“smart AI features for teamwork”
Pros
The note-taking and meeting summaries have been a huge help and being able to draft emails in seconds saves a lot of time. It also creates document templates and the chat integration works really well when collaborating on big projects with people located all over the country.
Cons
AI has become part of nearly every business and everyday workflow so it's frustrating that it you only get those features by paying for the Advanced plan. That pricing is manageable for bigger companies but at $21.99 per user it feels pretty expensive. The AI output also sometimes needs editing although that's true with most AI tools and the support response time is slower than it should be considering the cost.

Part I don't like is the AI meeting summary feature since it can be inconsistent and sometimes inaccurate.

“practical training tool”
Pros
This became an essential tool for my online meetings and training sessions. When it comes to convenience and quality, it really stays ahead. Scheduling and starting meetings is very easy and features like screen sharing and even recording conversations make it even more useful. I also feel confident relying on excellent options such as breakout rooms and the integrated chat.
Cons
Since I use the free version, there is a time limit on meetings. It doesn't really get in my way but without that restriction, I think it would be perfect.

“Easy to figure out”
Pros
An excellent video conferencing tool! It's easy to adopt, works well for teams with any level of technical experience and keeps online meetings simple and accessible.
Cons
There's honestly not much to complain about it. My only small criticism is that it could make it more noticeable for speakers when their microphone is muted.

“all in one platform”
Pros
Having meetings, chat and file sharing all in one place it really helps keep me connected with my colleagues throughout the day. It makes collaboration feel much more organized and convenient across different teams and projects.
Cons
An issue I've noticed is that chat notifications and meeting reminders don't always come through immediately so I sometimes miss important alerts.

“one-click meetings”
Pros
Setting up meetings takes just one click and the reminders stay accurate across different time zones. That's been a big help when coordinating with contractors.
Cons
Once a meeting ends, I sometimes need to send the recording immediately but that part of the process tends to take longer than I expect.

“reliable screen sharing”
Pros
Being able to record sessions when needed and share my screen at the right time is really useful. Everything is built in and easy, without feeling complicated.
Cons
It has worked reliably for me so I've never really had to think twice about using it. That's probably why I still appreciate it even though I've switched over to Google Meet.

Pros
Works really well for scheduling and hosting online meetings. I can also customize things ahead of time like my background and profile and make other adjustments before the meeting starts.

“strong video tools for presentations”
Pros
The desktop version delivers really good video quality and the tools it includes work very well for presentations and conference meetings.
Cons
Getting everything set up isn't especially user friendly and takes quite a bit of time to learn properly. It can also be glitchy now and then which means restarting it occasionally.

“big role in my routine!”
Pros
Since my university days it has been a part of my routine and it still plays a big role in my work life now. The platform is very user friendly even for people who aren't very technical and it stays dependable for both one on one conversations and bigger team meetings. I use it every day in my current job to stay aligned with vendors, consultants and internal teams. It was especially important during our ISO 27001 audits since it allowed us to work remotely with external auditors and stakeholders without disrupting collaboration. Features like screen sharing, breakout rooms and recording have been especially valuable.
Cons
From time to time, I've dealt with audio problems or calls dropping particularly when someone in the meeting has weak bandwidth. The separate licensing for webinars and large meetings can also be inconvenient when those features are only needed once in a while. It would be even better if there were more flexible pricing options for smaller teams.

Pros
Work meetings feel a lot more personal with this tool and I absolutely love it. It also gives me the flexibility to join and work from different locations without any trouble.
Cons
I've run into a few connection issues at times although that may be more related to my internet. Aside from that, it's been perfect for work meetings.
