pick when setting up a meeting. Excellent product!
Cons
One thing I liked the least is that the application feels a bit large in size and I'm also not sure whether they provide a fully cloud-based solution.

“dependable calls for training”
Pros
Been really dependable for us and that matters a lot when I'm running African Leadership Programs. Video calls are easy to set up and use and the platform rarely lets me down when we need stable connections. Screen sharing and breakout rooms also make a big difference during interactive training sessions since they help keep everything organized and engaging. Overall it makes remote communication feel simple and practical.
Cons
The cost is probably the hardest part to justify especially once you move into premium features or need room for more participants. For a nonprofit, those added expenses build up quickly and every dollar matters. It also uses a fair amount of system resources so older computers can slow down and it can burn through data faster than we'd like which isn't ideal for all of the areas where we operate.

“versatile communication across teams”
Pros
We originally brought it in during the pandemic and since then it has evolved into a company-wide communication platform for us. We regularly use the dialer, video meetings and direct messaging as part of our daily work.
Cons
PC app does not show who actually answered a call. It only shows where the call was routed so we have to check the mobile app to see which team member picked it up.

“good breakout rooms”
Pros
Does a solid job of automatically adjusting to bandwidth so people can join from all kinds of network conditions without it becoming a problem. The breakout rooms are also really useful for collaboration especially during internal brainstorming sessions with cross-department teams.
Cons
An issue I keep running into is that the platform often doesn't update my external calendar properly when I schedule recurring meetings which leads to overlapping bookings and missed changes.

“broken links and client confusion”
Pros
One thing that works really well is that my clients can join meetings through the link without needing to create an account or sign up first.
Cons
Quite often, the meeting links stop working and I end up having to make new ones. On top of that, clients who are not familiar it usually struggle to figure out basic actions like unmuting themselves or using the chat.

“user friendly”
Pros
Using it has been a very pleasant experience thanks to its friendly interface, cross-platform support and responsive customer service. It also comes with a wide range of features, including AI enhancements that add even more value.
Cons
If you're new to the platform some of the more advanced tools can take a little time to understand especially breakout rooms and locating meeting recordings stored in the cloud.

Pros
Works really well with Smokeball for tracking my client time and it also records all of our calls so we can go back and review them whenever needed.
Cons
The thing I'm still trying to sort out it is the SMS texting. For some reason, it won't let me send texts to my clients.

“remote collaboration”
Pros
Has helped me organize my team's distributed work much better. It makes virtual meetings and collaboration feel natural which fits really well with how modern teams operate especially in remote setups.
Cons
I've noticed that syncing my availability between devices can be delayed. When I update my calendar on mobile, it doesn't show up on the desktop version right away.

“effective solution during covid”
Pros
Simple to use and very easy. It was a really effective solution during COVID and gave us an immediate option without the added complexity of Microsoft Teams.
Cons
It works well for basic needs but it doesn't really feel built for larger team collaboration. For that kind of use, Microsoft Teams seems like the better fit.

“Clear and Reliable, but Heavy on Memory”
Pros
The image quality is excellent, and both video and audio are crystal clear. It works perfectly for everything I need.

It uses so much memory on both my PC and phone that it slows everything else down. I've had to uninstall it a couple of times because of that.

“A Handy Hub for My Team Collaboration”
Pros
I love that it offers so many features, making it a central hub for our team chats and scheduled meetings.
Cons
The notification system can be annoying. It tries to send alerts to whichever app I'm using, so sometimes I miss them when I'm on the go. Turning it off doesn't always work properly either.
