“positive experience”
Pros
Really simple to use, with high quality performance that stays unobtrusive in the background.
Cons
A few settings are tucked away in places that don't feel very accessible though that can be subjective.

“stay connected nationwide”
Pros
Teams across the country can stay connected really well through meetings without worrying about dropped calls, video lag or other interruptions.
Cons
The mobile app can be a bit challenging for anyone who isn't familiar with the platform. It usually takes some time and repeated use before getting fully comfortable with it.

“team communication made simple”
Pros
It makes communicating with a team or a group of people really simple and convenient.
Cons
The part I'm not happy with is the audio options. When I try to teach a fitness class, the sound quality just isn't good enough.

“easy meeting access”
Pros
Joining meetings is really convenient. I can get into a meeting instantly just by clicking the link which makes access very easy.
Cons
The only issue I run into is when my personal internet connection is slow but that isn't related to the platform access itself.

“effective tool”
Pros
Feels surprisingly underrated for how much it offers. When it comes to calls and meetings, it's still one of my top picks because it's simple to use, the effects are good and everything works the way I expect. Docs and the other tools especially Whiteboard, are also really polished and genuinely useful.
Cons
I haven't run into any problems with the product itself. The only thing I'd still like to see is more integrations.

“convenient scheduling”
Pros
The convenience is a big plus especially being able to schedule meetings and collaborate with team members all in one place.
Cons
My only concern isn't really it itself but more that some people use different platforms. I personally prefer keeping my applications organized.

“smooth app integrations”
Pros
One of the biggest advantages is how well it connects with other apps and tools. Clicking a link from my browser, calendar or Slack takes me straight into a meeting and the whole process feels very smooth.
Cons
One thing I'd love to see improved is the transition from an outgoing phone call into a meeting. There are plenty of times when I start with a phone call and then realize I need to share my screen and that switch could be handled in a simpler way.

“perfect for online classes”
Pros
It has been a really solid app for video conferencing. I've used it a lot for live online lectures with school and college teachers and it was usually the platform everyone preferred. Setting it up is very easy, it includes screen sharing and it still works fairly well even when the internet connection isn't the best. It basically covers everything you'd want in a video conferencing app while also offering a few extra useful features.
Cons
I honestly don't have any complaints about it. Even the free version has been more than enough for attending live online classes.

“frustrating redirects and add-ons”
Pros
I really do not have many positives to mention about it. It works well enough at a basic level but the overall quality makes it difficult to say much more in its favor.
Cons
Getting into it can be hit or miss. The constant redirects during login are incredibly frustrating and the connection is often unreliable too. There have been important meetings where I spent more time closing and reopening the app than actually getting anything done. The usability feels misleading because the platform comes across as solid and worth using at first, right up until you run into the default time limit. Then suddenly you are pushed toward a wave of supposedly necessary add-ons.

“wide range of features”
Pros
With several remote employees on our team, we end up using this platform multiple times each week to bring everyone together for meetings. It's a very user friendly platform and the wide range of features makes running remote meetings really convenient.

“connects us with clients”
Pros
Gives our agency the flexibility to deliver Telehealth services by both phone and internet which is essential since many of our clients are only able to connect by phone. Its reporting capabilities are excellent as well, helping us stay compliant with the regulations that apply to our work. The AI Fathomable add-on has also been a great addition.
Cons
At the beginning some staff members reported that calls were dropping quite often but that problem was eventually fixed.
