“handy invites, weaker call quality”
Pros
Keeping in touch with others is pretty easy. Meeting invites can be sent by email and people can join without needing to install the app.
Cons
Call quality is fairly inconsistent and often not good enough and unfortunately other companies offer noticeably better audio and video quality.

“essential to have”
Pros
Right from the start it has delivered excellent quality. Features like file sharing and messaging make it simple to stay connected, collaborate, join meetings and communicate from anywhere. The high-definition video and clear audio really show how powerful and high quality the platform is.
Cons
It can feel a bit complex at times but that's nothing a little learning can't solve.

“Good platform”
Pros
Is a really good video conferencing app, with solid options for presenting during meetings.
Cons
Nothing major to complain about. It's a good application overall. There are occasionally a few glitches during conferences but that usually comes from the participants' internet connection so the app itself isn't really to blame.

“reliable tool”
Pros
Doesn't take long to get used to and it works really well for meetings across the whole company. The screen recording feature is a nice bonus too and I end up using it quite a bit.
Cons
At times, it comes across as a bit outdated and dated, almost like something that fit the COVID era better than it does now. In a post-COVID setting, it can feel a little out of place and I honestly prefer using Slack Huddles.

Pros
Makes virtual meetings for work incredibly convenient and has become an essential tool for any remote team. The ability to share screens and join large groups of people from all around the world has made a huge difference in productivity.

“clear videos and audio”
Pros
Being able to connect from anywhere has made a huge difference and it really handles that well. The communication stays clear, the video and audio quality are consistently high and screen sharing works without any trouble. The light adjustment feature is especially impressive since I don't have to rely on extra lighting to look presentable. I also enjoy the different background options because they create a better-looking setup while adding a nice layer of privacy.
Cons
The free version does limit how many attendees can join which is fair enough. Other than that, I really haven't run into any major issues it.

“Appreciate the integrations”
Pros
Getting started it is pretty easy and since most people already know how to use it, there's usually very little friction. It also connects with plenty of other tools which makes it a practical option for daily work.
Cons
Phone service isn't especially accessible when it comes to integrations so that part can be frustrating to work with. The AI summaries also leave a lot to be desired and other platforms do a much better job capturing the key points of a conversation.

“flexible meeting access”
Pros
It's really convenient that the platform lets you join meetings either through a web browser or the desktop app. Another thing I appreciate is being able to enter as a guest so creating an account isn't necessary every time.
Cons

“connection issues”
Pros
When everything is working properly, it is really good for handling presentations, participants and the overall flow of a meeting.
Cons
The trouble starts when it stops working because it creates a lot of unnecessary delays and can make the person hosting look unprepared or inexperienced in front of everyone else on the call. Failing to connect or suddenly losing the connection is not acceptable. On top of that the app pushes updates far too often right when it opens and those forced updates cause even more disruption. There really should be an option to update it manually instead.

“been very useful for me”
Pros
Has been really useful for me because it offers free access, is simple to get into and makes screen sharing very convenient. The pen and brush tools are helpful during presentations and it works well for group meetings, team calls, chatting and file sharing too.
Cons
Is excellent overall but the subscription cost feels expensive. I've also run into some login problems at times and the audio and video quality can occasionally be lower than expected.

“personalized experience”
Pros
Dynamic links make the experience feel more personalized for both hosts and attendees and the SMS feature is a really useful addition as well.

Using 'ZoomPhone' through a dynamic link feels a bit outdated since you still have to admit the attendee once they answer the call.

“great for remote collaboration”
Pros
Setting up meetings on the platform is quick and connecting with people from anywhere has been really convenient. The video and audio quality are excellent and features like screen sharing, meeting recording and real time collaboration make teamwork much more effective. It's user friendly, works well across different devices and helps remote communication stay efficient and reliable. Getting started doesn't take much effort, customer support has been dependable and responsive and the platform is flexible enough that I end up using it often for both work and personal calls. The way it integrates with calendars and other productivity tools also makes it even more practical to use.
Cons
Managing meeting links sometimes gets confusing and some people run into trouble joining when they aren't using the latest version of the app. It can also feel a bit overwhelming when there are lots of features available that don't always get fully used and fixing issues in the middle of a meeting isn't always very clear or simple. On top of that, internet connection problems can impact the overall experience and longer meetings may cause lag or drain device batteries fairly quickly.

“AI summaries are helpful!”
Pros
The AI meeting summaries are really useful and having recordings, notes and transcripts handled automatically saves a lot of time. It also connects with plenty of other tools and the overall call quality is solid.
Cons
The monthly pricing feels a bit high and it's frustrating that I have to pay for a full extra seat even when I only need to add someone occasionally while I'm away on vacation. That setup is the main reason I haven't switched to the annual plan since I'd end up paying for that additional seat all year long.
