Getting started it feels very easy. The audio comes through clearly, the video quality is really good and the fact that it's free makes it even better.
Cons
My only real issue it is the way updates are handled. If the app isn't updated, it won't let you sign in until you install the latest version. I don't want to manually update apps all the time and it's frustrating when you need to join something right away but have to wait for the update, then hope everything goes right so you can log back in.

Feels very easy to use and the interface is accessible. It makes scheduling meetings, joining calls and sharing screens incredibly simple so the whole experience is very user friendly.
Cons

Keeping my schedule organized has been much more manageable with this. It has also made it simple to stay in touch with my colleagues through video calls and it has played a big role in helping me work together with both clients and teammates virtually.
Cons
Every now and then, the audio lags a bit. Other than that, it has been really helpful for me and my team and I haven't run into any major issues.

The biggest advantage for me is how convenient and user friendly it is. It has also done a good job of keeping its original platform updated to match current needs.
Cons
One issue I run into is that it is used less than some other platforms so it can be harder to schedule virtual appointments with people who rely on different programs.

Works well for scheduling meetings and sharing screens and the Gmail sync is especially useful because it saves time. We use it for parent-teacher meetings and parents are able to join without much trouble and discuss their concerns through the platform.
Cons
The limitation on larger participant groups creates problems especially when there are many attendees in workshops or other company events. On top of that, audio issues happen quite often which makes meetings look unprofessional since both sides sometimes struggle to hear and communicate properly.

One thing I really enjoy about it is how well it connects with other software. Being able to share my screen and still keep everyone's faces visible during the call is a huge plus.
Cons
The meeting details I have to send clients feel too long. It would be better if it were just a simple link, with a different security option in place since we never end up using passwords anyway.

It has completely transformed the way remote work gets done. At this point, I honestly can't imagine managing without it. It makes virtual meetings and calls with coworkers or clients really easy. Scheduling an online meeting with someone is very convenient and easy.

At times there are conflicts during meetings. I send someone the meeting details, they join the session and I even receive an email confirming they entered but the person does not appear in the meeting for me.
