“useful option with some limits”
Pros
Worked well for me because it's simple to use and the free version I tried was really helpful in urgent situations. On top of that it can be integrated with other software which adds a lot of value. I've also heard the paid version offers better features and a more complete experience.
Cons
With the free version, I did notice some limitations especially when it came to conversations and online classes. Even so, despite those restrictions, the free plan is still useful when you need a quick solution.

“valuable for global collaboration”
Pros
It has adjusted well to our company's needs and has helped us build productive business relationships with teams in regions like China and Southeast Asia.
Cons
A downside is that it still doesn't integrate well enough with other office tools especially Microsoft products. The Outlook calendar connection also needs improvement.

“all in one communication platform”
Pros
Having calendar sync, meetings, office chat and phone all in one place is really convenient and keeps everything together.
Cons
Even with everything combined in one platform, it's a bit ironic that the chat feature still doesn't feel very well optimized. The threading setup can make it too easy to miss important replies when someone continues the conversation in a thread instead of sending a separate message.

“my review”
Pros
Working with this tool has been easy and the call quality has been consistently solid. The recording features are also really useful and make it convenient to save meetings when needed.
Cons
The frustrating part is the constant forced updates especially since they often pop up at the worst possible time like right before a call.

“helpful AI tools”
Pros
Features like the whiteboard and presenting during meetings have been really helpful. The AI tools have also made a big difference by helping conversations sound more formal and polished.
Cons
It would be even better if it added features like noise cancellation.

“excellent for office”
Pros
It's a really solid product for running meetings and the simple, user friendly setup makes it one of the best tools available for office meetings.
Cons
My problem is the security concern: it doesn't always feel safe when sensitive data needs to be shared.

“best one out there!”
Pros
Works as a worldwide communication tool that helps connect with anyone in whatever way fits best. Our team can join from a laptop, tablet or even a cellphone and still stay connected without any trouble. The calls have no noticeable lag and every meeting can be recorded so we can go back later and verify anything we need. It's also useful beyond work since our children can use the same features for classes and social gatherings so it benefits everyone. It feels universal. We may try other apps but this one keeps coming out ahead with new features which is why it still feels like the leader.
Cons
The free version does have time limits on meetings. We do have to pay if we want unlimited sessions but it's worth every penny.

“simple scheduling”
Pros
Scheduling meetings is really easy and the platform itself is very simple to use. Since everyone was already familiar with how it works, there was basically no issue figuring things out.
Cons
One thing missing is a remote control feature when using a mobile device.

“great for virtual meetings”
Pros
Virtual meetings are a big part of my work now and this solution has been a huge help with that. Most of the meetings I have with clients are done online and this is one of the tools I rely on regularly. It's very simple to use and consistently gives excellent video and audio quality during calls. Another big plus is when I need to present information to clients since I can share my entire screen or just specific programs depending on what I need. It's definitely an excellent tool. Also for anyone who doesn't have the ideal space for meetings, it lets you blur the background so only you are visible without any issues.
Cons
Honestly, there's really nothing I dislike about it because it's an excellent tool. If I had to mention one small downside, it would be the 40 minute limit on the free plan.

“connecting teams worldwide”
Pros
It's a really good way to stay connected with coworkers or communities across different parts of the world.
Cons
Setting up a meeting got confusing when time zones were involved. There should be a tutorial that explains how to schedule meeting times properly when participants are joining from different locations.

“constant crashes”
Pros
The whiteboard is a feature I really enjoy and the remote control option has also been very useful.
Cons
This latest update has been incredibly frustrating. I can't seem to find a simple way to copy and paste my personal meeting link anymore and there are far too many added tools that I do not need for my job. It honestly feels like I'm paying more for extras I never asked for. Also the platform frequently crashes my computer and the whiteboard tends to lag. I really wish there were a more basic, lower cost version with unlimited meeting time and the whiteboard without all the unnecessary extras. I do not need an app full of countless tabs that only make things more confusing and seem to contribute to the crashes and at this point I'm genuinely thinking about moving to another platform.

“amazing tool!”
Pros
Being able to actually see the person you're speaking with makes a big difference. During court hearings held by phone, people tend to talk over one another since there are no visual cues to show when someone is about to jump in. It really solves that problem.
Cons
The selection of virtual backgrounds feels fairly limited and they often clip parts of your hair which ends up looking odd on screen. I'd also rather have each user keep one fixed meeting room ID and passcode instead of relying on auto-generated ones because that can be confusing. We've had a few cases where a client joined the wrong meeting from an old link.

“standout features”
Pros
Its flexibility and distinctive features have made working together much more convenient. Another thing I really enjoy is being able to jump on a call without stressing about makeup which is honestly a funny little bonus lol.
Cons
One downside is that the free plan caps meetings at 40 minutes and that can feel a bit limiting when a collaboration session needs to run longer.
