Works really well for scheduling and hosting online meetings. I can also customize things ahead of time like my background and profile and make other adjustments before the meeting starts.

The only downside is that meetings are limited to around 45 minutes even when I need more time.

The breakout rooms feature has been really valuable especially during online training events when attendees need to be split into separate training sessions.

Since my university days it has been a part of my routine and it still plays a big role in my work life now. The platform is very user friendly even for people who aren't very technical and it stays dependable for both one on one conversations and bigger team meetings. I use it every day in my current job to stay aligned with vendors, consultants and internal teams. It was especially important during our ISO 27001 audits since it allowed us to work remotely with external auditors and stakeholders without disrupting collaboration. Features like screen sharing, breakout rooms and recording have been especially valuable.

From time to time, I've dealt with audio problems or calls dropping particularly when someone in the meeting has weak bandwidth. The separate licensing for webinars and large meetings can also be inconvenient when those features are only needed once in a while. It would be even better if there were more flexible pricing options for smaller teams.

Work meetings feel a lot more personal with this tool and I absolutely love it. It also gives me the flexibility to join and work from different locations without any trouble.

I've run into a few connection issues at times although that may be more related to my internet. Aside from that, it's been perfect for work meetings.

One thing I wish it would offer is HIPAA compliance for solopreneurs. Right now I can't use it directly for any sessions that require HIPAA unless I connect it through another platform that supports that feature.
