Pros

best web conferencing companion

Pros

Out of all the web conferencing platforms I've used, this has been the most reliable and full-featured. It lets me schedule, join and leave online meetings from anywhere with an internet connection and it works well across all my devices.

Cons

At this point, the premium version meets all of my online meeting needs.

user friendly for large teams

Pros

Our company really appreciated being able to host a lot of users on the platform. It was also very user friendly which made it simple for everyone to get comfortable with it.

Cons

The downside is the cost. It feels a bit too expensive for our budget.

quick video meetings

Pros

Whenever I need to jump into a video call fast, this is usually my first choice. I tend to prefer it over TeamViewer and other similar apps for quick conferencing.

Cons

The restrictions in the free version do feel a little too strict.

So useful!

Pros

Even on the Basic free plan, it gives you the chance to run meetings and still have access to practical tools like chat, the whiteboard and the calendar.

Cons

The only downside is that meetings on the free plan are limited to just 40 minutes.

easy to use

Pros

Getting started it takes almost no effort because the interface is very user friendly so pretty much anyone can use it with little to no training at all. The "Share Link" option is especially convenient since I can send the meeting room to clients and they can jump in with a single click, instead of dealing with the trouble of entering meeting details manually. The video conferencing quality is crisp, the audio comes through very clearly and the real-time chat during meetings is another feature I really enjoy.

Cons

Most of my use of this platform has been for video calls and meetings and up to this point I really haven't run into any problems. The only time I notice an issue is when the internet connection is slow since the video quality can drop but aside from that, it works perfectly well.

Pros

Whether it's for work, meetings, family or friends, I use it pretty much everywhere. It's very convenient, accessible from almost anywhere and really helps me stay connected with my clients through the app.

Cons

One thing I really appreciate is that I can use it anywhere. It is honestly one of the best apps I've ever used.

Love the AI tools

Pros

The interface features are really well done, the AI-based tools are a big help and scheduling meetings feels smooth.

Cons

meetings work really well

Pros

Meetings are the part I enjoy the most although the platform doesn't stand out as much. It still doesn't feel as strong as Google Suite or Teams to me.

Cons

At this stage it doesn't seem very versatile and I still have to rely on other platforms when I need to collaborate with people.

Trusted platform

Pros

Gives my company a more professional image since it's such a well-known name. It really feels like the Kleenex of video conferencing which adds a lot of familiarity and trust. The face enhancement feature is also a favorite because it helps me look better on camera.

Cons

Issue is that it became extremely expensive for my team to adopt and roll out.

best choice for group meetings

Pros

Is very simple to use and, for group meetings, it's the best option out there. Compared with other companies, it still feels like they're trailing behind.

Cons

One challenge is helping elderly users understand the pop-up they get about connecting to WiFi or selecting "no audio." Many of them end up clicking "no audio" because the wording is confusing and then it becomes difficult to walk them through fixing it afterward. I really wish the pop-up used clearer choices like "allow audio" or "don't allow audio," which would make a lot more sense.

consistent quality

Pros

Video quality during meetings and streaming has been consistently strong and the platform offers plenty of features along with useful settings for both clients and users. It also works well across different platforms and the multi-login support is really helpful for use.

Cons

There are a lot of features packed in and that can make the settings feel confusing for clients at times.
