“convenient to use”

Pros

Joining meetings is convenient since I can get in from pretty much any device, either through the app or just using a browser. The whiteboard feature is also a really useful addition.

Cons

It does take up a noticeable amount of space on my MacBook and the free plan also comes with restrictions on how many participants can join.

Pros

Even with a lot of participants, it stays stable. The interface feels very accessible and it worked without any issues on every device I tested.

Cons

Up to this point, I haven't come across any negative aspects.

Being able to see several people on screen at the same time is really useful and the video quality has been consistently good.

Using it on mobile devices can be frustrating because visibility isn't as good there.

Back in 2016, I began using it while working in the banking sector and it has been a dependable way to host, schedule and join online meetings from virtually anywhere on any internet-connected device.

Cons

I use it every day and I rarely run into any real challenges with it.

Works well enough for meetings but sharing a recording with audio during screen share takes several steps and can be pretty frustrating to get working correctly.

The customer support from them has been the worst I've dealt with in any software app. We ran into an issue setting up 'Zoom Phone' on a monthly plan because it kept forcing the annual option and it took them more than a month to sort it out. After all that, the response was basically just an apology for the inconvenience and nothing more. Now I'm dealing with another support ticket and after a week, the person who replied clearly hadn't even read my question and just sent back an automated response. The support has been absolutely terrible.

Pros

It has been a really valuable tool for my work. One of the biggest benefits is how simple it is to set up and join meetings which makes the whole experience feel exciting.

Cons

At times, there are connection problems that affect the quality of the audio and video.

“Love the video calling features”

Pros

After trying quite a few different video calling platforms, this stands out to me for having some of the strongest features and it performs really reliably overall.

Cons

The calling itself works very well but a few settings don't feel as accessiblely placed as they are on other platforms. I've ended up starting calls with the camera on or off without realizing it and then had to fix things like the background settings afterward.

Pros

Using this software feels very easy. The screen layout is clear, simple to follow and easy to move around in. On top of that, the audio and video quality are both consistently very good.

Cons

Every now and then, it runs into connection problems, with the screen glitching or slowing down. That said, it does not happen very often.

Pros

Working remotely for quite some time has made it a regular part of my daily routine. I enjoy using it because the platform offers plenty of useful features, it's easy to figure out and the meeting quality is consistently solid. Even when I'm in the office, the meeting rooms are set up it software and the experience there is just as pleasant.

Cons

One thing I'd love to see changed is the ability to enable meeting transcripts without sending a notification to everyone in the meeting.

Pros

Creating, scheduling and running meetings it feels simple and convenient. The permission controls, screen-sharing features and the host options it provides are exactly what I need to keep meetings organized and on track.

Cons

Every now and then, I run into issues with microphone integration or being able to hear other people on the call. It may show that the right microphone is selected but others still can't hear me until I adjust a few settings which is frustrating and inconvenient.

Pros

Since it is used by so many people, meeting with my clients is really convenient. I also appreciate how many settings and adjustments are available to customize the experience.

Cons

Every now and then, the meeting layout gets updated and it takes me a bit of time to find tools I used before. It's not a major problem but it is frustrating during the first couple of weeks after a change.

After using it for a long time, one thing I really appreciate is how it brings meeting tools, remote work features, file sharing and internal communication into a single platform.

Cons

I'd put it at the top because it has worked flawlessly for me for more than four years now.

Pros

Works really well for routine staff meetings and client calls. It's dependable, easy to figure out and simple to use day to day.

Cons

One thing that gets annoying is when the platform changes the interface and automatically switches users over to newer tools like the updated whiteboard which I don't like as much as the classic version.

The software is very easy to use and sharing it with others on my team is trouble free.

At times, getting a meeting room set up can be a bit challenging.

Pros

Among all the web conferencing platforms I've used, this has been the most effective one.!It delivers HD video along with DOLBY voice quality which makes it an excellent choice for managing online meetings.

Covers everything I need and I haven't run into any issues while using it.

Pros

Getting started took barely a minute so creating the account and jumping in was quick. It offers a very secure and flexible space for communication which makes it useful for different kinds of team interactions. I also appreciate that it connects with my calendar making it simple to send invites and launch meetings without extra steps.

Cons

The basic plan feels quite restricted and mostly covers only session scheduling while many of the better features are pushed into the paid version. Another downside is the 40 minute limit on free meetings which really isn't very practical or helpful.

Once I'm in a meeting, everything feels easy and simple to use.

Cons

Issue is that meetings are time-limited if you're using the free version and not paying for a plan.

Pros

It works really well with a digital production setup especially with the Stream Deck plugin, OBS integration, NDI compatibility, NDI output and the wide range of source-sharing options.

Cons

At times, it can be pretty demanding on CPU usage.

Pros

Jumping into or presenting in meetings takes no time at all, everything works reliably and sharing the meeting link with others is fast and convenient.

Cons

I don't have any complaints about it. I've really enjoyed using it.
