“flexible scheduling”
Pros
Using this has been a really effective way to give clients more flexibility when setting up appointments. It also makes it simple for my staff and me to meet and talk through what's going on in the agency and with our clients. I'd also say it's cost efficient and easy to use. Other than that the video quality looks better visually than other apps I've worked with.
Cons
There isn't much I dislike about it since I use it every day. Like most apps it can lag once in a while but it doesn't happen very often.

“excellent product”
Pros
Call quality stays consistent and the interface is easy. Setting up a meeting or joining one takes very little effort so there's no time wasted.
Cons
When the number of meetings piles up, the back to back schedule can feel exhausting. Even with that I still think it's the best option for remote meetings.

“reliable meetings and collaboration”
Pros
Even on weaker network connections, the video and audio stayed consistently solid so meetings felt dependable instead of hit or miss. The screen sharing and whiteboard features were also a big plus because they made collaborative sessions more engaging and helped people participate instead of just sitting through a presentation.
Cons
The desktop app does feel a bit bloated sometimes with extra features that don't always seem useful for daily use. The background noise suppression is usually pretty good but in louder settings it would occasionally clip parts of someone's speech which got distracting during conversations.

“Invites made simple”
Pros
Feels easy to work with and sending or receiving meeting invitations through it is quick and convenient. Doesn't take much effort to start off with and the installation is simple enough for just about anyone to use right away.
Cons
I don't have any issues to point out for now.

“solid tool”
Pros
Has been a very accessible platform for video calls and team collaboration. It offers solid value for the price, the overall quality is high and customer support is readily accessible whenever needed. I also haven't run into any bugs or technical issues during the time I've used it.
Cons
It just didn't feel like the ideal match for my particular practice. That said it seems like a really strong option for practices that run group sessions or need more virtual space for team collaboration.

“easy to work with”
Pros
Working with it feels very easy and it delivers clear audio along with good quality video calls. I also haven't run into any bugs while using it.
Cons
One problem with it is that after streaming for a while, my phone can heat up and start to hang.

“helpful screen annotation features”
Pros
Our company relies on both Teams and this platform for large team meetings and calls. One thing I really enjoy with it is being able to annotate directly on the screen during training sessions or product demos especially when we're getting support from vendors.
Cons
I don't like how long it can take just to get into a call. I can't simply click and be connected within the same minute. A lot of the time I end up joining late because it has to launch a browser or take time loading the app first.

“good platform!”
Pros
Felt so simple to set up meetings and the platform worked fluidly throughout. I also ran into very few technical issues which made the overall experience even better.
Cons
Biggest downside was the cost especially when comparing it to other meeting platforms like Teams and even its own free version.

“video conferencing that works”
Pros
It still does the job as a hosting platform, letting users set up conferences primarily for video conferencing.
Cons
At the same time it doesn't seem to offer many features and it's not as easy to use as the application we use now, Microsoft Teams.

“simple to figure out”
Pros
Simple to start working with and once everything is set up, creating recurring meetings is no trouble at all. You can just copy the link and send it out to invite other people.
Cons
The only issue I ran into was figuring out how to reschedule meetings at first but aside from that everything felt pretty easy.

“powerful global team calls”
Pros
Every week it keeps our team calls running and makes it possible to stay connected with people all over the world which has been incredibly valuable. More recently I've also joined training sessions with hundreds of attendees and it's been impressive how well that works.
Cons
One part I still don't really enjoy is the way the chat functions. When the chat gets very active, the constant notifications can become overwhelming. The tricky part is that you still want to keep up with the conversation there which is pretty distracting.

“standout support”
Pros
Whenever I need to connect with clients, students or staff remotely, this is the tool I rely on first! It lets me take control of their screen quickly which helps me fix problems fast and without a lot of back and forth. The audio and video quality are excellent and the layout is simple to understand so moving around the platform feels very natural. The personal meeting room option is especially useful since I can start a session and have people join directly without any trouble. It has really helped us respond faster and made remote troubleshooting much more effective. Overall it's a dependable and user friendly platform for communication and collaboration.
Cons
Even though it works very reliably most of the time, remote session quality can sometimes drop when the internet connection is weak and a few of the more advanced tools can take new users a little while to figure out.

“very valuable”
Pros
Running my business with this software has been very cost effective and the features I need are easy to use. I haven't run into bugs or connection problems on the platform itself except when someone is joining from a location with weak wifi. The video quality has been excellent and it fits my needs perfectly especially since it is HIPAA compliant.
Cons
It would be better if appointment reminders were included without an extra charge but it's not a major issue since I already use a separate reminder system.

“easy to host meetings”
Pros
Using this platform has been very easy! (both for getting around the platform and for everyday use) It covers a lot in one place including video meetings, a virtual soft phone for calling and SMS and conference room support through the 'Rooms'. Joining or hosting a meeting is incredibly simple. There are also plenty of useful in meeting options like chat, file sharing, whiteboarding and screen sharing. Also it works really well with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
Cons
Configuration of 'rooms' can take a bit of extra effort especially when it comes to connecting a calendar to each one. More recently setting up SMS texting through the virtual phone has also become more complicated than it used to be.

“feature packed”

“handy for teamwork and classes”
Pros
Back when I was a student this was our go to app for video calls and web conferences. We used it a lot for project work and I even defended my thesis on it during the COVID period. It's convenient, easy to use and the breakout rooms within a single meeting are especially helpful when working in teams.
Cons
There's nothing major I can complain about because it has always done its job well as a communication and collaboration tool. The only limitation I can think of is that the free version has restrictions like a cap on the number of participants and if I remember correctly, meetings ending after 45 minutes which can be inconvenient for larger conferences.

“don't need to be tech savvy”
Pros
So simple to use and it has been dependable for meetings! The audio and video are usually clear and joining a call is simple even for people who are not very comfortable with technology.
Cons
At times there are connection hiccups or some lag especially when the internet is weak. The free plan also comes with time limits which can be a little inconvenient.

“All in one”
Pros
Having everything tied together in this platform makes communication and collaboration feel much more convenient in one platform. Joining meetings is easy and they usually run reliably with solid video and audio quality. The built in chat, file sharing and scheduling features connect well with each other so it's easier to keep work organized in one place instead of jumping between multiple apps. It works just as well for quick check ins as it does for longer meetings which makes it a flexible option for both work and school collaboration.
Cons
With a large number of participants or when several features are enabled, the app can occasionally lag or feel a little heavy on system resources. It's still very useful overall but the added complexity and those occasional performance slowdowns were the biggest drawbacks.

“GOOD EXPERIENCE”
Pros
Joining or hosting meetings on it is easy. The video and audio come through clearly and it makes communication and collaboration with others simple especially when working remotely.
Cons
