“top notch choice!”
Pros
Makes it simple to connect with both small teams and large groups for video conferences. Features like chat, background blur, virtual backgrounds and similar tools are user friendly and really improve the overall video call experience.
Cons
Joining a call by dialing in can be inconvenient when you're not using your laptop.

“reliable meetings every time”
Pros
It has been consistently dependable for me, with hardly any technical issues even during bigger meetings. Scheduling and joining calls feels smooth too whether I'm using the app, connecting through calendar integrations or simply clicking a link. Everything just works the way it should.
Cons
One thing I'd still like to see improved is making it simpler to update meeting details after something has already been scheduled.

“meeting setup made simple”
Pros
Setting up a meeting with several people at once is something I really enjoy it. It's very user friendly--just create the event, choose the date and time and that's pretty much it. When the meeting starts, the staff logs in and everything is ready to go.
Cons
Honestly, I don't have anything negative to say. I think it's an amazing program.

“powerful webinars and conferencing”
Pros
Out of all the UCaaS platforms I've worked with, this one has been the strongest by far! It works really well for running internal training sessions and presentations and webinars and video conferencing feel both efficient and practical.
Cons
Brings together all the features I need which helps me save time whenever I'm running meetings, webinars or other online conference sessions.

“great features”
Pros
The platform is very user friendly, scales well, has a clean interface and comes with plenty of useful features and integrations.
Cons
There's hardly anything to complain about it. The only occasional issue is that it sometimes won't launch until an update finishes which can leave me a few minutes late to a call but that happens with plenty of apps.

Pros
Getting started with this product feels very easy and it still offers a lot of functions once you dig into it.
Cons
One thing that could be much better is the release notes for updates especially when major feature overhauls are rolled out.

At this point, it seems to cover everything I need. I haven't noticed anything missing.

“Love it!”
Pros
Keeping in touch with leads, staff and clients is much simpler it and it has become our primary way of connecting with them. It also comes with plenty of really useful extra features for musicians.
Cons
There is not much negative to point out. There were some problems in the past but they have been addressed. If I had to mention anything, latency can still be a challenge when using it for music though that is more of a general technology limitation than a platform specific issue.

“excellent video meetings tools”
Pros
Everything about it has been excellent for me from the video quality and chat feature to the AI companions, recording options, webinar tools, breakout rooms. Bascially the platform as a whole :)
Cons
I do not have any real complaints. The only slight setback is that the free version limits meetings to 40 minutes but I understand they need a way to monetize the product.

“better with every update”
Pros
Managing everything feels accessible once you begin using it. Since I first started, there have been plenty of updates and those are definitely noticeable.
Cons
The part I don't like is that there's a fully paid version. I remember when students could use it for free but now it's gone back to being a subscription-based service.

“remote teamwork made better”
Pros
With our agency working fully remote and spread across the US, this has become the main way we stay connected. It covers everything in one place (video meetings, calls and messaging) making it simple to communicate with anyone from anywhere, as long as the internet connection is strong.
Cons
One thing that gets in the way is the screen-sharing toolbar placement. Since it sits at the top of the screen, it can be awkward and sometimes blocks access when trying to figure out tabs located along the top.

Pros
Really stands out for how simple it makes communication and teamwork especially because the interface is so easy and user friendly.
Cons
A small downside is that some settings have to be adjusted to improve call quality. For instance, HD video is not enabled by default so you need to manually change the video settings to get better quality.
