“Flexible for Remote Work”
Pros
Reliable platform that gives me the freedom to work wherever I need, while still helping me provide great care and stay connected.
Cons
It takes a few windows to open before I can actually join a meeting, which slows things down. Also, the new AI window is required to keep the camera screen active, which is inconvenient.

Honestly, It is the easiest platform I've ever used compared to others. It's super user-friendly, has everything I need, and integrates perfectly with other platforms.
Cons
I really can't think of any negatives. It does everything I need and works seamlessly with other tools.

“A Lifesaver During the Pandemic”
Pros
It became a must-have tool for us during the pandemic. We were able to keep offering continuing education classes for our clients thanks to it.
Cons
Sometimes the connection was spotty. Once we had a security issue with a random visitor, but Zoom Tech Support fixed it quickly, and we haven't had problems since.

“Keeping My Team Organized and Connected”
Pros
Zoom makes it so much easier for my team to connect, even across time zones. We use huddle calls, scheduled meetings, and whiteboard brainstorming sessions all the time.
Cons
When storage is nearly full, it takes forever to access older sessions. Also, there's no way to filter which meetings get auto-deleted.

“Stable and Trustworthy for My Work”
Pros
I'm honestly stunned at how stable and reliable Zoom is. The software runs smoothly with no major issues, and the video and audio settings are excellent.
Cons
The subscription can be a bit pricey, and sometimes there are glitches when too many people log in at the same time.

“Great for Training and Collaboration”
Pros
I love the extra tools and add-ons that help me prepare for meetings and share materials easily.
Cons
More of a suggestion than a complaint, but I wish I could assign people outside my organization as co-hosts, even if they don't have a paid Zoom account.

“Popular, Trusted, and Easy to Use”
Pros
Zoom is hands down the best product. The best part is that so many people already use it, so I never have to worry about compatibility when setting up meetings.
Cons
The app is a bit large, and I'm not sure if they offer a full cloud-based solution.

“Powerful Features and Great Quality”
Pros
The audio and video quality are amazing. The interface is super easy to use, and screensharing works every time with great customization options (tab, window, app, or full screen). Also the chat and annotation features keep everyone engaged, and integration with email and Slack saves me time. and the Privacy features like background blur and pausing video are also great.
Cons
Occasionally, Zoom crashes or takes a while to load. The chat can be distracting and hard to review later, and sometimes content gets lost once the meeting ends.

“Reliable but Pricey for Nonprofits”
Pros
What I really like about Zoom Workplace is that it just works super easy to use for video calls. For my African Leadership Programs, reliable connections are essential, and Zoom rarely lets me down. The screen sharing and breakout rooms are perfect for interactive training sessions. It makes remote communication so much easier.
Cons
My biggest issue is the cost, especially when upgrading to premium features or higher capacity. For a nonprofit like ours, every dollar counts. It can also slow down older computers and use a lot of data, which isn't ideal for all our operations.

“Great for Team Collaboration but Needs Calendar Fix”
Pros
I love how Zoom automatically adjusts bandwidth, so it doesn't matter if participants have different internet strengths. Breakout rooms are great for brainstorming sessions with teams from different departments.
Cons
It often fails to update my external calendar when I set up recurring meetings, which sometimes leads to overlaps or missed updates.

“love the features”
Pros
Getting started it is really easy and it runs well even if you're new to it. Features such as screen sharing, virtual backgrounds and the solid video and audio quality make it very convenient to use.
Cons
The part I liked the least is the 40 minute cap on group meetings with the free plan. It also tends to lag or disconnect at times when the internet is unstable. It would be even better if it performed more reliably on low-bandwidth connections.

“polished UI”
Pros
Setting up a meeting with anyone is very easy whether they're part of your company network or not. Joining is simple for participants too and the range of background options is a nice touch. The interface also looks good and feels well designed.
Cons
Something that gets in the way is the "new meeting" option for random meetings since it doesn't provide a shareable link right away for inviting people.

“solid control”
Pros
It delivers exactly what it's supposed to with very few issues, offers solid controls and the servers are consistently reliable. There are plenty of settings you can adjust and it handles changing bandwidth and unstable connection speeds really well.
Cons
There are a few interface design quirks that can make things a bit inconvenient for hosts and co-hosts but it's only a minor issue.

“removes group meetings stress”
Pros
Consistently dependable for video calls with strong call quality and very minimal latency. It takes the stress out of running group meetings and features like the integrated whiteboards and breakout rooms make it simple to handle both small sessions and larger group discussions.
Cons
Every now and then, the connection can be a little unstable when using home wifi. It helps to use a wired internet connection when possible or upgrade your wifi speed to get the best experience.

“remote meetings”
Pros
A user friendly platform for virtual meetings and events! Since most of our team works remotely, we rely on it for nearly all of our online meetings and events.
Cons
A few features aren't immediately accessible at first though they become manageable once you learn the process. For instance, setting up and managing breakout rooms for larger groups takes a little practice.

Pros

“meetings from anywhere”
Pros
Joining meetings is easy and the recording options are really useful. It comes with plenty of solid features and the fact that it works online, through the app and by phone makes it very versatile for meetings while on the go.
Cons
Uploading recordings to the cloud can be pretty slow at times but aside from that, there really isn't anything significant I dislike.

Pros
The recording feature has been really useful and the waiting room option is another big plus. It lets me bring people in only when I'm ready and the meeting starts when I decide to begin it.

“I highly recommend!”
