The video quality has been really good and it helps that so many companies already use it.

Using it can feel a bit outdated at times especially when trying to figure out everything.

Is absolutely my go to, mainly because the "touch up my appearance" feature makes such a difference for me.

Also lets you send private messages to someone in the chat which is really useful. You can tag specific people in chats too so it's easier to get their attention.

When sharing my screen, the toolbar keeps getting in the way and there isn't an option to hide it directly. The only workaround is remembering the shortcut key to make it disappear.

It is very user friendly overall and doesn't take much effort to figure out. The background and blur features also work really well especially on work-from-home days.

The integrations don't function the way they should. The timezone in the emails also doesn't always update correctly which can end up confusing other people joining the calls.

I've relied on it to stay connected and handle plenty of graduate school tasks. It's quick to get into and simple to use. On my MacBook, it runs very well and I haven't run into any major problems with it.

Tried to update right when I was about to use it which ended up making me late for a meeting. It would be much better if updates could happen automatically so that this kind of thing doesn't come up.
