Pros

Our team stayed connected thanks to the real-time collaboration tools. Persistent chat threads and live co-annotation on shared content made working together feel natural without the usual disconnect or the need to wait around for emails.

One issue I ran into was unreliable syncing between its calendar and other calendar apps.

Compared with a lot of other virtual meeting platforms, this feels much more user friendly. The newer features like AI-generated summaries and continuous chat, also help make meetings more productive.

One thing I wish it would offer is HIPAA compliance for solopreneurs. Right now I can't use it directly for any sessions that require HIPAA unless I connect it through another platform that supports that feature.

Being able to schedule meetings right inside the app and sync everything with my calendars makes staying organized much easier. The breakout rooms are another feature I absolutely love! A real lifesaver for me!

Honestly there isn't much I dislike. I use just about all of its features to manage my meetings and they work well for what I need.

Setting up meetings is easy, joining calls is simple and sharing the meeting details with other people takes very little effort.

The downside is the cost. We used the free plan before but the meeting time limits just didn't work well with our schedule.

A really strong video conferencing platform especially for enterprise use. The admin features are very helpful when managing teams and reallocating licenses across users.

I don't really have any major complaints. It works reliably and most users can figure out it without running into problems or needing much help.

One thing I really loved is how customizable and scalable it is. It works really well for smaller businesses at the start and can keep up as your team grows.

The part I do not like is that it does not collaborate well with Google Docs, Sheets or Microsoft Word.

As a video meeting platform, this is the best I've used. The flexibility it gives hosts to be creative along with the customization options that let users modify the interface to their preferences, really makes it stand apart from the others.

Getting it to connect properly with different microphones and video cameras can be frustrating at times and a bit tricky to handle.

Getting everything up and running is very convenient. Sending invites is easy and adding meetings to the calendar is simple too.

The free background options are limited and audible reminders would be helpful but aside from that, I don't have any other complaints.

I've had a really positive experience using the platform overall. It handles meetings reliably and has been a solid platform for virtual communication.

A few things could definitely be better though. Customer support can take quite a while to respond, video conferencing is limited to 720p and screen sharing only allows one item at a time which means presenters sometimes have to stop and restart sharing to show something else. It's also a bit more expensive than some competing options.

Pros

One thing I really enjoy is the whiteboard feature, it feels every bit as capable as Miro. The calendar integrations are also a big plus and having my notes show up right inside the meeting from the calendar is incredibly convenient. On top of that, I absolutely love its AI.

Cons

Part I'm not thrilled with is that the AI summaries are kept separate from the transcripts. I'd really prefer if they were easier to access directly in the app instead of having to log in separately or go through the AI chat.

They keep adding updates and refining the platform and the advancements to the audio quality options have been especially valuable. Working professionally in the audio industry, that makes a real difference and has been incredibly helpful.

The only downside I've run into is the shorter free meeting limit now that sessions over 45 minutes require payment instead of the previous one-hour window. It's a small inconvenience but I definitely preferred the old hour limit.

The software feels very fluid to use and being able to run video conferences during our meetings is a real advantage. The file sharing is also excellent and works really well.

It does use a lot of bandwidth and it can feel a bit complicated to understand at first. Once you get used to it though, it works very well and I really have nothing else to complain about.
