“great video calls”
Pros
Using this solution has been really easy, with clear video and audio quality that make calls feel reliable. They also keep rolling out new features that improve the overall experience. Breakout rooms work really well and the option to customize backgrounds adds a fun personal touch.
Cons
One thing that gets frustrating is how often it seems to require updates.

“just works!”
Pros
Funny enough, I still can't quite explain how it ended up surpassing Skype but it clearly did. At the end of the day, it works and that's what matters.
Cons
The scheduling side can be a bit irritating to deal with and my phone contacts don't sync together as smoothly as they should.

Using this platform with coworkers has been really easy and it offers a versatile set of features that make collaboration work well. Compared with other software that provides similar tools, it has also been the most dependable option for video conferencing.
Cons
I haven't noticed any downsides while using it so far. It has consistently been very reliable.

“all in one communication”
Pros
Having meetings integrated into it keeps all communication in one app which is really convenient.
Cons
One thing that's missing is the ability to mark a message as unread after opening it. Also, adding contacts for all users can't really be done directly in the app so having to switch over to the website feels inconvenient.

“Smooth Integrations”
Pros
The best part is how seamlessly it integrates with other apps. I can click on links in my browser, calendar, or Slack and instantly join a Zoom meeting.
Cons
I wish it were easier to switch from a Zoom phone call to a Zoom meeting. Sometimes I start with a call but then need to share my screen.

“Great for Webinars and Interviews”
Pros
Zoom is great for mobile users. Some people hesitate to download the app, and the interface changes a bit sometimes, but overall, it's still good enough.

“My Go-To App for Online Classes”
Pros
The app is great for video calls. I've used it for online lectures, and it's become my go-to. It's easy to set up, lets me share my screen, and still works well even with weak internet. It has everything I need in a video call app, plus some extra features.
Cons
I honestly don't have complaints, the free version is perfect for my online live classes.

“clients already know the platform”
Pros
Most clients already seemed very comfortable using the platform which made meetings feel accessible and easy. It also gets frequent updates which helps keep everything optimized and working well.
Cons
The interface can feel a little hectic and isn't always the most accessible to figure out. On top of that, integrating some of the add-on apps and extra features can be challenging.

“annotation tools stood out”
Pros
Right away the annotation tools stood out as one of the best parts.! They make online training much more effective and the platform offers a wide range of features while still staying flexible. My husband works as a software developer and annotation is heavily used in his field too so it's clearly useful across different types of work. It is also very user friendly. I'm glad they've kept adding integrations and new functions over time which has helped it stay relevant as other software keeps changing. The AI features especially for creating summaries, are also a big plus because they remove a lot of repetitive, time-consuming work.
Cons
Overall I'm very happy with the product and the only real downside is that it doesn't connect with Microsoft tools as smoothly as Teams does. At one organization I worked with, they originally used this platform but once their systems became fully Microsoft-based, they ended up moving over to Teams.

Pros
It has been a very user friendly and efficient platform for meetings and appointments. The connection also feels more stable and dependable than with other online meeting tools.
Cons

I really liked its AI assistant because it helps a lot with managing work and prevents scheduling and organization conflicts.
Cons
