Pros

Calls come through with clear audio and solid video quality and the platform is easy to use. It also feels dependable and trustworthy which makes it a tool I can count on.

I really don't have any complaints. It's reliable software that does exactly what it's supposed to do.

Setting up a meeting and sending the link by email is very convenient. It also includes video calling and document sharing features which really help and make communication between colleagues more efficient.

Cons

Joining a meeting can sometimes be a bit difficult and the free version being limited to 45 minutes is a downside.

Starting a meeting or joining someone else's call is really easy. The audio and video quality are usually very good and the platform itself feels simple to use overall.

At the beginning I faced slight difficulty while figuring out how to turn on my computer's mic and camera along with how to share my screen. Once I sorted that out though, everything worked fine and I haven't had any problems since. Honestly it was more user error than an issue with the software.

“breakout rooms work brilliantly!”

Pros

The breakout rooms feature has been really useful for organizing virtual meetings with smaller teams. The host can move between rooms and even send messages to specific groups which makes managing discussions much more effective.

Cons

Chat works well for basic communication but it doesn't offer the same level of collaboration features you'd get from Slack or Teams.

Holding meetings from home without having to travel is really convenient and sharing files during sessions makes everything more practical.

Everything feels easy to use and honestly I can't think of any downside to it.

I realised that this platform is widely recognized for a reason. It includes all the features I need and the new AI transcription has been a really useful addition. It also works across every platform I use which makes it very convenient.

Cons

Issue is that it feels a little heavy and takes longer to open on my work phone, a Samsung A52. On that same device, Webex loads faster.

The user interface is really well done and the chat works nicely. I also appreciate being able to customize the background with corporate branding options which is a nice touch.

Cons

At times, it doesn't seem to be the platform customers prefer which can make things harder when people aren't familiar with how to figure out it or present through it.

Scheduling meetings is really easy and sending out invitations to participants is just as convenient.

Cons

At times, getting participants connected can be a bit tricky and I'm pretty sure that's usually due to user error. Still, the security steps in place can make logging in harder for people who aren't familiar with the platform.

Video and audio quality are consistently reliable and the background noise reduction does a really good job of keeping calls clear.

The annotation tool is frustrating to use because it doesn't move along with the screen. I have to keep deleting my notes, scroll down and then start annotating all over again.

Gives me clear audio and video whether I'm on camera or sharing my screen and it covers what I need for meetings really well.

Even with those benefits, a couple of things are frustrating. I don't like that calls sometimes open in an external browser and the free plan's 40 minute limit is still a downside.

Setting up meetings takes almost no effort and the call quality is consistently excellent unless the other person is dealing with a weak internet connection.

Something that feels unnecessary is the software opening in the browser before starting a meeting. It would make more sense if the whole process happened directly inside the app.

Has been dependable for me with a clean interface and fast connections to Google, Fathom and other tools. Everything works together quickly which makes meetings much easier to manage.

A thing that does get annoying is the tray popping up and getting in the way when I'm trying to share my screen.

It doesn't offer as many collaborative tools for communicating with coworkers especially when compared with something like MS Teams.

We honestly don't use the application for much beyond that so there isn't really much else to comment on.

Doesn't need a lot of memory to run and it's simple to use since it feels more familiar than many other apps.

At times, I'm unable to rename myself after joining a meeting though that may be because I'm not sure how to do it.

It works really well with Outlook and the background blur looks better than what I get in Teams.

Cons

Screen sharing still feels weaker than Teams. When I share my screen, I can't see other people's faces and the stop-sharing menu keeps sitting at the top which constantly blocks the upper part of my presentation.

Getting started it was quick and it's practical to use. The free version covered everything I needed for basic use.

Cons

I really don't have any complaints since the free plan was enough for what I needed.

There really aren't many downsides. The only thing I've noticed is that some settings available in the web interface don't appear in the app settings.
